Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
The following disclosure provides many different embodiments or examples for implementing different features of the invention. To simplify the disclosure of the present invention, specific example components and arrangements are described below. Of course, they are merely examples and are not intended to limit the present invention. Moreover, the present invention may repeat reference numerals and/or reference letters in the various examples, which have been repeated for purposes of simplicity and clarity and do not in themselves dictate a relationship between the various embodiments and/or configurations discussed. In addition, the present invention provides examples of various specific processes and materials, but one of ordinary skill in the art may recognize applications of other processes and/or uses of other materials.
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the drawings and examples, so that the aspects of the present invention and the advantages of its various aspects can be better understood. However, the specific embodiments and examples described below are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the invention.
The present disclosure provides a coating comprising: 82-85 parts by weight of a film-forming agent; 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of a matting agent; 9-11 parts by weight of a silicone oil regulator; and 3-5 parts by weight of an ink absorber. Wherein a written matter written on a coating formed after the paint is cured can be wiped off by a wiping material having a surface roughness of 0.5us or more.
The coating formed after the paint is cured is erasable, and the writing on the coating cannot be erased by using a relatively smooth wiping object such as a hand, but can be erased by using a relatively rough wiping object such as toilet paper or cloth, so that the writing is prevented from being erased unintentionally, and the use by a user is facilitated. This is mainly because a wiper having a relatively smooth surface (for example, skin such as hands) is difficult to erase a pigment (for example, ink toner of a whiteboard marker writing material) absorbed by components in the uneven layer, and a wiper such as a paper towel or cloth has a large surface roughness and can easily erase the pigment of the uneven layer.
The writing material in the present disclosure may be a writing material for writing on a whiteboard pen, an ink pen, or even a pencil.
Optionally, the film-forming agent is silk-screen printing gloss oil and the like with acrylic resin as a main component, and is suitable for silk-screen printing.
Alternatively, the matting agent is an epoxy-based polyacrylate resin. In the present disclosure, a matting agent is used to adjust the refractive properties of the film-forming agent.
Optionally, the silicone oil modifier comprises a polyoxosilane, a high boiling point dearomatization miscella having a d 20-120. The silicone oil modifier of the present disclosure helps to increase the affinity of the ink of the pen for the coating formed by the coating, making it easier for the ink of the pen to strike the coating. The silicone oil regulator in the application preferably has a viscosity of more than 1 ten thousand, and is more favorable for inking.
Optionally, the ink absorber is silica, preferably silica dedicated for screen printing. The silicon dioxide special for silk printing can not only absorb ink, but also refract light, so that the performance of the coating is more excellent.
Optionally, the coating may further include 1-2 parts by weight of a defoamer. The defoaming agent is mainly used for preventing the coating from generating pinholes, bubbles and the like in the coating process so as to avoid the problems of missing printing and the like.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: after the weight is measured, the components are sequentially added by a stirrer at normal temperature and are uniformly mixed.
To make it more convenient for industrial application, the coating of the present disclosure may have a viscosity of 1800 to 2000cps at room temperature and a ph of 6.5 to 7.5.
The coating disclosed by the invention belongs to an ultraviolet light curable coating, is a colorless liquid at room temperature, has a very high drying speed, and can be cured into a coating within 3 seconds under the irradiation of three high-pressure mercury lamps with the thickness of 0.03mm under the irradiation of 80 w/cm.
The surface-erasable writing product provided by the disclosure comprises a substrate layer and a surface layer formed by curing the coating.
Optionally, the surface roughness of the substrate layer is less than or equal to 0.05us. Thus, even after the coating material is applied, the written matter written on the formed surface layer is hard to be wiped off with a relatively smooth wiper such as a hand. The material of the smooth substrate layer can be PVC material, PET material, BOPP film and the like.
Optionally, the thickness of the surface layer formed on the surface of the substrate layer after the coating is applied is 0.03mm or less.
Writing articles of the present disclosure include, but are not limited to, whiteboards, bank cards, price tags, film-type articles, and the like.
Optionally, the substrate layer has images and/or text printed thereon. That is to say, the coating disclosed by the invention can be coated on the surface of the printing product after the whole printing product is printed, and the use is very convenient.
The present disclosure provides a method of making the above-described writing article, which may comprise:
coating the coating on the substrate layer by adopting a screen printing coating mode;
and curing the coating by using an ultraviolet curing technology to form a surface layer.
The preparation method provided by the disclosure is very simple, additional equipment is not needed during preparation, and the cost is reduced.
The present disclosure is illustrated below with reference to specific examples. The values of the process conditions taken in the following examples are exemplary and ranges of values are provided as indicated in the foregoing summary, and reference may be made to conventional techniques for process parameters not specifically noted. The detection methods used in the following examples are all conventional in the industry. Unless otherwise indicated, reagents and instruments used in the technical solutions provided by the present disclosure are commercially available from conventional sources.
Examples
This example prepares a surface-erasable price tag, the shape of which is shown in FIG. 1, by the following steps:
matte white PVC (Dongguan Asahi packaging Material factory) with the thickness of 0.28mm is used as a raw material, a price label of basic pictures and texts is obtained by adopting a UV offset printing technology, and then printing is carried out by adopting a screen printing technology, so as to obtain a substrate layer with the pattern shown in figure 1.
The substrate layer has a surface roughness of about 0.05us.
Preparing a coating, wherein the coating consists of 84 parts by weight of silk-screen gloss oil, 1 part by weight of epoxy polyacrylate resin, 10 parts by weight of silicone oil regulator, 3 parts by weight of special silicon dioxide for silk-screen and 2 parts by weight of defoamer, and the details are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 coating compositions of the examples
Figure BDA0003210138430000061
The resulting coating was a colorless liquid in appearance, had a viscosity of about 2000cps at room temperature and a specific gravity of about 1.05g/cm 3 A pH of about 7.1; the test apparatus was a TU4 cup.
And (3) feeding the coating into a screen coating machine, and coating on the substrate layer by using a screen coating technology at a coating speed of 2000SHT/H and a coating thickness of 0.03mm. And after the coating is finished, carrying out ultraviolet curing treatment on the coating, and curing the coating within about 2 seconds to obtain the required price tag.
The price tags were divided into four parts, and written on four price tags with white board pens (morning light 2201 white board pen), and after writing was completed, the same person wiped with palm and daily paper extraction at 0, 1, 5, and 24 hours, respectively. The paper extraction adopts 580 type paper extraction (GB 15979) of Guangdong Sanxingle Baile paper industry, which is about 0.5us. As a result, none of the writings on the four price tags can be erased by the palm, but all can be erased by toilet paper.
Erasing, as used herein, means that the written material can be essentially wiped clean without residue.
Comparative example 1
According to the comparative example, a surface erasable price tag is prepared, a matte white PVC (Dongguan xu liter packaging material factory) with the thickness of 0.28mm is used as a raw material, a price tag of basic pictures and texts is obtained by adopting a UV offset printing technology, and then a screen printing technology is adopted for printing, so that a base material layer containing the patterns shown in the figure 1 is prepared. The substrate layer has a surface roughness of about 0.05us.
Unlike the examples, the price tags prepared in comparative example 1 did not coat the coatings prepared in the examples.
The same test as in the examples was also conducted by dividing the price tags obtained in this comparative example into four parts.
As a result, the written matter on the four price tags can be easily erased by the palm.
Comparative example 2
According to the comparative example, a surface erasable price tag is prepared, a matte white PVC (Dongguan xu liter packaging material factory) with the thickness of 0.28mm is used as a raw material, a price tag of basic pictures and texts is obtained by adopting a UV offset printing technology, and then a screen printing technology is adopted for printing, so that a base material layer containing the patterns shown in the figure 1 is prepared. The substrate layer has a surface roughness of about 0.05us.
Unlike the examples, the price tag prepared in comparative example 2, as a substrate layer, was coated with not the paint prepared in the examples but only the silkscreen varnish. Comparative example 2 used the same screen printing varnish as in example and the coating process was exactly the same.
The same test as in example was also conducted by dividing the price tag obtained in comparative example 2 into four parts.
As a result, the written matter on the four price tags was erased by the palm, but the force applied to the price tag (i.e., palm force) was slightly higher than that of comparative example 1, and the number of times of erasing was slightly higher than that of comparative example 1. That is, the written matter on the price tag in this comparative example was slightly harder to erase than the written matter on the price tag in comparative example 1.
In summary, the coatings and corresponding surface-erasable writing articles provided by the present disclosure have better inking properties than existing erasable coatings, and the writing can be preserved for a longer period of time and is more environmentally friendly. The preparation method provided by the disclosure is very simple and is suitable for industrial application.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration of the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications of the invention as herein taught are within the scope of the present disclosure.
