Description

Anorectal disease postoperative recovery auxiliary material
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical materials, and particularly relates to an anorectal postoperative recovery auxiliary material.
Background
The anorectal diseases are frequently encountered clinically, and the incidence rate of the hepatic portal and rectal diseases exceeds 50 percent according to statistics of related data. At present, the treatment methods of the anorectal diseases mainly comprise internal medicine, external medicine and operation treatment. Wherein, the medicine has slow curative effect by oral administration, and is easy to be polluted or damaged again in the recovery process to generate other diseases; the medicine for external use can not fully play a role, has a slight curative effect, and has frequent dressing change times and low patient compliance. Moreover, the two methods can only treat patients with mild disease and hardly have obvious curative effect on patients with severe disease.
The surgical treatment can fundamentally solve the focus, but the postoperative wound surface of the anorectal disease is mostly provided with bacteria and has open wounds without suture, and the wound surface repair is a complex biological process expressed by the body responding to skin injury and mainly comprises a local inflammatory reaction stage, a cell proliferation and differentiation stage, a granulation tissue formation stage and a tissue reconstruction stage, wherein angiogenesis in the wound surface gradually forms new capillaries through proliferation of vascular endothelial cells, the granulation tissue and fibroblasts, endothelial cells, new blood vessels and the like form granulation tissue together to fill wound cavities or tissue cracks, and original blood clots, necrotic tissue and the like can be decomposed by enzyme, and leukocytes phagocytize, absorb or discharge from the wound. The fibroblasts synthesize procollagen and amino polysaccharide, collagen fibers in granulation tissues are gradually increased, the hardness and the tension of the collagen fibers are enhanced, the granulation tissues are converted into fibrous tissues to be grafted among broken tissues, and meanwhile, epithelial cells are proliferated to realize wound healing under the combined action. Therefore, the recovery time of the operation wound after the anorectal disease operation is long, and the nursing is also troublesome. The postoperative wound surface has symptoms of bleeding, liquid seepage, pain, pruritus, burning heat and the like, and brings pain to patients; and the problems of granulation tissue hyperplasia of the wound surface, pseudo healing of the wound surface, uneven healing surface, scar hyperplasia and the like are easy to occur. At present, the problems of excessive granulation, scar hyperplasia, uneven wound surface and the like after the operation of a patient are solved by adopting conventional sitting compression therapy such as cotton padding compression and the like, but the effect is not ideal, so that a lot of patients still need to solve the granulation or scar hyperplasia tissues with local over-protrusion through an operation means again after the operation recovery.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a postoperative recovery article for anorectal diseases, which has the effects of promoting wound healing, relieving pain of patients and preventing overgrowth of granulation on wound surfaces and scar hyperplasia.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the utility model provides an anorectal disease postoperative resumes auxiliary material, the material is the cylinder that one end is the button head, the material includes inner core, water swelling layer and medicine layer from inside to outside in proper order, the one end of the button head of inner core with the water swelling layer is connected, the inner core with the part of not connecting still is provided with the lubricating layer between the water swelling layer.
The anorectal disease postoperative recovery auxiliary material provided by the invention can be applied to an operation wound of an anorectal disease patient, and simultaneously plays a role in applying medicine to the wound and providing proper pressure for the wound. When the material provided by the invention is used, the round end of the material is placed into the anorectum of a patient facing inwards. The patient may generally begin applying the materials provided herein after the surgical incision has successfully stopped bleeding until the surgical incision is substantially restored. Wherein the medicament layer may act to promote recovery of the operative wound and/or to reduce pain at the wound site. On one hand, the water absorption expansion layer can absorb the exudate of the operation wound, keep the wound position dry and be beneficial to the recovery of the wound; on the other hand, the volume of the wound exudate absorbing bag is increased, a certain compression force is applied to the operation wound, and the problems of granulation overgrowth, scar hyperplasia and the like on the wound surface can be effectively avoided. The inner core is connected with the water-absorbing expansion layer at round head one end, and the unconnected part between the inner core and the water-absorbing expansion layer is provided with the lubricating layer, so that the postoperative recovery auxiliary material for the anorectal disease with the enlarged volume after use can be taken out from the anorectum without influencing the operation wound. When the anorectal disease postoperative recovery auxiliary material is taken out, the non-round-head end of the inner core is grasped and pulled outwards, the water absorption expansion layer is driven to deform and fold in the direction from the round-head end to the inner core in the process of moving outwards by the inner core, and the water absorption expansion layer is gradually separated from the inner wall of the anorectal from the innermost end until the water absorption expansion layer is completely separated from the anorectal. The whole process of taking out the anorectal disease postoperative recovery auxiliary material is simple and convenient to operate, the wound cannot be pulled by friction, pain of a patient is avoided, and recovery of the patient is facilitated. In order to further facilitate the operation, a pull rope, a pull buckle and other structures can be arranged at the non-round end of the inner core.
In the invention, the postoperative recovery auxiliary material for the anorectal disease is designed into a cylinder with a round head at one end, so that the material can be conveniently placed into the anorectal from the anus of a patient. In practical application, the cylinder can also be designed into materials with different height specifications, so that anorectal patients can select materials with proper height according to the specific position of the operation wound. The diameter of the material before use is such that it is convenient for the patient to place in the anorectum and not to easily fall out, and it is not easy to squeeze and tear the surgical wound during the placement of the material.
In the invention, the function of the medicine layer at least comprises at least one of promoting the recovery of the operation wound and relieving the pain feeling at the position of the operation wound, and the medicine layer can be prepared by adopting external paste or gel of at least one of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese patent medicine, western medicine or mixture thereof.
The lubricating layer can be prepared by common lubricant, so that the adhesion of the inner core and the water-absorbing expansion layer can be avoided, and the resistance when the inner core and the water-absorbing expansion layer move relatively is reduced.
Furthermore, a through hole is formed in the material along the central axis direction of the cylinder. Is beneficial to the patient to discharge the gas in the intestinal tract.
Furthermore, the material also comprises a bottom patch connected with the non-round-head end of the inner core, wherein the bottom patch is provided with a lubricating layer, a water-swelling layer and a medicine layer which are sequentially arranged on one side of the cylinder, and the through hole penetrates through the bottom patch.
The anorectal disease postoperative recovery auxiliary material provided by the invention is provided with the bottom paste, so that the operation wound at the periphery of an anus can be conveniently treated by medicines and a certain compression force is applied, and meanwhile, the material is more conveniently placed into the anus and taken out by a patient or medical personnel, and the anorectal disease postoperative recovery auxiliary material is convenient to use.
Furthermore, a medicine permeable membrane is arranged on one side of the medicine layer, which is far away from the water-absorbing expansion layer, and the medicine permeable membrane is an elastic membrane provided with a plurality of medicine permeable holes.
In the invention, the elastic medicine permeable membrane is arranged on the outer side of the medicine layer, so that the medicine layer can be protected and the medicine effect of the medicine layer is not influenced.
Further, the medicine permeable membrane is an anti-adhesion membrane.
