4. The process of claim 1, wherein the sterilization of the underpants with ultraviolet light is carried out by destroying the DNA structure of the bacteria with the wavelength of ultraviolet light to remove the bacteria.

The production process of disposable underpants according to claim 2, wherein the washing liquid comprises water, sodium laureth sulfate, cocamide DEA, sodium chloride, sodium laureth sulfate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, essence, silver ion hydrate, 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1, 3-diol, and methylisothiazolinone.

The production process flow of disposable underpants according to claim 6, wherein the washing solution for underwear is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-82 parts of water, 10-14 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 1-3 parts of cocamide DEA, 0.7-1.0 part of sodium chloride, 2-4 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 0.1-0.2 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 0.3-0.5 part of essence, 0.1-0.3 part of silver ion decoction compound, 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1, 3-diol and 0.1-0.2 part of methylisothiazolinone.
8. The production process flow of disposable underpants according to claim 6, wherein the washing solution for underwear is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 81.4 parts of water, 12 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 2 parts of cocamide DEA, 0.8 part of sodium chloride, 3 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 0.1 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 0.4 part of essence, 0.2 part of silver ion decocted compound, 2-bromine-2-nitropropane-1, 3-diol and 0.1 part of methylisothiazolinone.
