when the underwear is washed, a sterilization type detergent is added to wash off stains and preliminarily sterilize, then circular washing is carried out, clean water and fragrant washing liquid with different tastes are used for fine cleaning, and floating hair and impurities are removed.
And after fine cleaning, dehydrating and drying, continuously drying at a medium temperature of 88 ℃ during drying, destroying the DNA structure of bacteria by using the wavelength of ultraviolet rays during sterilization treatment of underpants by using the ultraviolet rays, removing the bacteria, sealing and packaging in a hundred thousand-level dust-free workshop, wherein the washing liquid components of the underwear comprise water, sodium laureth sulfate, cocamide DEA, sodium chloride, sodium laureth sulfate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, essence, silver ion decoction, 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1, 3-diol and methylisothiazolinone.
The underwear washing liquid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-82 parts of water, 10-14 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 1-3 parts of cocamide DEA, 0.7-1.0 part of sodium chloride, 2-4 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 0.1-0.2 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 0.3-0.5 part of essence, 0.1-0.3 part of silver ion decoction compound, 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1, 3-diol and 0.1-0.2 part of methylisothiazolinone.
Firstly, making underpants, then deeply cleaning, adding a sterilization type cleaning solution, washing off stains and preliminarily sterilizing; secondly, circularly washing, namely finely washing by using a large amount of clear water and fragrant washing liquid with different tastes and removing impurities such as floating hair and the like; then dehydrating and drying, continuously drying at the medium temperature of 88 ℃, reducing the breeding of bacteria, and sizing the size, so that the water cannot shrink during subsequent cleaning; then, sterilizing the underpants by ultraviolet rays, and destroying DNA structures of bacteria by using the wavelength of the ultraviolet rays to thoroughly remove the bacteria; finally, sealing and packaging are carried out in a hundred thousand grade dust-free workshop, so that the hands of users are ensured to be free from foreign matter pollution, and the effects of cleanness, sanitation and no-clean first-wearing are achieved.
The underwear washing liquid mainly comprises water, sodium laureth sulfate, cocamide DEA, sodium chloride, sodium laureth sulfate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, essence, silver ion boiled compound, 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1, 3-diol and methylisothiazolinone, wherein the sodium laureth sulfate arranged in the washing liquid is used for cleaning and decontaminating underwear, the cocamide DEA arranged in the washing liquid is also used for cleaning and decontaminating, the sodium chloride arranged in the ingredients is used for thickening the washing liquid, the hydroxypropyl methylcellulose arranged enables the underwear to be more flexible, and the silver ion boiled compound, the 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1, 3-diol and methylisothiazolinone can be used for carrying out corrosion prevention and sterilization on the underwear.
