Description

Application of coenzyme in anti-aging beauty skin care product, skin care product containing coenzyme and preparation method of skin care product
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetic products, in particular to application of coenzyme in an anti-aging beauty skin care product, a skin care product containing the coenzyme and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Skin aging is characterized by thinning, fragility, delayed wound healing, and reduced levels of skin cells (e.g., keratinocytes and melanocytes), accompanied by reduced adult stem cells, etc. The theory of aging holds that: when the defense and repair mechanisms of the body are defective, damage is accumulated continuously, and aging is caused. Thus, there is a balance between repair and senescence, and maintaining this balance requires the cells to repair DNA damage effectively. When the damage cannot be repaired, it is necessary to remove these damaged cells. Adult stem cells are essential for replenishing cells that are eliminated from tissues, but their capacity gradually decreases with age, depletion of stem cells, and accumulation of senescent cells.
Human beings are affected by various factors in the environment, such as ultraviolet irradiation, and DNA is damaged, which is also a common factor in skin aging. In places where ultraviolet light is intense, many human skin cells undergo genetic damage, and if the damage is difficult to repair without entering the apoptotic pathway, the cells age. In addition, temperature and humidity changes are strong irritations, and the exposed skin inevitably responds to the influences of temperature and humidity, and the irritations are applied to the skin for a long time to age the skin. In addition, cellular metabolism in the human body generates oxygen radicals, and these energetic oxygen radicals are continuously collided in the cells to cause DNA damage, protein denaturation, etc., and long-term damage causes irreversible aging of the cells. The body is not without much energy for damage, and there are in fact corresponding repair mechanisms in the body to deal with cellular damage, such as the typical DNA repair mechanisms. When the cells cannot be repaired, the cells enter an apoptosis stage, degrade and phagocytose the whole cells, and then differentiate by another important cell, namely stem cells, so as to compensate the apoptotic cells. However, this system is not always operational. With age, the overall repair capacity of the body becomes increasingly difficult to cope with cell damage, and the greater problem is that stem cells in the body are not available indefinitely. Thus, as age progresses, stem cells become senescent and depleted, with the end result that repair cannot compensate for the damage, and the cells age, including of course, the aging of the skin.
In order to prevent skin aging, various skin care products are applied to the face to keep the facial skin smooth and youthful, but the existing skin care products have to be improved and developed in terms of the effect of preventing facial skin aging.
