Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of herbicides, and particularly relates to a ternary weeding composition containing picolinafen and application thereof.
Background
Sulfonepyrazoxazoles belong to a novel class of isoxazole herbicides that specifically inhibit many of the elongation steps catalyzed by VLCFA elongases. Is absorbed by the plant mainly through the young buds and roots, and after the plant germinates, the growth of apical meristems and coleoptiles is blocked. Can effectively prevent and control a plurality of common weeds such as brome, alopecurus macrorhizus, descurainia sophia, shepherd's purse and the like in the winter wheat field of the dry land.
Metolachlor is an amide selective preemergence herbicide, mainly inhibits protein synthesis of germinated seeds, and secondly inhibits choline from permeating phospholipid to interfere lecithin formation, so that annual gramineous weeds and part of small-grain seed broadleaf weeds can be effectively prevented and killed.
Pretilachlor can effectively prevent and kill barnyard grass, moleplant seed, eleusine indica, feltwort, cyperus rotundus, monochoria vaginalis, rhizoma alismatis, ludwigia prostrata and other annual weeds.
Flupyrazamide is an amide herbicide, chlorophyll is damaged and cell membranes are broken by inhibiting the biosynthesis of carotenoid in plants, weeds show that buds are decolorized or white, and finally the whole plant is wilted to die. The herbicide composition is mainly used for closed prevention and removal of annual broad-leaved weeds such as veronica officinalis, chickweed, starwort, pagoda grass, shepherd's purse and descurainia sophia before winter wheat seedlings.
The herbicide is easy to cause the drug resistance of weeds after being singly used for a long time, causes pollution to the environment, and can effectively reduce the application dosage of active ingredients and improve the weeding effect by the synergistic weeding composition. In the prior art, no report is provided about the compound use of the topramezone, the metolachlor or the pretilachlor and the picolinafen.

Example 1: indoor determination of compounding of pyraflufen-ethyl, metolachlor and fluopicolide on alopecurus
The tested weeds: and (4) collecting mature seeds in the field of the amur foxtail and storing the seeds in a laboratory.
Reagent to be tested: a pyriftalid technical, a metolachlor technical and a picolinafen technical; is commercially available.
The test method comprises the following steps: the test is carried out in an artificial intelligent climate room, a plurality of plastic pots with the diameter of 25cm are selected, a proper amount of moist sterilized loam is added, the soil surface diameter is 20cm, the temperature is 20-25 ℃, the relative humidity is 60% -80%, the illumination and darkness are 14h to 10h, the intensity is 2000Lux, and the culture medium is screened air-dried loam. And (3) completely wetting the soil by adopting a pot bottom infiltrating irrigation mode, uniformly scattering the pretreated weed seeds to be tested on the surface of the soil, covering soil for 1cm, transferring the sowed weed seeds into a greenhouse for conventional culture, and supplementing water by adopting a pot bottom infiltrating irrigation mode. And 2d after sowing, performing soil surface spraying by adopting an ASS-4 type automatic control spraying tower, correcting the liquid spraying amount before the test according to the sequence from low dose to high dose in the test design, wherein the spraying pressure is 0.275MPa, the liquid spraying amount is 600kg/hm2, and the distance between the spray head and the pot is 50 cm. Each treatment was repeated 4 times and was blanked with 0.1% aqueous tween 80. The growth state of the tested weeds is observed and recorded regularly after the treatment, and the weeds on the overground part are harvested 21 days after the treatment and are weighed as fresh weight. And (4) carrying out data statistics according to the standard of the ministry, and testing and judging the compounded herbicide by using a Gowing method. The actually measured fresh weight inhibition rate after compounding is represented by E. When the content of E-E0 is more than 10 percent, the synergistic effect is achieved, when the content of E-E0 < -10 percent is antagonistic effect, and when the content of E-E0 is between-10 percent and 10 percent, the additive effect is achieved.
And (4) analyzing results: the compounding of the topramezone, the metolachlor and the fluopicolide has a synergistic effect on the alopecurus; the composition with the synergistic effect can effectively reduce the using dosage of active ingredients and slow down the generation of drug resistance of weeds.
