Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of herbicides, and particularly relates to a weeding composition containing pretilachlor, pyriminobac-methyl and bensulfuron methyl and application thereof.
Background
Pretilachlor is an amide selective preemergence herbicide, can be absorbed by hypocotyls, mesocotyl and coleoptiles of plants, is slightly absorbed by roots, directly interferes with protein synthesis in weeds, and has indirect influence on photosynthesis and respiration. The damaged weed seedlings are twisted, the primary leaves are difficult to stretch out, the color of the leaves is dark green, and the growth is stopped until the seedlings die; can effectively prevent and kill barnyard grass, moleplant seed, carignane, strange lettuce, monochoria vaginalis, jiejia japonica, felt of cattle and other annual grassy weeds and broad-leaved weeds.
The pyriminobac-methyl is a pyrimidine systemic conduction selective herbicide, can be absorbed by stems, leaves and roots of weeds and quickly conducted to the whole plants to inhibit the biosynthesis of acetolactate synthase (ALS) and amino acid, so that the cell division in the bodies of the weeds is inhibited and hindered, the weeds stop growing, and finally the weeds are whitened and died.
Bensulfuron-methyl is an inhibitor for the synthesis of amino acid branched chains, selectively inhibits the biosynthesis of the essential amino acids valine and isoleucine of organisms, prevents cell division and stops the growth of plants. Belongs to systemic herbicide, and the herbicide is absorbed by leaves and roots and moves rapidly in meristematic tissue. Can be used for preventing and removing annual broadleaf weeds in rice transplanting fields. The herbicide composition is mainly used for preventing and killing broad-leaved weeds and sedge weeds in paddy fields, such as alisma orientale, monochoria vaginalis, stranguria japonica, iphigenia indica, arthroncus, cyperus esculentus, amaranthus marsupium, feltwort and the like.
The chemical agent is easy to cause the drug resistance of weeds after being singly used for a long time, causes pollution to the environment, and the research and development of the synergistic composition which can improve the weeding effect and reduce the application dosage of active ingredients is the key point of the research and development of a plurality of pesticide companies in China. In the prior art, no report is provided about the compound use of pretilachlor, pyriminobac-methyl and bensulfuron-methyl.
Disclosure of Invention
The weeding composition containing pretilachlor, pyriminobac-methyl and bensulfuron methyl and the application thereof have a remarkable synergistic effect. The specific technical scheme is as follows:
a weeding composition containing pretilachlor, pyriminobac-methyl and bensulfuron-methyl is characterized in that active ingredients comprise pretilachlor, pyriminobac-methyl and bensulfuron-methyl, and the mass ratio of the pretilachlor, the pyriminobac-methyl and the bensulfuron-methyl is 1-50:1-5: 1-5. The preferable mass ratio of pretilachlor to pyriminobac-methyl to bensulfuron-methyl is 10:1: 0.5-1.5. The preferable mass ratio of pretilachlor to pyriminobac-methyl to bensulfuron-methyl is 10:1:1.
the weeding composition is characterized in that the mass percentage of the active ingredients is 1-85%. The preferable mass percentage of the active ingredients is 20-75%.
The weeding composition is mixed with common auxiliary materials on pesticides to prepare any preparation suitable for agriculture. The preferable preparation is dispersible oil suspending agent, missible oil, water dispersible granule, wettable powder, granule, suspending agent and microemulsion. Preferably, the formulation is a dispersible oil suspension.
The weeding composition is used for preventing and removing weeds in crop fields. Preferably the weeds are annual grasses and broadleaf weeds. The preferable field weeds for the direct seeding field of the rice: and (3) prevention and treatment of crabgrass, barnyard grass, monochoria vaginalis and herba jie sectae.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the pretilachlor, the pyriminobac-methyl and the bensulfuron methyl are compounded to have obvious synergistic effect, so that the application dosage of active ingredients can be effectively reduced, the generation of drug resistance is slowed down, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
When the application amount of the compound preparation is 30g a.i./mu, the total control effect on weeds such as crabgrass, barnyard grass, monochoria vaginalis and arthroncus in a paddy direct seeding field is about 90 percent. Under the same dosage, the 48% propidium-pyrim-benzyl dispersible oil suspending agent has excellent weeding effect. The ternary composition can obviously improve the weeding effect, effectively reduce the application dosage of active ingredients and improve the control effect.
Detailed Description
The invention will be better understood from the following examples. However, those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the description of the embodiments is only for illustrating the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the invention as detailed in the claims.
Example 1: indoor toxicity determination method for pretilachlor, pyriminobac-methyl and bensulfuron methyl compounded barnyard grass
The tested weeds: and (4) barnyard grass seeds, collecting mature seeds in the field, and storing in a laboratory.
Reagent to be tested: pretilachlor technical, pyriminobac-methyl technical and bensulfuron methyl technical; is commercially available.
The test method comprises the following steps: the soil for the test is special soil for the test collected from the land without medicine. Filling the flowerpot 3/4 with soil special for the test; the flowerpot is placed in a pot containing water, and the water permeates from the bottom of the flowerpot, so that the soil is completely wetted. Sowing 25 quantitative barnyard grass seeds in a flowerpot, and covering 1cm of soil after sowing. And (5) carrying out soil spraying treatment by using a belt type crop sprayer according to the experimental design dosage 24 hours after sowing. The test was repeated 4 times, and the clear water control was used. After the test material is treated, the test material is placed in a greenhouse to be managed according to a conventional method, the emergence of seedlings of the tested weeds and the reaction condition of the seedlings to the medicament are observed and recorded, the fresh weight of the overground part of each treated weed is weighed 30 days after the treatment, and the fresh weight inhibition percentage is calculated. And judging the combination effect of the composition according to the gowing method.
TABLE 1 measurement of pretilachlor, pyriminobac-methyl and bensulfuron methyl combined action to barnyard grass
And (4) analyzing results: as can be seen from Table 1, the pretilachlor, pyriminobac-methyl and bensulfuron methyl after compounding show synergistic and additive effects on barnyard grass. Wherein the ratio of pretilachlor to pyriminobac-methyl to bensulfuron-methyl is 10:1:1, 10:1:0.5 and 10:1:1.5, which shows synergistic effect.
