Abstract
The invention provides a weeding composition containing quinclorac, the active ingredients of which comprise quinclorac, penoxsulam and oxaziclorac; the mass ratio of the quinclorac to the penoxsulam to the oxaziclorac is 5-20:0.3-0.9: 0.4-1.5; the composition has obvious synergistic effect and higher control effect than a single agent; can be used for preventing and removing annual weeds in the paddy fields.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pesticide herbicides, and particularly relates to a herbicidal composition containing quinclorac and application thereof.
Background
The quinclorac is a novel herbicide with dual-action mechanism in the paddy field, has soil and stem and leaf treatment activity, has good effect on barnyard grass, large crabgrass, ludwigia prostrata, eclipta prostrata and the like in the paddy field, and has the advantages of high action speed, wide weed control spectrum, high safety and the like. The quinclorac can permeate into the plant body through the surfaces of stems and leaves and can also be absorbed by roots, and the action mode is that the stems and leaves are absorbed by roots, and the stems and leaves are absorbed as the main action mode. Indoor activity tests and field efficacy tests show that the 20% quinclorac dispersible oil suspending agent has higher activity and better control effect on barnyard grass, large crabgrass, eclipta prostrata and ludwigia prostrata.
Penoxsulam is a conductive herbicide, is absorbed by stem leaves, buds and root systems, is conducted to meristems through xylem and phloem to inhibit plant growth, so that growing points lose green, terminal buds become red and necrotic after treatment for 7-14 days, and the plants die in 2-4 weeks; is suitable for direct seeding dry land, direct seeding water land, seedling field, and seedling throwing and transplanting field. The application method can be spraying or soil mixing treatment.
Oxaziclomefone was produced by mitsubishi oil corporation, co-developed with the japan agricultural cooperation consortium, and commercialized. The oxaziclomefone has high safety for transplanted rice, and is efficient and long in residual effect on annual weeds of rice, particularly barnyard grass.
The herbicide is used independently, so that the weeding effect is low, the weed is easy to generate drug resistance, the generation of the drug resistance of the weed can be delayed by the interactive use of different herbicide pesticides, the use dosage of active ingredients is reduced, and the environmental pollution is reduced. At present, no reports of related documents on the mixed use of the benzoquinclorac, the penoxsulam and the oxaziclomefone exist in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a herbicide composition with a synergistic effect. The composition has the characteristics of good weeding effect, reduction in the using amount and using times of chemical pesticides, difficulty in generating drug resistance and the like.
The invention is realized by the following modes:
a weeding composition containing quinclorac is characterized in that active ingredients comprise quinclorac, penoxsulam and oxaziclorac; the mass ratio of the quinclorac, the penoxsulam and the oxaziclorac is 5-20:0.3-0.9: 0.4-1.5. Preferably, the mass ratio of the quinclorac, the penoxsulam and the oxaziclorac is 10-20:0.6-0.9: 0.8-1.5.
The weeding composition is characterized by being in the form of dispersible oil suspending agent, water suspending agent and water dispersible granule. The percentage content of active ingredients in the preparation is 1-65%; preferably, the percentage of active ingredient is 10-50%.
The weeding composition is characterized by being used for preventing and removing annual weeds in paddy fields. Preferably used for preventing and killing barnyard grass, large crabgrass, Chinese character Qianjin, eclipta prostrata, ludwigia prostrata, cyperaceae weeds, carp intestines, sesbania, chikuseta japonica, monochoria vaginalis and the like.
The auxiliary materials selected in the preparation process of the invention are one or more of emulsifier, defoamer, wetting agent, thickener, dispersant, antifreeze, mildew preventive, solvent, disintegrant, filler and the like.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the quinclorac, the penoxsulam and the oxaziclorac are mixed mutually, conflict cannot be generated, the synergistic effect is obvious, the control effect is higher than that of a single agent, and the lasting period is long. The weeding composition can greatly reduce the using amount of pesticides, reduce the cost, reduce the residual quantity of the pesticides on crops and reduce the environmental pollution; the weeding composition expands the weeding spectrum and has higher activity on various weeds.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present invention is provided in conjunction with examples, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Example 1: indoor pot experiment
The test method comprises the following steps: and filling the plastic pot with the hole at the bottom with air-dried fine soil, placing the plastic pot in a plastic box filled with enough water, absorbing water by the air-dried fine soil through soil permeation, and sowing after the water is saturated. The weeds were sown in plastic pots, 30 seeds/pot. After sowing, covering fine soil of 0.2-1.0 cm according to the size of the seeds, and culturing in a sunlight greenhouse. And supplementing water every other day to keep the soil moist. And (5) fixing seedlings when seedlings of the weeds are regularly emerged. And carrying out stem and leaf spraying treatment when the weeds are growing to 2-3 leaves.
The treatment and investigation method comprises the steps of adopting a stem leaf spraying method at the 2-3 leaf stage of the weeds, and regularly observing the damage condition of the weeds after the weeds are applied. And (5) investigating the fresh weight of the overground part of the weed 21 days after the application of the herbicide, and calculating the fresh weight inhibition rate.
Herbicide combinations were evaluated according to the Colby method. Evaluation criteria: when E-E0 is more than 10%, the synergistic effect is expressed; when the concentration is more than or equal to-10 percent and less than or equal to E-E0, the additive effect is shown; when E-E0 is < -10%, it shows antagonistic action.
TABLE 1 determination of virulence of barnyard grass by the compounded composition
As can be seen from the table above, compared with a single dose, the compounding of quinclorac, penoxsulam and oxaziclorac has an obvious synergistic effect on barnyard grass. The three substances are combined for use, so that the dosage of the pesticide can be effectively reduced.
Example 2 field Effect control test
Test agents:
preparation 1: 22.8% quinclorac, penoxsulam and oxaziclorac dispersible oil suspending agent
20% of dichloroquinolinone, 1.2% of penoxsulam, 1.6% of oxaziclomefone, 5005% of agricultural emulsion, 805% of soil temperature, 4% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 3% of organic silicon, 4% of bentonite and the balance of methyl oleate, wherein the balance is 100%.
Preparation 2: 26% quinclorac, penoxsulam and oxaziclorac dispersible oil suspending agent
20% of quinclorac, 2% of penoxsulam, 4% of oxaziclomefone, 5004% of agricultural emulsion, 806% of soil temperature, 5% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 2% of organic silicon, 3.5% of bentonite and the balance of methyl oleate to 100%.
And (3) testing weeds: weeds in paddy fields: barnyard grass, moleplant seed, nutgrass flatsedge and monochoria vaginalis.
The test method comprises the following steps: at the 1-3 leaf stage of weeds, spraying the stems and leaves for 1 time, and investigating the fresh weight control effect after 21 days. Control effect (%) - (fresh weight of weeds in clear water control group-fresh weight of weeds in treated group)/fresh weight of weeds in clear water group ]. 100.
