Abstract
A weeding composition containing quinclorac, topramezone and terbuthylazine. The invention provides a herbicide composition, which contains quinclorac, topramezone and terbuthylazine, wherein the weight ratio of the quinclorac to the topramezone to the terbuthylazine is 1-20:1: 5-30; can be used for preventing and controlling annual weeds in corn fields and has obvious synergistic effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a weeding composition and application thereof.
Background
The quinclorac herbicide with strong quinclorac selectivity is mainly used for preventing and killing barnyard grass in rice fields. Can also prevent and kill the Potentilla fruticosa, sesbania, cress, monochoria vaginalis and Chinese honeylocust fruit, has special effect on barnyard grass, has high efficiency on 4-7-year-old barnyard grass, but has poor effect on annual sedge weeds, and has drug resistance on perennial sedge. Topramezone is a triketone post-emergence stem and leaf treating agent. The herbicide has systemic and conductive effects, and can be absorbed by leaves, roots and stems of plants. Broad herbicide controlling spectrum, and preventing and killing annual gramineous weeds and broad-leaved weeds in corn fields. The control effect is rapid, the effect can be obtained 2 to 5 days after the drug is taken, and the lasting period is longer. The corn flour shows better safety to various varieties of corns (field corn, sweet corn and popcorn corn), and is safe to crops under the normal use condition. Terbuthylazine is a triazine herbicide, has a selective systemic conduction effect, is mainly absorbed by roots of plants and conveyed to green leaves to inhibit photosynthesis for preventing and removing most weeds, and has high safety.
In the prior art, the combination of two or more than two active ingredients is used, the generation of drug resistance is slowed down, and the use amount of pesticides is reduced, which is a hot point of pesticide compounding in China at present. Previous research by the applicant has found that there is no report in the prior art relating to the preparation of a herbicide composition by combining quinclorac, topramezone and terbuthylazine. The applicant has found that the combined use of quinclorac, topramezone and terbuthylazine shows a superior technical effect compared to binary compositions.

The weeding composition provided by the invention is used for preventing and controlling crop weeds. The crops are preferably field crops such as corn, rice and the like; the weeds are preferably: crabgrass, goosegrass, barnyard grass, monochoria vaginalis and amaranthus retroflexus annual weeds.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the quinclorac, the topramezone and the terbuthylazine belong to herbicidal active compounds with different compound structures and different action mechanisms, and after the quinclorac, the topramezone and the terbuthylazine are combined for use, the composition shows remarkable synergistic effect and has better herbicidal effect than a single agent or a binary combination. The weeding composition can be used for preventing and removing weeds in a corn field, and is safe to corn crops when observed and found in the field; can be popularized and used, can effectively reduce the dosage of active ingredients and slow down the generation of drug resistance of weeds.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present invention is provided in conjunction with examples, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
EXAMPLE 1 indoor toxicity assay for Echinochloa crusgallic acid, topramezone and terbuthylazine
The tested weeds: barnyard grass
The test method comprises the following steps: and (3) sowing barnyard grass seeds in the plastic pots, carrying out seedling and plant setting in the 2-leaf period, reserving 20 barnyard grass with consistent growth potential in each pot, and treating the barnyard grass when the barnyard grass grows to 3-4 leaf period. A series of single agents with different concentrations and different mixture ratios are prepared, and stem and leaf spray treatment (spray volume of 50mL/m2) is carried out by a potter spray device, and the treatment is repeated for 4 times. After treatment, the barnyard grass is placed in a greenhouse for normal management, the growth condition of the barnyard grass is regularly observed, the fresh weight of the overground part of the barnyard grass is weighed after 14 days, the fresh weight inhibition rate is calculated, a linear regression equation and ED50 with different combinations are solved according to the relationship between the fresh weight inhibition rate and the medicament concentration, and the combined action type of the three on the barnyard grass is evaluated after the three are mixed.
TABLE 1 determination of indoor toxicity of quinclorac, topramezone and terbuthylazine on barnyard grass
As can be seen from Table 1, the combination of quinclorac, topramezone and terbuthylazine has good control effect on barnyard grass, wherein when the proportion of the quinclorac, the topramezone and the terbuthylazine is 1-20:1:5-30, the composition shows synergistic effect on the barnyard grass, the proportion of the quinclorac, the topramezone and the terbuthylazine is 5:1:20, the proportion of the quinclorac, the topramezone and the terbuthylazine is 15:1:25, the composition shows remarkable synergistic effect on the barnyard grass, and particularly, the CTC value is more than 150. Therefore, the combined use of the three or more components can effectively reduce the use dosage of the active components, slow down the generation of drug resistance of weeds and reduce environmental pollution.
Example 2 determination of the control of Dichloroquinolinic acid, topramezone and terbuthylazine on the potted plants in the large intestine
