Abstract
The invention provides a weeding composition containing bensulfuron-methyl, butachlor and clomazone, wherein the active ingredients comprise the bensulfuron-methyl, the butachlor and the clomazone, and the mass ratio of the bensulfuron-methyl, the butachlor and the clomazone is 1-10:1-30: 1-20. The weeding composition can be used for preventing and removing annual weeds in the paddy field and has obvious synergistic effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of herbicides, and particularly relates to a weeding composition containing bensulfuron methyl, butachlor and clomazone and application thereof.
Background
Bensulfuron-methyl belongs to sulfonylurea systemic conduction selective herbicide, and can prevent and kill annual broad leaf weeds and sedge weeds, such as common burreed rhizome, monochoria vaginalis, rhizoma alismatis, short arrowhead, Japanese eclipta, felt of cattle, potamogeton indica, spirodela tetraphylla, cyperus heterophylla, mozucca pubescens, allium fistulosum linn, pipewort and Chinese cabbage.
Butachlor belongs to amide selective preemergence herbicides, and is mainly absorbed by weed sprouts and young secondary roots to inhibit in-vivo protein synthesis, so that the weed sprouts are enlarged and deformed to finally cause death, and various annual weeds in transplanted paddy fields can be effectively prevented and removed.
Clomazone is a high-efficiency selective pre-emergence herbicide, can inhibit various enzyme activities, prevent chlorophyll from generating, generate albinism to kill, and can prevent and kill various annual gramineous weeds and broadleaf weeds, such as wild oat, barnyard grass, green bristlegrass, amaranthus retroflexus, black nightshade and the like.
After the herbicides are mixed for use, three different combined actions of synergism, addition and antagonism occur, the weeding composition with synergism can effectively reduce the using dosage of active ingredients, slow down the generation of drug resistance of weeds and reduce environmental pollution, and a plurality of domestic pesticide enterprises pay attention to the compounding of medicaments to screen out the weeding composition with excellent synergism for registration. The previous investigation finds that no report is available in the prior art about the compound use of bensulfuron-methyl, butachlor and clomazone.
Disclosure of Invention
The weeding composition containing bensulfuron methyl, butachlor and clomazone and the application thereof have obvious synergistic effect. The specific technical scheme is as follows:
a weeding composition containing bensulfuron-methyl, butachlor and clomazone is characterized in that the mass ratio of the bensulfuron-methyl, the butachlor and the clomazone is 0.1-10:1-30: 1-20.
The weeding composition is characterized in that the mass ratio of the bensulfuron methyl, the butachlor and the clomazone is 0.1-1:5-30: 5-20. The preferable mass ratio of the bensulfuron methyl, the butachlor and the clomazone is 1:5-30: 5-20.
The weeding composition is mixed with common auxiliary materials on pesticides to prepare any preparation suitable for agriculture; the weeding composition is characterized in that the mass percentage of the active ingredients is 1-95%. .
The preparation is dispersible oil suspending agent, suspending emulsion, water dispersible granule, large granule, wettable powder, suspending agent and missible oil.
The weeding composition is used for preventing and removing crop weeds. The crop is rice; the weeds are annual grassy, broad-leaved and sedge weeds.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the composition of the invention has obvious synergistic effect: when the mass ratio of the bensulfuron methyl to the butachlor to the clomazone is 0.1:5:10, 0.5:5:5, 0.5:15:10, 1.0:15:5, 1.0:30:10 and 1.0:5:20, the composition has a synergistic effect on the barnyard grass; when the mass ratio of the bensulfuron methyl to the butachlor to the clomazone is 0.1:5:10, 0.5:5:5, 0.5:15:10, 1.0:15:5, 1.0:30:10 and 1.0:5:20, the composition has a synergistic effect on the monochoria vaginalis. 2. The composition of the invention can effectively reduce the dosage of active ingredients, slow down the generation of drug resistance of weeds and reduce environmental pollution.
Detailed Description
Example 1: indoor bioassay of barnyard grass by using compound medicament
Testing weeds: barnyard grass.
The test method comprises the following steps: a greenhouse potting method is adopted. The test soil is special soil for the test, and no medicament is applied to the collected soil plots. Filling soil special for the test into a flowerpot; the flowerpot is placed in a basin for containing water, and soil is kept moist by adopting an infiltrating irrigation mode at the bottom of the basin. Sowing 35 barnyard grass seeds in a flowerpot, covering soil of 0.5cm after sowing, and performing soil spraying treatment 24 hours after sowing, wherein the treatment is repeated for 4 times. After treatment, the barnyard grass is placed in a greenhouse for normal management, the growth condition of the barnyard grass is regularly observed, the fresh weight of the overground part of the barnyard grass is weighed after 30 days, and the fresh weight inhibition rate is calculated. The combined effect of the herbicidal compositions was evaluated using the Gowing method.
And (3) testing results:
TABLE 1 indoor bioassay results for barnyard grass with compounded agent
As can be seen from Table 1, the combination of bensulfuron methyl, butachlor and clomazone exhibited different combined effects on barnyard grass. When the mass ratio of the bensulfuron methyl, the butachlor and the clomazone is 0.5:15:10, 1.0:15:5, 1.0:30:10 and 1.0:5:20, the synergistic effect is shown, and the other mass ratios are additive effects, particularly, when the mass ratio of the bensulfuron methyl, the butachlor and the clomazone is 0.1:5:10, 0.5:5:5 and 0.5:30:20, the E-E0 is more than 9.5, the using dosage of active ingredients can be effectively reduced, and the generation of drug resistance is slowed down.
Example 2: indoor determination of herba monochoriae vaginalis by using compound medicament
Testing weeds: herba Monochoriae; the test method comprises the following steps: reference is made to example 1.
And (4) analyzing results:
TABLE 2 indoor determination of the combination of the agents on the herba Otteliae Alismoidis

Weeds in rice fields: barnyard grass, moleplant seed, herba arthrodii, herba monochoriae vaginalis, rhizoma alismatis, morningglory, and cyperus heterophyllus.
The application method comprises the following steps: 3 drug treatments were set, 1 blank control, repeated 3 times; the area per cell was 20m2, and the random arrangement was made. And (4) carrying out soil spraying treatment by adopting a sprayer. And (5) investigating the weed fresh weight control effect 21d after the application.
And (4) analyzing results: the compound composition of bensulfuron methyl, butachlor and clomazone has good control effect on weeds in rice fields.
