本发明涉及一种三角皮带自动和/或选择变速箱。
用于三角皮带操作的可延伸皮带轮形式的无级变速箱应用的主要领域之一是在轻型两轮车辆中。这主要是由于其使用的实用性,结构简单性和工作的经济性。这类无级变速是通过改变皮带在皮带轮上的缠绕直径实现改变其变速比的功能。在这方面,当皮带处于主动皮带轮最小直径和从动皮带轮最大直径时,实现低的变速比。而当皮带处于主动皮带轮最大直径和从动皮带轮最小直径时,实现高的变速比。
这种主动皮带轮装置通常由使用开启半皮带轮的离心配重的一个r.p.m.(每分钟转数)调节器构成。从动皮带轮装置由具有一个插入的反作用弹簧的两个可移动的半皮带轮组成。如自动干式离心离合器那样,设置一个扭矩传感器在传递扭矩的基础上改变皮带上的轴向闭合载荷。在这种可延伸皮带轮型的三角皮带无级变速箱中,只可进行无级操作,不可能在选择一个给定齿数或预定变速比基础上进行控制。
本发明的目的在于提供除无级自动变速外也可由使用者即时进行选择一个所希望的齿数的操作的三角皮带变速箱。
按照本发明由一个可安装在一个两轮车曲柄箱上的三角皮带自动和/或选择变速箱实现这种目的,它由含有经不可延伸的皮带连接在一起的主动皮带轮和从动皮带轮的一个皮带传动机构组成,主动和从动皮带轮都呈两个半皮带轮形式,从动皮带轮与一个离心离合器相连,其特征在于经由一个电子控制中心和位于车辆把手上的一个按钮控制一个电动凸轮元件操作一个杠杆连接机构使上述主动皮带轮的一个可移动的半皮带轮在主动轴延伸段滑移。

这些图表明按本发明作为实例安装在一个轻型两轮车上的一种三角皮带自动和/或选择变速箱。
在这方面,在一个两轮车的曲柄箱11上安装一个含有由不可延伸的皮带16连接在一起的主动皮带轮12,13和从动皮带轮14,15的皮带轮变速箱。在这个图示实施例中,主动皮带轮包含一个固定的半皮带轮12和由本发明专门杠杆连接机构引起移动的一个可移动的半皮带轮13。从动皮带轮由两个半皮带轮组成,一个是标号为14的轴向可移动半皮带轮,另一个是标号为15的轴向固定半皮带轮,它们与反作用弹簧17相连,标号为18的简略示出的一种离心离合器与这种从动皮带轮连接。

曲柄25在一个中部位置28通过枢轴连到车辆曲柄箱11上以便如下文所述使其零件在发动机装置控制下移动。携带元件24在凸缘20空腔内滑动的曲柄25的这部分是标号为25’的叉形件。接头27可绕枢轴29转动,与从一个包容套管31伸出的一根杆30的一端相连。杆30有一个包容在套管31内的并安装在与套管31固接的导销33上的叉形展开的第二端32。一个位于叉臂之间的并插入在凸轮形轨道或槽35内的滚柱34也固定在展开端32上。轨道35构成绕上述中心销33转动的凸轮体36的一部分并在其周边带有37。齿37安排与形成上述发动机装置上的一个发动机40的轴39上提供的蜗杆38啮合。在发动机40和上述连杆机构之间有控制它们相对位置和确定其实际啮合齿数的凸轮元件。应该注意,在选择操作时,发动机40例如一电动机是由标号41简略表示的一个电子控制中心和,例如,处于车把手(图中未示出)上的以标号42简略表示的一个按钮控制。

按照本发明的两轮车上的三角皮带自动和/或选择变速箱特别便于用作自动变速和选择变速。
在这方面,在起动发动机(图中未示出)后车辆开出时,电动机自动进入图1~3所示的杆30最小伸出位置。由图可见,在这个位置,三角皮带16绕主动皮带轮12,13的缠绕半径最小,具有最小的变速比。
在这种状态,无级操作和选择操作时,离心离合器18都是断开的,使发动机处于空载状态,具有正常的自动变速。在无级操作的情况下,自动变速表现为一种传统的变速。在用最小传动比加速发动机时,离心离合器18啮合。在使用变速箱期间,电子控制中心41在设定参数基础上,即一定的发动机每分钟转数和燃油进给控制位置情况下,控制主动半皮带轮13连续移动产生变速比的相应无级改变。在选择操作的情况下,可以按本发明变速,如前所述,其起动是严格的。这是因为电子控制中心41确定了最小变速比并保持它直至离心离合器18闭合。当离心离合器闭合时,经操作手柄上的按钮42而操作电动机40使蜗杆38和齿37啮合转动凸轮体36,可以提高变速比。凸轮36的转动使杆30从包容套管31伸出,借助于放入的杠杆连接机构,使主动皮带轮的半皮带轮13移动。这种移动发生直到相应于皮带16一个新的缠绕半径,因此相应于一个新的变速比的一个确定位置。以同样方式实现缠绕半径或车辆齿数的任何进一步变动。这些变动操作也可反向进行,降低变速比直至上述最小变速比。
值得注意的是,有利的是在两轮车运行期间,借助于可处理各种参数的电子控制中心41,其操作类型可以方便地从无级自动变速转到选择性变速,反之亦然。倘若凸轮体36具有适合于两轮车预定用途的不同剖面形状的槽35,也可以有利地改变操作类型。

Claims (9)

1.可安装在两轮车曲柄箱(11)上的一种三角皮带自动和/或选择变速箱,由含有经一个不可延伸的皮带(16)连接在一起的一个主动皮带轮(12,13)和一个从动皮带轮的(14,15)皮带轮传动装置构成,主动和从动皮带轮都呈两个半皮带轮形式,被动皮带轮与一个离心离合器(18)连接,其特征在于主动皮带轮(12,13)的一个可在主动轴延伸段(19)上滑动的移动半皮带轮(13)由一个电子控制中心(41)和位于车辆把手上的按钮(42)控制的发动机(40)带动的凸轮元件(34,36)操作的杠杆连动机构(20,25,27,30)引起滑动。
2.按照权利要求1所述的三角皮带自动和/或选择变速箱,其特征在于可在一个主动轴延伸段(19)上滑动的上述可移动的半皮带轮(13)依靠一个插入的轴承(21)经由一个凸缘(20),以及配备的轴向导向元件(22,23;9,10)控制。
3.按照权利要求2所述的三角皮带自动和/或选择变速箱,其特征在于位于上述可移动半皮带轮(13)和上述轴延伸段(19)之间的上述轴向导向元件在一侧至少为二个槽(10)的形式,在另一侧至少为两个滚柱(9)形式。
4.按照权利要求3所述的三角皮带自动和/或选择变速箱,其特征在于位于上述凸缘(20)和上述曲柄箱(11)之间的上述导向元件在一侧至少为一个突出附件(22)的形式,在另一侧至少为一个单个导轨(23)的形式。
5.按照权利要求1所述三角皮带自动和/或选择变速箱,其特征在于上述杠杆连动机构包含一个曲柄(25),它在一端依靠一个接头(27)与上述凸轮元件(34,36)作可绕枢轴连接,在另一端与一个凸缘(20)作可绕枢轴转动的连接,而凸缘(20)与上述可移动半皮带轮(13)连接。
6.按照权利要求5所述的三角皮带自动和/或选择变速箱,其特征在于上述曲柄包含一个棒形第一部分和一个通过滑动元件(24)与上述凸缘(20)的空心部分相连的一个叉形第二部分(25’)。
7.按照权利要求1所述的三角皮带自动和/或选择变速箱,其特征在于上述凸轮元件包含安排为一个凸轮的配有轨道(35)的一个转动体(36),与上述杠杆连动机构一端固接的滚柱(34)在凸轮内滑动。
8.按照权利要求7所述的三角皮带自动和/或选择变速器,其特征在于上述凸轮体(36)在一个周边也包含安排与上述发动机装置(40)的轴(39)上设的一个蜗杆啮合的齿(37),发动机装置(40)与上述电子控制中心(41)相连。
9.按照权利要求书1或7所述的三角皮带自动和/或选择变速箱,其特征在于上述凸轮元件在其转动体(36)上包含安排与止动元件(47,48)啮合限制转动的接头端(45,46),上述止动元件配备在杆(30)的包容套管(31)上,杆(30)把上述凸轮元件连接到上述杠杆连动机构上。
