In order to describe the derailment prevention device for roller coaster and the roller coaster device of the present invention in detail, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 and 2 show schematic structures of a roller coaster derailment prevention protection device according to an embodiment of the present invention from different angles, respectively.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the derailment prevention protection device for roller coasters according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a main structure 11 and a "C" shaped limiting portion 10 disposed at the bottom of the main structure 11; wherein, the upper end welded fastening of major structure 11 is on the frame of the roller coaster of treating the derailment prevention, and spacing portion 10 partly surrounds the card on the track of roller coaster below, and when the roller coaster normally operated, spacing portion 10 did not participate in work, only when the roller coaster has the vibration impact, played certain guard action. Further, in order to improve the overall structural strength of the roller coaster derailment prevention protection device, reinforcing ribs 12 which are symmetrically distributed can be arranged between the main structure 11 and the limiting part 10, the arrangement direction of the reinforcing ribs 12 is perpendicular to the main structure 11, and the reinforcing ribs 12 can adopt various structures such as steel plates or reinforcing steel bars. In a similar way, the upper end of the main structure 11 can be provided with a fixing part which is welded and fixed on the frame, the welding area of the roller coaster derailment prevention protection device and the frame can be increased through the fixing part, and the firm connection degree between the roller coaster derailment prevention protection device and the frame is improved.

In addition, the two ends of the track 2 are respectively provided with an oil pressure buffer device, a permanent magnet brake device and a mechanical stopping device, the oil pressure buffer device is used for reducing and buffering the train (namely, a roller coaster, the same below) which arrives at the platform 4, the permanent magnet brake device is used for braking the train, and the mechanical stopping device can be used for stopping and limiting the train and can also be used for limiting the train when the brake device fails, so that the danger of derailment and the like is prevented.

According to the roller coaster derailment prevention protection device and the roller coaster device provided by the invention, the upper end of the main body structure is welded and fixed on the frame of the roller coaster to be derailed, the limiting part is clamped on the track below the roller coaster, the roller coaster can be prevented from inclining or falling off from the track through the cooperation of the main body structure and the limiting part, the roller coaster device is reliable in performance, low in manufacturing cost and convenient to use and maintain, the accident rate can be greatly reduced, the safety and stability of equipment are improved, and the investment of equipment maintenance cost is reduced.
