背景技术
多样化地以未能从书面上获证的现有技术中已知密封布置结构,这些密封布置结构被用于不同类型的烹饪设备、特别是烤箱、蒸箱或微波炉中,以便防止在烹饪食物时产生的蒸汽通过烹饪空间壁的照明开口穿透到位于所述烹饪空间壁后的设备空间中。
LED光源越来越多地用于对烹饪空间照明导致光导体的使用日益增加,该光导体将LED发出的光引导到烹饪空间中。在此,通常使用玻璃棒或由耐热塑料制成的棒状物。这具有显著优点,即对温度敏感的LED光源可以远离被加热的烹饪空间来布置。

在附图中,根据本发明的密封布置结构总体上配设有附图标记10。特别是,密封布置结构的各个部分从图1中的分解图中可见。密封布置结构首先包括带有圆柱形基体12的壳体件11,该基体在其一端构成周边扩大的凸缘13。凸缘13形成朝向基体12的自由端的方向敞开的环形槽14。环形槽14容纳以环形密封件15形式的第一密封件。

相对于光传导杆起密封作用的密封环16应由合适的密封材料实施,在本发明的一种特别优选的实施方式中,在此该密封材料是石墨。该石墨以合适的形式在其热膨胀系数方面与光传导杆相协调。优选地,光传导杆和石墨环的热膨胀系数几乎相同。特别优选地,石墨环的热膨胀系数略微高于光传导杆的热膨胀系数。石墨环的较高的热膨胀系数导致,所述石墨环在温度影响下在空间上膨胀得比光传导杆强。在此,这导致密封环16与光传导杆之间的相应的密封接合。
相应的密封接合也能够通过如下方式实现,即,密封环16例如被制造为具有相对于光传导杆的轻微的过小尺寸。在这种情况下特别有利的是,密封环16沿着一切割线被分开。这确保在将光传导杆推入到基体的环空间24中或密封环16的环空间中时密封环16能略微扩大。
当石墨环被分开所沿着的切割线相对于密封环16的相应的径向线成>0°的角度时,这改善了密封性。通过切割线的相应成角度的布置使得蒸气穿过可能的间隙变得困难。与径向线成40°至50°之间的角度、特别是与径向线成45°的角度被认为是理想的。
如果关注上述热膨胀系数的情况,则可以设想,这样构成密封环16,使得可能的切割间隙或分离间隙由于在热作用下的材料膨胀而闭合。
由于石墨与光传导杆、特别是由玻璃制成的光传导杆之间的摩擦锁合被证明是极其少的,也可以通过密封环16的环空间直径与玻璃棒的直径之间的尺寸相等来建立密封环相对于光传导杆的密封性。然而,终归也可以设想,与要插入的光传导杆相比,密封环16被制造为具有略微的过大尺寸。如果再次考虑到热膨胀系数的情况,则可以支持这种过大尺寸制造,因为在温度作用下建立密封环16和光传导杆之间的密封。

5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的密封布置结构(10),其特征在于,所述密封环(16)的热膨胀系数大致等于照明元件的热膨胀系数或大于该照明元件的热膨胀系数。
