fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating an embodiment of the cooking method of porridge according to the invention.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the porridge cooking method of the invention is performed by a cooking apparatus comprising a container 1 for accommodating an object to be cooked 10, a heating unit 2 for heating the object to be cooked 10, a stirring unit 3 for stirring the object to be cooked 10, a control unit 4 for controlling the operations of the heating unit 2 and the stirring unit 3, and a temperature sensing unit 5 for sensing the temperature of the object to be cooked 10 to obtain a sensed temperature. For example, a user places the object to be cooked 10 in the container 1 of the cooking apparatus and presses the start key to perform the porridge cooking method. In the present embodiment, the cooking device can be, for example, a juicer, and the object to be cooked 10 includes water, rice and various food materials, but not limited thereto.
The porridge cooking method comprises the following steps of S1-S3.
In step S1, the control unit 4 first controls the heating unit 2 to operate in a first heating mode and controls the stirring unit 3 to maintain a first operation time in a first stirring mode. In the first heating mode, the heating unit 2 alternately heats the object to be cooked 10 for a first predetermined heating time and then stops heating for a first interval time, and in the first stirring mode, the stirring unit 3 alternately stirs the object to be cooked 10 at a first stirring speed for a first predetermined stirring time and then stops stirring for a first predetermined stopping time.
For example, the first actuation time, the first predetermined heating time, the first interval time, the first stirring speed, the first predetermined stirring time, and the first predetermined stop time are 7 minutes, 3 seconds, 100 revolutions per minute (rpm), 1 second, and 5 seconds, respectively. That is, the heating means 2 alternately heats the object to be cooked 10 for 3 seconds, and then stops heating for 3 seconds, thereby performing intermittent heating. The stirring unit 3 alternately stirs the object to be cooked 10 at a rotation speed of 100rpm for 1 second and then stops stirring for 5 seconds, so as to prevent the object to be cooked 10 from sticking to the bottom of the container 1 during heating and causing bottom pasting. After the heating unit 2 and the stirring unit 3 are maintained in the first heating mode and the first stirring mode for 7 minutes, respectively, the step S1 is completed and the process proceeds to the next step S2.
In this embodiment, the sum of the first predetermined heating time and the first interval time is equal to the sum of the first predetermined stirring time and the first predetermined stopping time, i.e. both are 6 seconds, but in other embodiments, the sum is not limited thereto. In addition, the control unit 4 controls the heating unit 2 and the stirring unit 3 to start operating in the first heating mode and the first stirring mode respectively at the same time point, that is, the stirring and heating actions start simultaneously, but not limited thereto, that is, the starting time points of the two actions may be different in other embodiments.
In step S2, the control unit 4 controls the heating unit 2 to change from the first heating mode to operate in a second heating mode, and controls the stirring unit 3 to change from the first stirring mode to operate in a second stirring mode until the sensed temperature reaches a default temperature. In the second heating mode, the heating unit 2 alternately heats the object to be cooked 10 for a second predetermined heating time and then stops heating for a second interval time, and in the second stirring mode, the stirring unit 3 alternately stirs the object to be cooked 10 at a second stirring speed for a second predetermined stirring time and then stops stirring for a second predetermined stopping time.
For example, the default temperature, the second predetermined heating time, the second interval time, the second stirring speed, the second predetermined stirring time, and the second predetermined stop time are 100 ℃, 3 seconds, 10000rpm, 1 second, and 5 seconds, respectively. That is, the heating means 2 alternately heats the object to be cooked 10 for 3 seconds, and then stops heating for 3 seconds, thereby performing intermittent heating. The stirring unit 3 alternately stirs the object to be cooked 10 at 10000rpm for 1 second and then stops stirring for 5 seconds, cuts up the large-particle food material in the object to be cooked 10 through instantaneous pulse high-speed stirring, keeps the granular feeling of rice, and prevents the object to be cooked 10 from sticking to the bottom of the container 1 during heating to cause bottom pasting. When the sensed temperature reaches 100 ℃, the process goes to the next step S3 after completing step S2.
In the present embodiment, the sum of the second predetermined heating time and the second interval time is equal to the sum of the second predetermined stirring time and the second predetermined stopping time, i.e. both are 6 seconds, but in other embodiments, the sum is not limited thereto. In addition, the control unit 4 controls the heating unit 2 and the stirring unit 3 to start operating in the second heating mode and the second stirring mode respectively at the same time point, that is, the stirring and heating actions start simultaneously, but not limited thereto, that is, the starting time points of the two actions may be different in other embodiments.
In step S3, the control unit 4 controls the heating unit 2 to change from the second heating mode to operate in a third heating mode, and controls the stirring unit 3 to change from the second stirring mode to operate in a third stirring mode. In the third heating mode, the heating unit 2 alternately heats the object to be cooked 10 for a third predetermined heating time and then stops heating for a third interval time, and in the third stirring mode, the stirring unit 3 alternately stirs the object to be cooked 10 at a third stirring speed for a third predetermined stirring time and then stops stirring for a third predetermined stopping time. The control unit 4 controls the heating unit 2 and the stirring unit 3 to stop heating and stop stirring for a stewing time respectively when the heating unit 2 and the stirring unit 3 are respectively operated in the third heating mode and the third stirring mode for a third action time every interval. The third action time is equal to integral multiple of the sum of the third preset stirring time and the third preset stopping time, and the stewing time is added.
For example, the third predetermined heating time, the third interval time, the third stirring speed, the third predetermined stirring time, and the third predetermined stopping time are 2 seconds, 4 seconds, 100rpm, 1 second, and 5 seconds, respectively. That is, the heating means 2 alternately heats the object to be cooked 10 for 2 seconds and then stops heating for 4 seconds, thereby performing intermittent heating. The stewing time is, for example, 12 seconds, and the third actuation time is, for example, 60 seconds, i.e., 8 times the sum of the third predetermined stirring time and the third predetermined stopping time (also 8 times the sum of the third predetermined heating time and the third interval time, i.e., 48 seconds), plus the stewing time (i.e., 12 seconds). When the heating unit 2 and the stirring unit 3 are operated in the third heating mode and the third stirring mode at intervals of 60 seconds, namely at the 48 th, 108 th, 168 th, 228 th seconds and other times of the third heating mode and the third stirring mode, the control unit 4 controls the heating unit 2 and the stirring unit 3 to stop heating and stirring for 12 seconds, and braising the object to be cooked 10, so that the delicate flavor of the food material can be fully blended into the porridge, and the situation that the food material is not cooked is avoided.
The third predetermined heating time in the third heating mode is shorter than the first predetermined heating time and the second predetermined heating time in the first two steps S1 and S2, and the third interval time is longer than the first interval time and the second interval time, because the temperature of the material to be cooked 10 is in a high temperature state close to 100 ℃ at step S3, and a strong heating effect is not required, so that the heating time is shortened and the time for not heating is lengthened, and the temperature of the material to be cooked 10 can be maintained between 90 ℃ and 100 ℃ for stewing. Wherein, the sum of the third predetermined heating time and the third interval time is equal to the sum of the third predetermined stirring time and the third predetermined stopping time, i.e. both are 6 seconds, but not limited thereto. The control unit 4 controls the heating unit 2 and the stirring unit 3 to operate in the third heating mode and the third stirring mode respectively at the same time point, that is, the stirring and heating actions start simultaneously, but not limited thereto, that is, the starting time points of the two actions may be different in other embodiments.
In summary, in the porridge cooking method of the present invention, the control unit 4 controls the heating unit 2 to operate in the first heating mode, the second heating mode and the third heating mode respectively, and controls the stirring unit 3 to operate in the first stirring mode, the second stirring mode and the third stirring mode, since the second stirring speed in the second stirring mode is greater than the first stirring speed and the third stirring speed, the large-particle food material in the object to be cooked 10 can be chopped, and since the stirring unit 3 continuously stirs in the first stirring mode, the second stirring mode and the third stirring mode, the bottom-burnt can be effectively prevented, so the object of the present invention can be achieved. In addition, by stewing without heating or stirring in step S3, the delicate flavor of the food material can be fully blended into the porridge, and the food material can be prevented from being uncooked.
It should be understood that the above description is only exemplary of the present invention, and that the scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and that the invention is intended to cover all modifications and equivalents of the claims and their equivalents.
