Conventionally, patent document 1 proposes a beverage supply apparatus for supplying a beverage to a container. The beverage supply device extracts a beverage from hot water and crushed beverage raw materials by an extraction unit arranged in the main body cabinet, and supplies the extracted beverage to a container such as a cup.

In the beverage supply apparatus described above, a cleaning operation is generally performed periodically in which a cylinder or the like constituting the extraction means is temporarily removed from the main body cabinet, cleaned, and the extraction residue generated by the extraction of the beverage by the extraction means is discarded.
In the beverage supply apparatus, miniaturization of the entire apparatus is demanded from the viewpoint of improvement of the degree of freedom of the installation environment and the like.
If such miniaturization is achieved, the space between the extraction unit and the wall surface of the main body cabinet becomes small, which may complicate the cleaning operation.
In view of the above-described circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a beverage supply apparatus that can simplify cleaning work of an extraction unit.
Solution for solving the problem
In order to achieve the above object, a beverage supply apparatus according to the present invention includes: a main body cabinet which is rectangular and has a front surface opening on the front surface; and a front door provided on one side edge of the main body cabinet so as to be swingable in a manner to open and close the front opening, wherein the beverage supply device supplies a beverage prepared in the main body cabinet to a container placed at a predetermined position, and the beverage supply device is characterized in that an extraction unit that pulverizes a beverage raw material and extracts a beverage from the pulverized beverage raw material and hot water to supply the beverage to the container is provided on the other side edge side of the inside of the main body cabinet.
In the beverage supply apparatus, the generation means for generating a beverage from a powdery raw material and hot water and supplying the beverage to the container is provided in the main body cabinet at a position closer to the one side edge than the extraction means.

In the beverage supply apparatus, a supplementary opening is formed in an upper region portion of the extraction unit on the upper surface of the main body cabinet, and a supplementary door for opening and closing the supplementary opening is provided, and the supplementary door is restricted from swinging in an opening direction when the front surface door closes the front surface opening, and is allowed to swing in an opening direction when the front surface door opens the front surface opening.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the present invention, since the extraction unit for pulverizing the beverage raw material and extracting the beverage from the pulverized beverage raw material and hot water to supply the beverage to the container is provided inside the main body cabinet on the other side edge portion side of the main body cabinet opposite to the one side edge portion on which the front surface door for opening and closing the front surface opening of the main body cabinet is swingably provided, even if the main body cabinet is miniaturized according to the demand for miniaturization of the whole apparatus, the interference with the front surface door for opening the front surface opening does not occur when the components of the extraction unit are taken out through the front surface opening for cleaning or the like. Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the beverage supply apparatus according to the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 and 2 show a beverage supply apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, respectively, fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an external configuration, and fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view with partial components separated. The beverage supply apparatus illustrated here is an apparatus installed in a store such as a convenience store or a supermarket, and includes an apparatus main body 1.
The apparatus main body 1 includes a main body cabinet 10 and a front surface door 70. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the main body cabinet 10 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having an opening (hereinafter also referred to as a front surface opening) 10a on the front surface. As shown in fig. 5, a hot water tank 11, an extraction unit 20, a generation unit 30, a beverage supply unit 40, and a fan box 50 are provided inside the main body cabinet 10.
The hot water tank 11 is used to heat supplied water and store the heated water as hot water. The hot water tank 11 is provided in an upper region of the left rear side inside the main body cabinet 10.
The extraction unit 20 extracts coffee from coffee beans serving as beverage raw materials and hot water fed from the hot water tank 11, and includes an extraction raw material tank 21, a grinder 22, a cylinder 23, and a filter unit 24. Such an extraction unit 20 is provided in the right front inside the main body cabinet 10.
The extraction raw material tank 21 houses coffee beans as beverage raw materials. A grinder 22 is provided below the extraction raw material tank 21 for grinding the coffee beans discharged from the extraction raw material tank 21.
A cylinder 23 is provided below the grinder 22, coffee bean powder is fed from the grinder 22 to the cylinder 23, and hot water is fed from the hot water tank 11 to the cylinder 23.
The filter unit 24 is provided below the cylinder 23 so as to be movable in the up-down direction so as to be movable toward and away from the cylinder 23, and includes a filter such as a metal mesh.
In such an extraction unit 20, coffee beans discharged from the extraction raw material tank 21 are crushed by the grinder 22 to obtain coffee bean powder, the coffee bean powder is put into the cylinder 23, and hot water stored in the hot water tank 11 is put into the cylinder 23. In the cylinder 23, the coffee bean powder is steamed with the charged coffee bean powder and hot water, and then stirred with the hot water. Thereafter, the coffee beans are filtered to extract coffee into the filter assembly 24. The coffee extracted into the filter assembly 24 is then sent out to a nozzle 60 described later.
A storage box 25 is provided below the extraction unit 20. The storage box 25 is disposed in a lower region of the filter unit 24 constituting the extraction unit 20. The storage box 25 stores extraction residues (not shown) generated after the beverage is extracted by the extraction unit 20.
The generating unit 30 generates a beverage from a powdered raw material as a beverage raw material and hot water fed from the hot water tank 11, and includes a powdered raw material tank 31 and a stirring ball 32. Such a generating unit 30 is provided in the main body cabinet 10 in front of the hot water tank 11 and in front of the left side of the extracting unit 20.
A plurality of powder material tanks 31 (3 in the illustrated example) are provided, and the powder material tanks 31 are arranged in a left-right arrangement on the front side of the hot water tank 11. These powder raw material tanks 31 store different types of powder raw materials.
A plurality of stirring balls 32 (3 in the illustrated example) are provided. The stirring ball 32 stirs the powder raw material charged from the corresponding powder raw material tank 31 and the hot water charged from the hot water tank 11.
In the generation unit 30, the powder raw material discharged from any one of the powder raw material tanks 31 is charged into the stirring ball 32, and the hot water stored in the hot water tank 11 is charged into the stirring ball 32. The powder raw material and the hot water which are added are stirred and prepared in the stirring ball 32, and the beverage thus produced is sent to the nozzle 60.
The beverage supply unit 40 is provided on the front side of the extraction unit 20 and the generation unit 30 and is a front lower portion of the main body cabinet 10, and includes a mounting table 41. The mounting table 41 is used for mounting a container C (see fig. 2) such as a cup, and is provided with an arcuate stopper 42. As shown in fig. 6, a drain tray 43 for storing drain such as beverage is provided at a lower portion of the mounting table 41.
A nozzle 60 is provided above the mounting table 41. The plurality of nozzles 60 are provided and attached to the main body cabinet 10 via the support member 61 in a state of being connected to the extraction unit 20 and to the respective stirring balls 32. These nozzles 60 discharge and supply the supplied beverage to the containers C placed on the stage 41.
The fan case 50 is disposed between the extraction unit 20 and the generation unit 30 and is a rear lower portion of the main body cabinet 10. The fan case 50 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and houses an exhaust fan, not shown. Further, the vapor generated in the extracting unit 20 and the generating unit 30 is sucked through the suction hose 51 by the driving of the exhaust fan, and the sucked vapor is discharged to the outside from the discharging part 12 formed at the lower portion of the rear surface of the main body cabinet 10.
A filter opening 52 (see fig. 8) is formed in the front surface of the fan case 50, and a fan filter is attached to be insertable into and removable from the filter opening 52.
The front door 70 is a door body for opening and closing the front opening 10a of the main body cabinet 10, is provided at the left edge portion of the front side of the main body cabinet 10, and is provided so as to be swingable about the central axis of the shaft portion extending in the up-down direction by the shaft support portion 70 a.
The front door 70 has a display portion 71, an opening portion 72, and an opening/closing door 73. The display unit 71 is configured by, for example, a liquid crystal touch panel, and is capable of displaying various information and performing input operations such as touch operations. When an input operation such as a touch operation is performed, the display unit 71 transmits a predetermined sales signal to a control unit, not shown.
The opening 72 is provided below the display portion 71 to expose the beverage supply portion 40 to the front. The opening/closing door 73 is made of a light-transmitting material such as a transparent resin, and has a size sufficient to cover the opening 72. The left end of the shutter door 73 is pivotally supported by the front door 70, and the shutter door 73 can swing in the front-rear direction. That is, the opening/closing door 73 can swing in the front-rear direction so as to approach and separate from the beverage supply unit 40, can close the opening 72 when swinging backward so as to approach the beverage supply unit 40, and can open the opening 72 when swinging forward so as to separate from the beverage supply unit 40.
In addition, a supplementary opening 10b is formed at a right portion of the upper surface of the main body cabinet 10, that is, at an upper region of the extraction raw material tank 21 of the extraction unit 20, and a supplementary door 13 for opening and closing the supplementary opening 10b is provided. The supplementary door 13 is provided with a handle 13a protruding forward.
When the front surface door 70 closes the front surface opening 10a in a state where the replenishment opening 10b is closed by the replenishment door 13, as shown in fig. 7, the handle 13a is inserted into the recess 74 provided in the front surface door 70. Accordingly, when the front surface door 70 closes the front surface opening 10a, the swing of the supplemental door 13 in the opening direction is restricted, whereas when the front surface door 70 opens the front surface opening 10a, the handle 13a is relatively disengaged from the recess 74, thereby allowing the supplemental door 13 to swing in the opening direction.
As described above, in the beverage supply apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, the front door 70 is provided at the left edge portion of the front side of the main body cabinet 10 so as to be swingable about the central axis of the shaft portion, and the extraction unit 20 is provided in front of the right side inside the main body cabinet 10. That is, the front door 70 is swingably provided at one side edge portion of the main body cabinet 10 in such a manner as to open and close the front opening 10a, and the extraction unit 20 is provided at the other side edge portion side of the inside of the main body cabinet 10. Thus, even if the main body cabinet 10 is reduced in size in accordance with the demand for downsizing of the entire apparatus, the front face door 70 that opens the front face opening 10a does not interfere with the removal of the front face opening 10a for cleaning the cylinder 23 and the like of the extraction unit 20.
Thus, according to the beverage supply apparatus described above, the cleaning operation of the extraction unit 20 can be simplified. Further, since the storage box 25 is also provided in the lower region of the extraction unit 20, even when the storage box 25 is taken out for discarding the extracted residues, the front surface door 70 which opens the front surface opening 10a does not interfere with the operation of discarding the residues, and the discarding operation can be easily performed.
In addition, according to the beverage supply apparatus described above, since the fan case 50 is disposed between the extracting unit 20 and the generating unit 30 and is the rear lower portion of the main body cabinet 10, and the fan filter 53 is attached to the fan case 50 so as to be insertable into and detachable from the filter opening 52 formed in the front surface of the fan case 50, when the front surface door 70 opens the front surface opening 10a, as shown in fig. 8, the removal of the fan filter 53 can be easily performed simply by pulling out the fan filter 53 forward, and the attachment of the fan filter 53 after cleaning can also be easily performed. Thus, the cleaning operation of the fan filter 53 can be simplified.
Further, according to the above-described beverage supply apparatus, since the nozzle 60 is attached to the main body cabinet 10 via the support member 61, the length of the beverage supply hose 62 for supplying the beverage from the extracting unit 20 and the generating unit 30 to the nozzle 60 can be set to a desired sufficient size. That is, in the case where the nozzle is provided to the front door 70, the length of the beverage supply hose 62 needs to be set to a sufficient size in consideration of the amount of movement in order to move the front door 70 to open and close with respect to the main body cabinet 10, but the nozzle 60 is provided to the main body cabinet 10, so that the distance between the nozzle 60 and the extracting unit 20 and the like is constant, and as a result, the length of the beverage supply hose 62 can be shortened. Therefore, the storage space of the beverage supply hose 62 can be reduced.
In addition, according to the beverage supply apparatus described above, since the replenishment opening 10b is provided in the upper surface of the main body cabinet 10, replenishment of coffee beans can be satisfactorily performed even if the main body cabinet 10 is reduced in size in accordance with the demand for downsizing the entire apparatus. Further, in the case where the front surface door 70 closes the front surface opening 10a, the replenishment door 13 that opens and closes the replenishment opening 10b is restricted from swinging in the direction of opening the replenishment opening 10b, and therefore foreign matter is not put in by the replenishment door 13 being forcibly opened by miscreants or the like.

Claims (4)

1. A beverage supply apparatus, the beverage supply apparatus comprising:
a main body cabinet which is rectangular and has a front surface opening on the front surface;
a front door provided at a side edge of the main body cabinet in a swingable manner to open and close the front opening,
the beverage supply device supplies a beverage prepared in the main body cabinet to a container placed at a predetermined position, the beverage supply device is characterized in that,
