Problems to be solved by the invention
In the beverage supply device, generally, a cleaning operation of temporarily removing and cleaning the cylinder and the like constituting the extraction unit from the main body cabinet and discarding the extraction residue generated when the beverage is extracted by the extraction unit is periodically performed.
In addition, in the beverage supply device described above, there is a demand for downsizing of the entire device in view of improvement of the degree of freedom of the installation environment and the like.
When such a reduction in size is achieved, the space between the extraction unit and the wall surface of the main body cabinet becomes small, which may complicate the cleaning operation.
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a beverage supply device that can simplify the cleaning operation of the extraction unit.
Means for solving the problems
In order to achieve the above object, a beverage supply device according to the present invention includes: a main body cabinet having a rectangular parallelepiped shape and having a front surface opening on a front surface; and a front door swingably provided at one side edge portion of the main body cabinet in a manner of opening and closing the front opening, wherein the beverage supply device supplies a beverage prepared inside the main body cabinet to a container placed at a predetermined position, and wherein an extraction unit that pulverizes a beverage material, extracts a beverage from the pulverized beverage material and hot water, and supplies the beverage to the container is provided at the other side edge portion side of the inside of the main body cabinet.

In the beverage supplying apparatus, a supplementary opening is formed in an upper region of the extracting unit on the upper surface of the main body cabinet, and a supplementary door for opening and closing the supplementary opening is provided, and when the front surface door closes the front surface opening, the supplementary door is restricted from swinging in an opening direction, and when the front surface door opens the front surface opening, the supplementary door is allowed to swing in the opening direction.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the beverage supply device according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 and 2 show a beverage supply device according to an embodiment of the present invention, respectively, fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an external configuration, and fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view in which a part of components is separated. The beverage supply device exemplified here is a device installed in a store such as a convenience store or a supermarket, and includes a device main body 1.
The apparatus main body 1 includes a main body cabinet 10 and a front surface door 70. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the main body cabinet 10 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having an opening (hereinafter also referred to as a front opening) 10a on a front surface. As shown in fig. 5, the hot water tank 11, the extraction unit 20, the generation unit 30, the beverage supply unit 40, and the fan case 50 are provided inside the main body cabinet 10.
The hot water tank 11 is used to heat supplied water and store the heated water as hot water. The hot water tank 11 is provided in an upper region on the left rear side inside the main body cabinet 10.
The extraction unit 20 extracts coffee from coffee beans as a beverage material and hot water fed from the hot water tank 11, and includes an extraction material tank 21, a grinder 22, a cylinder 23, and a filter unit 24. Such an extraction unit 20 is provided at the right front side inside the main body cabinet 10.
The extraction material tank 21 stores coffee beans as a beverage material. The grinder 22 is provided below the extraction raw material tank 21 and grinds coffee beans discharged from the extraction raw material tank 21.
The cylinder 23 is provided below the grinder 22, and coffee bean powder is fed from the grinder 22 into the cylinder 23, and hot water is fed from the hot water tank 11 into the cylinder 23.
The filter unit 24 is provided below the cylinder 23 so as to be movable in the vertical direction so as to approach and separate from the cylinder 23, and includes a filter such as a metal mesh, for example.
In the extraction unit 20, the coffee beans discharged from the extraction raw material tank 21 are pulverized by the grinder 22 to obtain coffee bean powder, and the coffee bean powder is charged into the cylinder 23, and the hot water stored in the hot water tank 11 is charged into the cylinder 23. In the cylinder 23, the coffee bean powder is steamed by the coffee bean powder and the hot water, and then stirred by the hot water. Thereafter, the coffee beans are filtered to extract coffee into the filter assembly 24. Then, the coffee extracted into the filter unit 24 is sent to a nozzle 60 described later.
A storage box 25 is provided below the extraction unit 20. The storage box 25 is disposed in a region below the filter unit 24 constituting the extraction unit 20. The storage box 25 stores extraction residue (not shown) generated after the beverage is extracted by the extraction unit 20.
The producing unit 30 produces a beverage from a powdered material as a beverage material and hot water fed from the hot water tank 11, and includes a powdered material tank 31 and a stirring ball 32. The generating unit 30 is provided inside the main body cabinet 10 on the front side of the hot water tank 11 and on the left front side of the extracting unit 20.
A plurality of powder material tanks 31 (3 in the illustrated example) are provided, and the powder material tanks 31 are arranged in a left-right array on the front side of the hot water tank 11. These powder material tanks 31 store different kinds of powder materials.
A plurality of agitating balls 32 (3 in the illustrated example) are provided. The stirring balls 32 stir the powder material charged from the corresponding powder material tank 31 and the hot water charged from the hot water tank 11.
In the above-described generating unit 30, the powder material discharged from any one of the powder material tanks 31 is put into the agitating balls 32, and the hot water stored in the hot water tank 11 is put into the agitating balls 32. The powder material and the hot water that have been put into the mixer ball 32 are mixed and prepared, and the resulting beverage is delivered to the nozzle 60.
The beverage supply unit 40 is provided on the front side of the extraction unit 20 and the generation unit 30, is a front lower portion of the main body cabinet 10, and has a mounting table 41. The mounting table 41 is used to mount a container C (see fig. 2) such as a cup, and is provided with an arc-shaped stopper 42. As shown in fig. 6, a drain tray 43 for storing drainage such as beverages is provided below the mounting table 41.
A nozzle 60 is provided above the mounting table 41. A plurality of nozzles 60 are provided, and are attached to the main body cabinet 10 via support members 61 in a state of being connected to the extraction unit 20 and to the respective agitating balls 32. These nozzles 60 discharge and supply the supplied beverage to the container C placed on the mounting table 41.
The fan case 50 is disposed between the extraction unit 20 and the generation unit 30 and is a rear lower portion of the main body cabinet 10. The fan case 50 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape and houses an exhaust fan, not shown. Then, the exhaust fan is driven to suck the vapor generated in the extraction unit 20 and the generation unit 30 through the suction hose 51, and the sucked vapor is discharged to the outside from the discharge portion 12 formed at the lower portion of the rear surface of the main body cabinet 10.
A filter opening 52 (see fig. 8) is formed in a front surface of the fan case 50, and a fan filter is attached through the filter opening 52 so as to be insertable into and removable from the fan case.
The front door 70 is a door body that opens and closes the front opening 10a of the main body cabinet 10, is provided at the left side edge portion on the front side of the main body cabinet 10, and is provided so as to be swingable about the central axis of a shaft portion extending in the vertical direction by a shaft support portion 70 a.
The front door 70 includes a display portion 71, an opening portion 72, and an opening/closing door 73. The display section 71 is formed of, for example, a liquid crystal touch panel, and can display various information and perform input operations such as touch operations. The display unit 71 transmits a predetermined sales signal to a control unit, not shown, when an input operation such as a touch operation is performed.
The opening 72 is provided below the display unit 71 and exposes the beverage supply unit 40 forward. The opening/closing door 73 is made of a translucent material such as a transparent resin, and has a size sufficient to cover the opening 72. The left end of the opening/closing door 73 is pivotally supported by the front door 70, and the opening/closing door 73 is swingable in the front-rear direction. That is, the opening/closing door 73 can swing in the front-rear direction so as to approach and separate from the beverage supply unit 40, and can close the opening 72 when swinging in the rear direction so as to approach the beverage supply unit 40, and can open the opening 72 when swinging in the front direction so as to separate from the beverage supply unit 40.
In addition, a replenishment opening 10b is formed in a right portion of the upper surface of the main body cabinet 10, that is, in an area above the extraction raw material tank 21 of the extraction unit 20, and a replenishment door 13 for opening and closing the replenishment opening 10b is provided. The refill door 13 is provided with a handle 13a projecting forward.
When the front surface door 70 closes the front surface opening 10a in a state where the supplementary door 13 closes the supplementary opening 10b, as shown in fig. 7, the handle 13a is inserted into the recess 74 provided in the front surface door 70. Therefore, when the front door 70 closes the front opening 10a, the swing of the replenishment door 13 in the opening direction is restricted, and when the front door 70 opens the front opening 10a, the handle 13a is relatively disengaged from the recess 74, and the swing of the replenishment door 13 in the opening direction is allowed.
As described above, in the beverage supply device according to the embodiment of the present invention, the front door 70 is provided at the left edge portion on the front side of the main body cabinet 10 so as to be swingable around the center axis of the shaft portion, and the extraction unit 20 is provided at the right front side inside the main body cabinet 10. That is, the front door 70 is provided at one side edge of the main body case 10 so as to be capable of swinging to open and close the front opening 10a, and the extraction unit 20 is provided at the other side edge of the interior of the main body case 10. Thus, even if the main body cabinet 10 is downsized in accordance with a demand for downsizing of the entire apparatus, when the cylinder 23 of the extraction unit 20 is taken out through the front opening 10a for cleaning or the like, the interference with the front door 70 that opens the front opening 10a does not occur.
Therefore, according to the beverage supply device, the cleaning operation of the extraction unit 20 can be simplified. Further, since the storage box 25 is also provided in the lower region of the extraction unit 20, when the storage box 25 is taken out to discard the extracted dross, the disposal operation can be easily performed without interfering with the front door 70 that opens the front opening 10 a.
Further, according to the beverage supply device, the fan case 50 is disposed between the extraction unit 20 and the generation unit 30 and is a rear lower portion of the main body cabinet 10, and the fan filter 53 is detachably attached to the fan case 50 through the filter opening 52 formed in the front surface of the fan case 50, so that when the front surface door 70 opens the front surface opening 10a, the fan filter 53 can be easily removed only by pulling out the fan filter 53 forward as shown in fig. 8, and the cleaned fan filter 53 can be easily attached. Therefore, the cleaning operation of the fan filter 53 can be simplified.
Further, according to the beverage supply device, since the nozzle 60 is attached to the main body cabinet 10 via the support member 61, the length of the beverage supply hose 62 for supplying the beverage from the extraction unit 20 and the generation unit 30 to the nozzle 60 can be set to a necessary and sufficient size. That is, in the case where the nozzle is provided in the front door 70, in order to move the front door 70 to open and close the main body cabinet 10, it is necessary to set the length of the beverage supply hose 62 to a sufficient length in consideration of the amount of movement, but the nozzle 60 is provided in the main body cabinet 10, and the distance between the nozzle 60 and the extraction unit 20 and the like is constant, and as a result, the length of the beverage supply hose 62 can be shortened. Therefore, the storage space of the beverage supply hose 62 can be reduced.
In addition, according to the beverage supply device, since the replenishment opening 10b is provided in the upper surface of the main body cabinet 10, even if the main body cabinet 10 is downsized in accordance with the demand for downsizing of the entire device, the coffee beans can be satisfactorily replenished. Further, in the case where the front door 70 closes the front opening 10a, the replenishment door 13 that restricts opening and closing of the replenishment opening 10b swings in the direction of opening the replenishment opening 10b, and therefore, the replenishment door 13 is not forcibly opened by mischief or the like and foreign matter is not put in.

Claims (5)

1. A beverage supply device, comprising:
a main body cabinet having a rectangular parallelepiped shape and having a front surface opening on a front surface;
a front door swingably provided at one side edge portion of the main body cabinet so as to open and close the front opening,
the beverage supply device supplies the beverage prepared in the main body cabinet to the container loaded at the predetermined position,
an extraction unit for pulverizing the beverage material, extracting the beverage from the hot water and the pulverized beverage material, and supplying the beverage to the container is provided on the other side edge portion side in the main body cabinet.
