Fig. 11 is a flowchart showing the processing contents of the pre-beverage supply control process executed by the control unit 70 shown in fig. 4. The operation of the beverage supply device will be described together with the description of the pre-beverage supply control process.
In this pre-beverage-supply control process, the control unit 70 determines whether or not the storage box detection unit 82 detects the presence of the storage box 40 (step S101). If the presence of the storage box 40 is not detected (step S101: no), the control unit 70 deactivates the supply instruction button 41 (step S102), and returns the process to this processing.
That is, the control unit 70 invalidates the pressing operation of the supply instruction button 41 by not inputting the signal given from the supply instruction button 41. Thereby, the supply of the beverage to the beverage container C through the beverage producing unit 20 is restricted.
When the presence of the storage box 40 is detected (step S101: YES), the control section 70 determines whether or not the drain container detection section 83 detects the presence of the drain container 60 (step S103). If the presence of the drain container 60 is not detected (step S103: NO), the control unit 70 performs the process of step S102 described above, and then returns the process to this process and ends the process.
When the presence of the drain receptacle 60 is detected (YES at step S103), the control section 70 determines whether or not the presence of the beverage receptacle C is detected by the receptacle detecting section 85 (step S104). Then, when the presence of the beverage container C is detected (step S104: YES), the control unit 70 determines whether or not the opening/closing door 53 is closed based on the detection result of the door opening/closing detection unit 84 (step S105). If the closing of the opening/closing door 53 is not detected (step S105: no), the control unit 70 performs the process of step S102 described above, and then returns the process to this process and ends the process.
When closing of the opening/closing door 53 is detected (step S105: yes), the control section 70 activates the supply instruction button 41 (step S106), and returns the process to end the process. That is, the control unit 70 enables input of a signal given from the supply instruction button 41, thereby enabling the pressing operation of the supply instruction button 41 to be validated.
After the supply instruction button 41 is activated in this way, the control unit 70 gives a beverage supply instruction to the beverage producing unit 20 by pressing the supply instruction button 41 and settling the coins input from the coin input unit 42 by the coin processing unit 81.
Thus, in the beverage producing unit 20, the coffee beverage extracted in the filter module 332 constituting the extraction container 33 is sent to the nozzle 51 through the extraction pipe 36, and is supplied from the nozzle 51 to the beverage container C to be served.
According to the beverage supply device having the above-described configuration, since the extraction unit 30 for extracting the beverage is attached to the attachment fitting 13 detachably provided in the main body cabinet 11 (the device main body 10), even if the width of the device main body 10 is sufficiently small, the extraction unit 30 can be installed by providing the attachment fitting 13 in the device main body 10, and the entire device can be downsized.
In particular, since the extraction unit 30 is attached to the attachment fitting 13 detachably provided in the apparatus body 10, even after the beverage supply apparatus is installed in a store or the like, the extraction unit 30 can be detached from the apparatus body 10 by detaching the attachment fitting 13 from the apparatus body 10, and maintenance work of the extraction unit 30 can be facilitated.
According to the beverage supply device, since the drain tank 60 for storing the drain water from the beverage supply unit 50 is detachably provided on the rear surface of the front door 12 constituting the device main body 10, it is not necessary to secure an installation space for the drain tank 60 in the main body cabinet 11 of the device main body 10, and as a result, the entire device can be downsized.
According to the beverage supplying apparatus described above, since the control unit 70 deactivates the supply instruction button 41 and restricts the supply of the beverage when the arrangement of the storage box 40 is not detected by the storage box detecting unit 82 or when the arrangement of the drain container 60 is not detected by the drain container detecting unit 83, it is possible to prevent the beverage from being supplied in a state where the storage box 40 and the drain container 60 are forgotten to be installed by a clerk or the like in the store, and thus it is possible to prevent the occurrence of water leakage or the like to the outside of the apparatus main body 10.
According to the beverage supply device, the operation opening 344 for performing the operation of feeding out the paper filter PF is formed in the front surface of the filter guide portion 342 constituting the filter cartridge 34, so that even if the entire device is downsized, the operation of feeding out the paper filter PF can be easily performed through the operation opening 344 from the front, and the operation of replacing the paper filter PF can be easily performed.
According to the beverage supplying apparatus, the drain container 60 includes the gutter 61, and the gutter 61 guides a part of the drain water to the main body cabinet 11 when the amount of the drain water stored in the drain container 60 exceeds a predetermined amount, and the weir portion 16 that temporarily stores the drain water guided from the drain container 60 is formed at the bottom of the main body cabinet 11, so that even if a store employee or the like forgets to replace the drain container 60, it is possible to prevent water leakage or the like from occurring immediately to the outside of the apparatus main body 10.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various modifications can be made.
In the above-described embodiment, the operation opening 344 is formed in the filter guide portion 342, and the operation roller 345 is provided so as to pass through the operation opening 344. In this case, the worker of the shop can deal with the paper filter feeding operation by inserting a finger into the guide path through the operation opening.
In the above-described embodiment, the vending machine installed in the store has been described as an example of the beverage supply device, but the present invention can also be applied to a beverage dispenser or the like as the beverage supply device.
