Detailed Description
At present, when a video conference is carried out, a task assignment mode is carried out through oral or text description tasks, so that the information transmission accuracy is limited and the efficiency is low; in view of the technical problem, embodiments of the present invention provide a task assignment method for a video conference, an electronic device, and a video conference apparatus, and mainly provide a task assignment function on a video conference interface, and generate a target task according to a task generation operation of a user on the video conference interface when a new task event is detected to be triggered; then, according to task assignment operation of a user on a video conference interface, assigning a target task to a task receiver to realize real-time assignment of the task, thereby improving task assignment efficiency; and the task mode is generated according to the video conference interface, so that the user can conveniently understand the task, and the information transmission accuracy is improved.
The video conference apparatus and the user equipment described in this embodiment may be electronic equipment with display, operation, and network access functions, for example, mobile equipment such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, or an intelligent wearable device, and may also be fixed equipment such as a desktop computer or a television with a network access function.
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with specific examples. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a task assignment method for a video conference according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method according to the embodiment may include the following steps:
and S110, detecting that a new task event is triggered, and generating a target task according to task generation operation of a user on a video conference interface.
Specifically, a user can log in a video conference system for video conference through a registered user account, a file sharing function can be provided in a video conference interface, and conference materials such as videos, pictures and/or characters which the participant wants to share can be selected to share to other participants through the file sharing function; sharing prompt information can be displayed in the video conference interface, for example: initiating shared information such as participants; in addition, a participant list can be displayed in the video conference interface, so that the user can know the conditions of the participants.
In order to improve the efficiency of assigning tasks in the video conference, in the embodiment, a task assigning function is provided in the video conference interface. Specifically, a new task option may be provided in the video conference interface, so as to facilitate use of the user, a new task identifier, such as a new task icon, may be displayed in a preset position in the video conference interface, and when a predetermined operation (e.g., a click operation) of the user on the new task identifier is received, it is determined that a new task event is triggered. At this point, the user may operate at the video conference interface to generate a task (referred to as a target task) and then assign the task to a task recipient. Of course, in this embodiment, the user may also assign the task through the voice instruction, that is, create a new task and perform the subsequent assignment process through the voice instruction, and for convenience of understanding, in this embodiment, the assignment of the task through manual operation is taken as an example for exemplary explanation. In addition, in this embodiment, the manual operation may be a mouse click operation or a touch operation, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, when the target task is generated, the target task may be generated according to the content displayed on the video conference interface, and when the target task is specifically implemented, the content on the video conference interface may be acquired in a screenshot mode or a copying mode. For convenience of description, the screenshot is taken as an example in this embodiment.
When the task is concise and understandable, the target task can be directly generated through screenshot, namely the screenshot is the target task; when the task is complex, in order to facilitate the task receiver to understand the task, the user can also add the task remark information, that is, the video conference device generates the target task according to the screenshot of the user on the video conference interface and the input task remark information.
In specific implementation, the video conference interface may directly display the option of the remark task, or may automatically pop up the option of the remark task after the screenshot is completed, in order to keep the freshness of the interface, in this embodiment, the option of the remark task may also be displayed by clicking a right button (or other preset operations, such as a double-click operation, where the right button is taken as an example for illustration), that is, after the screenshot is completed, if the user needs to add the task remark information, the right button may be clicked, at this time, the option of the remark task may be popped up in the video conference interface, the user clicks the option of the remark task, that is, the task remark information may be added to the target task, and when the task remark information is added, the task remark information may be manually input, or the task remark information may be input by voice; when the remarks are completed, the remarks can be assigned to task recipients.
In addition, the system can also collect voice information of the user, and generate a target task according to the screenshot of the user in the video conference interface and the collected voice information. Wherein, when gathering voice information, can gather the voice information in the preset time quantum, for example: collecting voice information of a user in the period from after a new task to before an assigned task; when there are multiple speakers speaking, the voice information of all speakers may be collected, or only the voice information of the task assignor may be collected, where the task assignor may be identified by a voice recognition method, and the specific identification method is not particularly limited in this embodiment. For voice information, the video conference device can also convert the voice information into text information, and then a target task is generated according to a screenshot of a user on a video conference interface and the text information, and the target task can be set according to needs during specific implementation.
In order to improve the convenience of the user, the user can also cancel the assignment task after completing the screenshot. During specific implementation, similar to the remark task option, the video conference interface may directly display the option of canceling the assignment task, may automatically pop up the option of canceling the assignment task after the screen capture is completed, and may display the option of canceling the assignment task by clicking a right button, at this time, the option of canceling the assignment task and the option of the remark task may be displayed in a menu interface in a combined manner. The user clicks the task de-assignment option to trigger a task de-assignment event, thereby de-assigning the target task.
In addition, for the convenience of use of the user, when the option of canceling the assignment task is displayed by clicking the right button, the directly assigned option can also be displayed at the same time, that is, the screenshot is directly assigned to the task receiver as the task without making a task remark. Likewise, the directly assigned option and the option of the remarking task may be combined and displayed in one menu interface.
And S120, assigning the target task to a task receiver according to task assignment operation of the user on the video conference interface.
After the target task is generated, the user can perform task assignment operation to assign the target task to the task receiver in charge of the target task.
Specifically, an option for selecting a task recipient may be displayed on the video conference interface, and the target task may be assigned to a target participant of the video conference interface upon detecting that the user has established an association between the target task and the target participant. In order to improve the efficiency of task assignment, in this embodiment, the task may also be directly assigned in a dragging manner, so as to improve the interest of task assignment.
In specific implementation, a window corresponding to each participant can be displayed on the video conference interface, when a task receiver participates, a user can drag an identifier (such as a thumbnail) corresponding to a target task to the window corresponding to the target participant (namely, the task receiver), and then release the target task to assign the target task to the target participant. When the video conference device detects that a user drags a target task to a window corresponding to a target participant, the target participant is determined to be associated with the target participant of a video conference interface by the user, the target participant is determined to be a task receiver of the task, and then the target task is sent to the video conference device where the task receiver is located. After the video conference device where the task receiver is located receives the assigned task, the video conference device can display task prompt information and provide viewing options for users to view the assigned task. The task receivers may be multiple, that is, the user may drag the identifier corresponding to the target task to the windows corresponding to the target participants in sequence, so as to assign the target task to the multiple task receivers. When the window is dragged, the association relationship between the target task and the participant can be determined according to the covered range of the window, for example, when the window is covered by the identifier corresponding to the target task, the association between the target task and the target participant corresponding to the window is determined. If the two target participant windows are adjacent, the corresponding identifier of the target task can be dragged to the junction of the two windows, so that two target participants can be simultaneously selected.
In this embodiment, after the user generates the target task, the user may also click a window corresponding to the target attendee, the video conference device may provide an option for assigning the task on the video conference interface when detecting that the user clicks the window, and determine that the user associates the target task with the target attendee when detecting that the user selects the option for assigning the task.
In addition, a participant list can be displayed on the video conference interface, and the video conference device can determine that the user establishes the association between the target task and the target participant based on the target participant selected by the user from the participant list; and assigning the target task to the target participant. For example: after the user generates the target task, the user can select the target participants in the participant list, the video conference device can provide task assignment options on the video conference interface when the user is detected to click the participants in the participant list, and under the condition that the user is detected to select the task assignment options, the user is determined to establish the association between the target task and the target participants so as to establish the association between the target task and the target participants.
In consideration of the current video conference, if a task receiver does not arrive at the scene, the task schedule of the task receiver needs to be specially orally forwarded or a post-task mail is recorded and sent to the task receiver, so that the timeliness of task assignment and the accuracy of information delivery are influenced. In the embodiment, the video conference system can be associated with a target communication application, a contact list is displayed on a video conference interface, and when a task is assigned and a task receiver does not participate in a conference, a user can select non-participant persons from the contact list to establish association with a target task; the video conference device determines the non-participant selected by the user as a task receiver of the task, and then may send the target task to a target account (referred to as a first target account herein) through an associated target communication application, where the first target account is a user account corresponding to the non-participant selected by the user (i.e., the task receiver receiving the target task) in the target communication application. Therefore, the real-time assignment of the video conference task can be carried out no matter whether the task receiver is present or not, and the timeliness and the accuracy of conference information transmission are improved.
During specific implementation, the video conference device can provide an option for assigning other friends, after a task is generated, if a task receiver does not participate in the conference, a user can click the option, and a contact interface capable of providing a contact list can be popped up in the video conference interface for the user to select the task receiver, wherein the contact interface is associated with the target communication application and can acquire contact information from the target communication application; the contact interface may specifically provide common functions such as searching, sorting, searching, chatting, and the like, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment; the target communication application may be various applications capable of sending instant messages, and this embodiment is not particularly limited thereto. In addition, similar to the remark task option, the video conference interface may directly display the option for assigning other friends, may automatically pop up the option for assigning other friends after the screenshot is completed, and may also display the option for assigning other friends by clicking a right button, at this time, the option for assigning other friends and the option for remark task may be merged and displayed in one menu interface, and at the same time, the option for assigning other friends may also be displayed in the task remark interface.
After the user finds the task receiver, the user can also assign the task in a dragging mode, for example, a target task is dragged to an area displayed by the task receiver in the contact interface; considering that the size of a contact person display area in the interface is limited, a sending option can be provided in the contact person interface, after a user selects a task receiver, the user can establish association between a target task and the task receiver by directly clicking to send, and the video conference device sends the target task to a user account corresponding to the task receiver in a target communication application. After the task receiver logs in the target communication application through the target account in the user equipment, the task receiver can acquire task assignment information through a dialog box of the task assigner.
In this embodiment, the user may also receive tasks assigned by other task assigners, so that in order to facilitate the task receiver to view the tasks, when receiving the assigned tasks, the assigned tasks may be stored in the to-do tasks of the target account (referred to as a second target account herein) through the target communication application, and the user (i.e., the task receiver) may view details of the tasks in the to-do tasks. The second target account is a user account corresponding to a task receiver receiving the assigned task in the target communication application; at least part of content (such as a thumbnail of a screenshot) in the video conference interface related to the assigned task can be displayed in the task list interface corresponding to the proxy task, task remark information of the assigned task can also be displayed, and voice information related to the assigned task can also be displayed, wherein if the task remark information contains voice, the voice can also be converted into text for displaying. When the user views the task details, the specific content of the assigned task may be displayed, for example: screenshot + task remark information in text or voice form.
If the task receiver is a non-participant, in this embodiment, an identifier (for example, a thumbnail) corresponding to a task assigned to the task receiver by the task assignor may be displayed in a dialog box between a third target account and a fourth target account in the target communication application, where the third target account is a user account corresponding to the task receiver in the target communication application, and the fourth target account is a user account corresponding to the task assignor in the target communication application. Specifically, if the task assigned to the task receiver by the task assignor is the target task, the third target account is the first target account; and if the task assigned to the task receiver by the task assigner is the assigned task, the third target account is the second target account. Of course, in this embodiment, when the task receiver is a participant, the identifier corresponding to the task assigned to the task receiver by the task assignor may also be displayed in a dialog box between the third target account and the fourth target account in the target communication application.
In order to improve the flexibility of task assignment, the user can also withdraw the task after the task is assigned. Specifically, a task revocation option may be provided in the video conference interface, through which the user revokes the assigned task. In a specific implementation, the mouse may be moved to a window or a contact display area corresponding to the task receiver, and a task list (specifically, a task thumbnail list) of the task receiver and task withdrawal options of each task are displayed in the video conference interface in a floating manner; or right clicking a window or a contact display area corresponding to the task receiver, and displaying a task list of the task receiver and task withdrawal options of each task in the video conference interface; the task revocation method can also be used for directly providing task revocation options in the video conference interface, and after the task revocation options are selected by a user, a task list can be displayed in the video conference interface for the user to select tasks to be revoked.
In addition, in order to facilitate users to know task distribution conditions, the number of tasks assigned by task receivers can be displayed in the video conference interface. During specific display, for the participants, the assigned task number of the participants can be displayed at the windows corresponding to the participants, and the assigned task number of the participants can also be displayed in the display areas corresponding to the participants in the participant list; for the non-attendees, the number of tasks assigned by the non-attendees may be displayed in the display area corresponding to each non-attendee in the contact list corresponding to the non-attendees, and a specific display manner may be set as needed, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
In order to assist task assignment, in this embodiment, the video conference device may further generate a conference summary according to task assignment operation in the video conference, and then share the conference summary into the target group through the associated target communication application.
The target group comprises task receivers of all tasks and can also comprise other related personnel. In generating the conference summary, in addition to task assignment operations in the videoconference, the conference summary may be generated in conjunction with voice information in the videoconference.
According to the task assignment method for the video conference, a task assignment function is provided on a video conference interface, and a target task is generated according to task generation operation of a user on the video conference interface under the condition that a new task event is triggered; then, according to task assignment operation of a user on a video conference interface, a target task is assigned to a task receiver, and the task can be assigned to the task receiver in real time, so that task assignment efficiency can be effectively improved; moreover, the task assigner can generate the task according to the content on the video conference interface, so that the user can conveniently understand the task, and the information transmission accuracy can be improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another task assignment method for a video conference according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is a specific implementation manner of task assignment performed when a task receiver is a participant. As shown in fig. 2, the method provided by this embodiment may include the following steps:
