Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a mail processing method provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the embodiment of the present disclosure is applicable to a situation where at least two users discuss content of a same email, and the method may be executed by a mail processing apparatus, and the apparatus may be implemented in a form of software and/or hardware, and optionally, implemented by an electronic device, where the electronic device may be a mobile terminal, a PC terminal, and the like.
As shown in fig. 1, the method of the present embodiment includes:
s110, when the preset operation triggered based on the target mail is detected, at least one cooperative user is obtained.
If at least two users need to discuss the mail content, the mail can be forwarded to the users participating in discussion, so that the users participating in discussion discuss on the basis of the mail. The mail can be used as a target mail, and the users participating in the discussion can be used as cooperative users. That is, when the target user shares the current email to other users, the other users who receive the target email may be used as cooperative users; or people related to the mail content can be shared as cooperative users; or the personnel in the IM group or organization are taken as the whole sharing object, and correspondingly, the personnel in the IM group or organization can be taken as the cooperative user. The preset operation may be an operation of adding at least one cooperative user.
Specifically, when it is detected that the target user triggers the addition of the control of at least one collaboration user, the user list acquisition program may be invoked to acquire the user list, optionally, the user list may be popped up on the page to which the target email belongs, so that the user may select the user from the user list, and/or the input control for inputting the user name may be popped up at a preset position of the target email, so that the target user may add information such as the user's name, job number, or email address in the input control.
For example, referring to fig. 2, the trigger preset operation may be to trigger a preset control 1, where the preset control is a control for adding a collaboration user. When the target user clicks the preset control 1 of the collaboration adding user at the upper right corner, the server corresponding to the mail can detect the trigger operation of the user, call the user list and pop up the dialog box of the collaboration adding user based on the trigger operation, so that the target user can select the collaboration user from the user list or input information representing the identity of the collaboration user, such as the job number, the name or the mailbox address of the user, in the dialog box. The added collaborating users can be displayed at preset positions of the page to which the target mail belongs, such as the collaborating users added by the user 1 … user N in FIG. 2 for the target user.
And S120, sharing the target link corresponding to the target mail to each cooperative user so that each cooperative user can read the target mail based on the target link and/or edit the target mail based on the target link.
The target link is shared to the cooperative user by triggering the sharing control. The sharing control is a control for sharing the target mail to the cooperative user. The target mail comprises the content of the target mail and/or the draft content for replying the target mail.
Specifically, after the cooperative user finishes selecting, the sharing control can be clicked. Based on the trigger operation of the target user, a target link corresponding to the target mail can be generated, and the target link is sent to each cooperative user, so that each cooperative user can jump to a page to which the target mail belongs based on the target link, a plurality of cooperative users can simultaneously read the target mail online and/or edit the content in the target mail, and convenient content can be synchronized to terminals corresponding to the plurality of cooperative users.
It should be noted that multiple collaborating users can jump to the target mail based on the target link and can read the mail at the same time. When a plurality of cooperative users process the target mail, the head images or the job numbers of the plurality of target users can be displayed at the preset position of the target mail, namely, the cooperative users who read the mail currently can be displayed in the target mail. When some users edit the draft in the draft control, other collaborating users who are previewing the target mail can also see the draft content and the users who are currently editing.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, when the target user clicks a share (share) control 2, a target email may be sent to each collaborating user. The respective collaborating users may read and/or edit the content in the email based on the target connection.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, when the preset operation triggered based on the target mail is detected, at least one cooperative user is obtained; sharing the target link corresponding to the target mail to each cooperative user so that each cooperative user can read the target mail based on the target link and/or edit the target mail based on the target link; the target mail comprises the content of the target mail and/or the draft content used for replying the target mail, the technical problems that in the prior art, when a user discusses the mail content with other people, the mail needs to be forwarded to a related user, and then the mail needs to be discussed by means of other communication tools or on the spot, the whole process is complicated, and the communication efficiency is low are solved, the user can discuss the mail in a corresponding area of the target mail after the mail is shared to the user, the processing efficiency of the mail content and the convenience of operation are improved, and the technical effect of user experience is further improved.
On the basis of the technical scheme, after the target link corresponding to the target mail is shared to each cooperative user, the mail type of the target mail is marked as a sharing mail.
The mail type may include private mail, shared mail, and the like.
Specifically, after the target link corresponding to the target email is shared to each collaboration user, the shared email type may be marked as a shared email. As shown in fig. 3, after the target email is shared with the collaborating users, the target email may be marked as shared, that is, the shared corresponding to the mark 3.
Example two
On the basis of the above technical solution, in order to determine the authority corresponding to each cooperative user, after determining the cooperative user, the operation authority corresponding to each cooperative user may be determined. Fig. 4 is another flowchart illustrating a mail processing method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
s410, when the preset operation triggered based on the target mail is detected, at least one cooperative user is obtained.
S420, when the control triggering the editing authority is detected, displaying at least one sub-control corresponding to the editing authority, and determining the mail authority corresponding to each cooperative user based on the detected triggering operation on the at least one sub-control.
The mail authority can be understood as the processing authority of the user to the mail, and optionally, the mail authority is the editing authority and/or the reading authority to the mail. The editing rights are that the user has the right to edit the mail, read the mail and can forward the mail to other users. The reading authority is that the user only has the authority of reading the mail and can not execute other operations. The number of child controls is related to the number of mail permission types, for example, the mail permission includes two types, and then the number of child controls is two.
In this embodiment, the target user may have the right to add or delete a collaborating user, send a mail, edit a draft. The user with reading right can browse and participate in the discussion content in the target mail, but cannot browse the specific content in the draft control, and cannot reply and forward the mail. The user with the editing right can browse the discussion information in the target email and edit the email content in the draft control of the target email, but cannot create the draft and share the target email to other users.
In order to determine the authority of each cooperative user to process the mail in advance, the mail authority of the cooperative user may be edited after the cooperative user is determined.
Specifically, after the collaboration users are determined, the permission editing control corresponding to each collaboration user may be triggered, so as to determine the mail permission corresponding to each collaboration user based on the permission editing control. Continuing to refer to fig. 2, after triggering the authority editing control corresponding to the user a, the display interface may pop up at least two sub-controls, which are a reading authority and an editing authority, respectively, if the target user can trigger the reading authority, the authority corresponding to the user a is the reading authority, and if the target user triggers the editing authority, the authority corresponding to the user a is the editing authority.
It should be noted that, when the control triggering the editing right is not detected, the mail right of at least one collaborating user may be set as a default right, that is, the default right is a right to read the mail, that is, only the target mail may be read, but the mail content cannot be edited.
And S430, sharing the target link corresponding to the target mail to each cooperative user so that each cooperative user can read the target mail based on the target link and/or edit the target mail based on the target link.
Specifically, after the cooperative users and the mail permissions corresponding to the cooperative users are determined, the target user may trigger the sharing control. When the server detects the trigger operation of the target user, a target link corresponding to the target mail can be generated, and the target link corresponding to the target mail is sent to each cooperative user, so that each cooperative user can read the target mail on line based on the target link, and the user with the editing authority can edit the content in the draft control of the target mail.
In this embodiment, the content edited in the draft control of the target email by the user with the editing right may be the content edited in the draft control, and all online users of the edited content may preview the content at this time.
S440, when the target link is clicked by at least one user to be sent, the target page to which the target mail belongs is jumped to read the target mail, and user information of each user reading the target mail at present is displayed on the target page.
Specifically, after the target user triggers the sharing control, each collaborating user may receive the target link corresponding to the target email. When the cooperative user triggers the target link, the cooperative user can jump to a target page to which the target mail belongs based on the target link, and a user head portrait of the target mail currently being read can be displayed on the target page, that is, the head portraits of each user currently reading the target mail based on the target link are displayed on the target page, so that each user can determine which users currently enter the page to which the target mail belongs.
In this embodiment, the user having the editing right can edit the content in the draft control of the target mail, and at the same time, when editing the content in the draft control, the avatar of the user who is currently editing the content can be displayed. It should be noted that each target e-mail may only include one draft. The collaboration users and the target users with the editing right can edit the content in the draft control in the target mail, and the edited content can be previewed by a plurality of online users together. When the user a edits the draft, the cursor displays that the user who is editing the draft is the user a, which is advantageous in that the user who is editing the draft can be determined in real time.
In the prior art, when a cooperative user discusses mail content, the cooperative user needs to implement the mail content through other software, and the problem that the mail is inconvenient to use and low in working efficiency due to the fact that software is switched exists. In order to solve the problem, a discussion control is arranged in the target mail, namely the cooperative user can see the mail and discuss the mail content in the mail. That is, a discussion icon exists on the interface to which the target email belongs, when the target user triggers the discussion icon, a discussion dialog box can pop up, and all users with authority can discuss the email content in the discussion dialog box without the help of third-party software. Optionally, when the user with the editing right triggers the discussion control, a discussion dialog box pops up on the target page to which the target email belongs, so that each collaboration user discusses information in the discussion dialog box.
That is, after sharing the target link corresponding to the target email to each collaborating user, the method further includes: generating a communication control based on feedback of at least one cooperative user to the target link; and displaying the number of messages sent by the collaboration user on the communication control.
The feedback of the target link may be a request for initiating communication by the cooperative user, and a communication control may be generated based on the communication request.
Specifically, each user with the mail editing authority can open the target mail based on the target link and can feed back the content in the target mail. When the cooperative user is detected to trigger the operation of editing the content, a communication control can be generated, and the number of messages sent by the cooperative user can be displayed on the communication control.
Optionally, after generating the communication control based on the feedback of the at least one collaborative user on the target link, the method further includes: and receiving a triggering operation on the communication control, generating a communication area in the page of the target mail, and displaying a message sent by the cooperative user in the communication area.
That is, after receiving the collaboration user triggered communication control, a communication area may be generated, and the content edited by the collaboration user may be displayed in the communication area.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 5, when a user with editing rights triggers a discussion control, a discussion dialog box, such as a mark 4, may pop up on the display interface so that the user with editing rights may discuss the mail content in the discussion dialog box.
In this embodiment, after the editing of the draft content of the reply target email is completed, the confirmation control may be clicked to send the draft content to other collaborating users.
