optionally, as shown in fig. 1(a), the method in the embodiment of the present disclosure may include the following steps:
and 101, displaying the acquired current mail on a synchronous editing interface.
The current email is an email shared by sharers, and the client presenting the synchronous editing interface is determined based on the sharers.
Optionally, displaying the current email on the synchronous editing interface may include: receiving a mail shared by a sharer through a mail sharing operation, and taking the shared mail as a current mail; and displaying the current mail on a synchronous editing interface in response to detecting the cooperative editing triggering operation aiming at the current mail.
Optionally, the synchronous editing interface is generated by the document server in the following manner: and in response to receiving the current mail sent by the mail server, creating a shared document corresponding to the current mail so that the current mail is presented on a synchronous editing interface of the client.
Specifically, when the current email is determined to be an email shared by a sharer, the current email is specifically displayed in a form of a synchronous editing interface, when a sharing trigger operation of the sharer for the current email is detected, an editing interface creating request containing a current email identifier is sent to a server, and the email server creates the synchronous editing interface according to the obtained editing interface creating request, wherein the created synchronous editing interface contains an email draft corresponding to the email shared by the sharer, so that the current email is displayed on the synchronous editing interface.
It should be noted that when a sharing trigger operation of a sharer for a draft of a mail is detected, identification information of a sharee is also determined, so that the synchronous editing interface created by the mail server is also sent to the mail client corresponding to the identification of the sharee, so that collaborative editing of attachments in the draft of the mail by the sharer and the sharee on the synchronous editing interface can be realized, as shown in fig. 1(b), the synchronous editing interface is created according to the mail shared by the sharer.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, after detecting a sharing trigger operation of a sharer for a current email, an interactive group including the sharer and shared information is also created at an email client or an Instant Messaging (IM) client, specifically, as shown in fig. 1(b), content displayed on the rightmost side of the interface is a discussion group presented at the email client, and the discussion group presented at the email client and the discussion group presented at the IM client are essentially one discussion group, so that information interaction may be implemented, and the sharer or the sharee may discuss a modification scheme of the current email attachment in the interactive group presented at the email client or the IM client.
And 102, in response to detecting an attachment editing request for the current mail, performing collaborative editing on the attachment of the current mail in a synchronous editing interface.
Optionally, the current email includes a draft email or a shared email; in response to detecting an attachment editing request for the current mail, performing collaborative editing on the attachment of the current mail in a synchronous editing interface, including: in response to detecting an attachment editing request for the current mail, sending an attachment editing instruction containing editing content to a document server, wherein the editing content comprises: the content of comments on the attachment; receiving the word-dividing comment content sent by the document server, wherein the word-dividing comment content is sent after the document server adds comment content to an attachment of a shared document according to a received attachment editing instruction; and displaying the content of the word-stroke comment at the attachment of the current mail in the synchronous editing interface.
Specifically, the mail draft shown in fig. 1(b) currently includes a title "attachment 1: when detecting that a user performs a word-dividing comment operation on an attachment of a draft of the mail, the mail client sends comment contents added to the attachment, including editing contents' to the document server: please focus on the attachment editing instruction of the content "in the attachment 1, the document server will add comment content" focus on the content in the attachment 1 "at the attachment 1 of the shared document according to the editing instruction, generate the scribing comment content, and send the scribing comment content as the attachment update content to the mail client, so that the mail client receives the attachment update content sent by the document server, extracts the scribing comment content from the attachment update content, and adds and displays the scribing comment content at the attachment of the draft of the mail, wherein, as shown in fig. 1(c), a schematic diagram of a synchronous editing interface after performing the attachment scribing comment operation is shown.
Optionally, in response to detecting that the current user exits from the trigger operation of the discussion group, an authority canceling instruction is generated, and the authority canceling instruction is sent to the mail server, so that the mail server cancels the attachment editing authority of the current mail by the current user according to the authority canceling instruction; the discussion group is synchronously created by the sharer aiming at the sharing triggering operation of the current mail.
Optionally, the discussion group includes: the method comprises the steps that an information interaction group containing a sharer and a sharee is created at a mail client, or an information interaction group containing the sharer and the sharee is created at an IM client.

The embodiment of the disclosure provides a method for processing an attachment of a mail, which is characterized in that an acquired current mail is displayed on a synchronous editing interface, and when an attachment editing request for the mail is detected, the attachment of the current mail can be cooperatively edited on the synchronous editing interface, so that when the relevant processing of the attachment is executed, the attachment can be cooperatively edited, different office requirements of a user are met, and the experience effect of the user is improved.
Example two
Fig. 2(a) is a flowchart of a method for processing a mail attachment according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The present disclosure may be combined with each alternative in the foregoing implementation, and in the present disclosure, when it is determined that the current email is a draft email, in order to implement operations of adding and deleting attachments, collaborative editing of attachments of the current email in a synchronous editing interface is specifically described in response to detecting an attachment editing request for the current email.
As shown in fig. 2(a), the method of the embodiment of the present disclosure specifically includes:
The current email is an email shared by sharers, and the client presenting the synchronous editing interface is determined based on the sharers.
Optionally, displaying the current email on the synchronous editing interface may include: receiving a mail shared by a sharer through a mail sharing operation, and taking the shared mail as a current mail; and displaying the current mail on a synchronous editing interface in response to detecting the cooperative editing triggering operation aiming at the current mail.
Wherein editing the content comprises: add attachments or delete attachments.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the sharer or the sharee may perform the attachment editing operation on the synchronous editing interface, and as shown in fig. 1(b), the email draft currently includes an attachment 1: when detecting that a user deletes the attachment of the draft of the mail, the mail client sends an editing instruction with the editing content of 'please delete the attachment 1' to the document server; when detecting that the attachment of the user to the email draft is executed, adding an attachment 2 with the theme of' attachment 2: list of participants ", the mail client will send the edit content to the document server as" please add the theme to the attachment 1 as the attachment 2: the "list of participants" can be edited, and thus, the information of the edited content in the present embodiment includes information such as addition of attachments or deletion of attachments.
When the edited content is determined to be the added attachment, the mail client transmits the attachment which needs to be added newly to the document server according to the triggering operation of the user, for example, when the edited content is determined to be "please add the attachment 2 on the basis of the attachment 1: list of participants ", send the edited content to the document server with the topic of attachment 2: an attachment to the list of participants is sent to the document server. It should be noted that, when determining that the attachment is added to the email draft attachment, it may be determined that one attachment is added, or multiple attachments may be added at the same time.
And the attachment list is sent after the document server adds or deletes attachments in the shared document according to the received attachment editing instruction.
In one particular implementation, it is determined that what is contained in the current mail draft is a document having the topic "attachment 1: when it is determined that an editing instruction with an editing content of "please delete the attachment 1" is sent to the document server, the document server deletes the attachment 1 in the shared document according to the editing instruction, generates a new attachment list, wherein the number of attachments contained in the newly generated attachment list is 0, and sends the newly generated attachment list as an updated content to the mail client, so that the mail client correspondingly receives the attachment list sent by the document server.
In another particular implementation, it is determined that what is contained in the current mail draft is a document having a topic of "attachment 1: seat list "but sent to the document server contains the edit content" please add the theme on top of attachment 1 as attachment 2: list of participants ", and sending the subject as attachment 2: when one attachment in the participant list is added, the document server adds the obtained attachment 2 to the shared document according to the editing instruction, generates a new attachment list, includes two attachments which are respectively attachment 1 and attachment 2 in the newly generated attachment list, and sends the newly generated attachment list as the updating content to the mail client, so that the mail client correspondingly receives the attachment list sent by the document server.
No matter the sharer or the sharer performs the operation of deleting the attachment or adding the attachment on the synchronous editing interface, the document server generates a corresponding attachment list according to the instruction, and the mail client receives the newly generated attachment list.
And step 204, displaying the attachment list at the attachment of the email draft in the synchronous editing interface.
Specifically, when it is determined that the attachment deletion operation is performed on the synchronous editing interface by the user, the mail client receives the attachment update content sent by the document server and extracts the newly generated attachment list from the attachment update content, and since the number of attachments included in the newly generated attachment list is 0 in the case of deleting an attachment, the mail client makes a theme in the draft of the mail "attachment 1: hiding an attachment of the seating schedule "to determine that no attachment exists in the current draft of the mail, wherein a schematic diagram of the synchronous editing interface after performing an attachment deletion operation is shown in fig. 2 (b).
Specifically, when it is determined that the attachment adding operation is performed on the synchronous editing interface by the user, the mail client receives the attachment update content sent by the document server, and extracts the newly generated attachment list from the attachment update content, and since the number of attachments included in the newly generated attachment list is 2 in the case of adding attachments, which are the original attachment 1 and the newly added attachment 2, respectively, the mail client may display the main theme "attachment 1: seat arrangement table "and subject matter" accessories 2: the participant list "two attachments, wherein a schematic diagram of the synchronous editing interface after the attachment adding operation is performed is shown in fig. 2 (c).
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the authority of the sharee may also be controlled, for example, after detecting an authority setting operation triggered by the sharer for the sharee, it is determined that an attachment editing authority is allocated to the specified sharee through the mail server according to the operation of the sharer, only the sharee allocated with the attachment editing authority can edit the attachment in the current mail, of course, the allocated authority may further include an attachment preview authority and an attachment downloading authority, and this embodiment is not limited to a specific type of the authority allocated for sharing, for example, for the sharee allocated with the attachment preview authority, it is determined that the identifier of the sharee is zhang san, and when detecting a preview triggering operation for the attachment 1 by zhang, the identifier of zhang is transmitted to the mail server to authenticate the identifier of zhang san, and after the authentication is passed, the content of the accessory 1 is displayed after receiving the authorization indication. Since the assignment of the rights to edit the attachment is not the main point of the present application, the details thereof are not described in the present embodiment.
In addition, in the embodiment, the operation of adding or deleting the attachments can be realized for the email draft, so that the attachment processing modes are more diversified.
