Detailed Description
At present, when a video conference is carried out, the task assignment is carried out by orally or literally describing the task, so that the information transmission accuracy is limited and the efficiency is low; aiming at the technical problem, the embodiment of the invention provides a task assignment method, electronic equipment and a video conference device for a video conference, which mainly provide a task assignment function on a video conference interface, and generate a target task according to task generation operation of a user on the video conference interface under the condition that a new task event is detected to be triggered; then, according to task assignment operation of a user on a video conference interface, a target task is assigned to a task receiver, so that real-time assignment of the task is realized, and the task assignment efficiency is improved; and the task is conveniently understood by a user by generating a task mode according to the video conference interface, so that the accuracy of information transmission is improved.
The video conference apparatus and the user device in this embodiment may be electronic devices with display, operation and network access functions, for example, mobile devices such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer or an intelligent wearable device, or fixed devices such as a desktop computer or a television with network access functions.
The technical scheme of the invention is described in detail below by specific examples. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and some embodiments may not be repeated for the same or similar concepts or processes.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a task assignment method for a video conference according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, where the method provided in the embodiment may include the following steps:
s110, detecting that a new task event is triggered, and generating a target task according to task generating operation of a user on a video conference interface.
Specifically, a user can log in a video conference system through a registered user account to perform video conference, a file sharing function can be provided in a video conference interface, and conference participants can select conference materials such as videos, pictures and/or characters to be shared through the file sharing function to share to other conference participants; shared hints may be displayed in the video conferencing interface, for example: information such as participants initiating sharing; in addition, a participant list can be displayed in the video conference interface for the user to know the conditions of the participants.
In order to improve the task assignment efficiency in the video conference, in this embodiment, a task assignment function is provided in the video conference interface. Specifically, a new task option may be provided in the video conference interface, in order to facilitate the use of the user, a new task identifier, for example, a new task icon, may be displayed in a preset position in the video conference interface, and when a predetermined operation (for example, a clicking operation) of the user on the new task identifier is received, it is determined that a new task event is triggered. At this point, the user may operate at the video conferencing interface to generate a task (referred to as a target task) and then assign the task to the task recipient. Of course, in this embodiment, the user may also assign tasks through voice commands, that is, create tasks through voice commands and perform subsequent assignment processes, and in this embodiment, the task assignment is exemplified by manual operation for ease of understanding. In this embodiment, the manual operation may be a mouse click operation or a touch operation, and this embodiment is not particularly limited thereto, but for convenience of explanation, the mouse click operation is exemplified in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, when generating the target task, the target task may be generated according to the content displayed on the video conference interface, and in specific implementation, the content on the video conference interface may be acquired by capturing or copying. For convenience of explanation, the screenshot is taken as an example in this embodiment.
When the task is concise and easy to understand, the target task can be directly generated through the screenshot, namely the screenshot is the target task; when the task is more complex, in order to facilitate the task receiver to understand the task, the user can also add task remark information, namely, the video conference device generates a target task according to the screenshot of the user on the video conference interface and the input task remark information.
In a specific implementation, the video conference interface can directly display options of remark tasks, or can automatically pop up options of remark tasks after the screenshot is completed, in order to keep the freshness of the interface, in this embodiment, the options of remark tasks can also be displayed by clicking a right button (or other preset operations, for example, double clicking operations, where clicking the right button is taken as an example for performing an illustration), that is, after the screenshot is completed, if a user needs to add task remark information, the right button can be clicked, at this time, the options of remark tasks can be popped up in the video conference interface, and when the user clicks the options of remark tasks, the task remark information can be added for a target task, and when the task remark information is added, the task remark information can be manually input, or the task remark information can be input through voice; when the remarks are completed, they can be assigned to the task recipients.
In addition, the system can also collect voice information of the user, and generate a target task according to screenshot of the user on the video conference interface and the collected voice information. When collecting the voice information, the voice information in a preset time period can be collected, for example: collecting voice information of a user in a period from a newly built task to a task assignment time; when multiple people speak, the voice information of all the speakers can be collected, or the voice information of the task assigner can be collected only, wherein the task assigner can be identified by a voice identification mode, and the specific identification mode is not particularly limited in this embodiment. For voice information, the video conference device can also convert the voice information into text information, and then a target task is generated according to the screenshot of the user on the video conference interface and the text information, and the specific implementation can be set according to the needs.
To improve the convenience of the user, the user may cancel the assignment task when the screenshot is completed. In particular, similar to the remark task option, the option of canceling the assignment task can be directly displayed in the video conference interface, the option of canceling the assignment task can be popped up automatically after the screenshot is completed, and the option of canceling the assignment task can be displayed by clicking the right button. The user clicks on the option to cancel the assigned task, and a cancel task assignment event may be triggered to cancel the assigned target task.
In addition, for convenience of use, when the option of canceling the task is displayed by clicking the right button, the option of direct assignment may also be displayed at the same time, that is, the task remark is not performed, and the screenshot is directly assigned as the task to the task recipient. Likewise, the directly assigned option and the remark task option may be displayed in combination in a menu interface.
S120, assigning the target task to a task receiver according to task assignment operation of the user on the video conference interface.
After generating the target task, the user may perform a task assignment operation to assign the target task to the task recipient responsible for the target task.
Specifically, an option for selecting a task recipient may be displayed on the video conference interface, and the target task is assigned to a target participant of the video conference interface upon detecting that the user has established an association of the target task with the target participant. In order to improve the task assignment efficiency, in this embodiment, the task may be directly assigned by a drag manner, so that the interest of task assignment may be improved.
In a specific implementation, windows corresponding to the participants can be displayed on the video conference interface, and when the task receiver participates, the user can drag an identifier (for example, a thumbnail) corresponding to the target task to the window corresponding to the target participant (i.e., the task receiver), and then release the task to assign the target task to the target participant. When the video conference device detects that a user drags a target task to a window corresponding to a target participant, determining that the user establishes association between the target task and the target participant of the video conference interface, determining the target participant as a task receiver of the task, and then transmitting the target task to the video conference device where the task receiver is located. After the video conference device where the task receiver is located receives the assigned task, task prompt information can be displayed, and a view option is provided for a user to view the assigned task. The task receivers can be multiple, namely, a user can drag the identifications corresponding to the target tasks to windows corresponding to multiple target participants in sequence so as to assign the target tasks to the multiple task receivers. When the window is dragged, the association relation between the target task and the participants can be determined according to the coverage range of the window, for example, when the window is covered by the mark corresponding to the target task for a preset area, the association between the target task and the target participants corresponding to the window is determined. If the two target meeting personnel windows are adjacent, the mark corresponding to the target task can be dragged to the junction of the two windows so as to select the two target meeting personnel at the same time.
In this embodiment, after the user generates the target task, the user may click a window corresponding to the target participant, and when the video conference device detects that the user clicks the window, the video conference device may provide an option of assigning the task on the video conference interface, and when the user detects that the user selects the option of assigning the task, it is determined that the user establishes an association between the target task and the target participant.
In addition, a participant list can be displayed on the video conference interface, and the video conference device can determine that the user establishes association between the target task and the target participant based on the target participant selected by the user from the participant list; the target tasks are assigned to target participants. For example: after the user generates the target task, the user can select a target participant in the participant list, the video conference device can provide an option of assigning the task on the video conference interface when detecting that the user clicks the participant in the participant list, and the user is determined to establish association between the target task and the target participant under the condition that the user selects the option of assigning the task is detected.
Considering the current video conference, if the task receiver does not arrive, the task receiver needs to be specially and orally transferred or the task receiver needs to be recorded and then sent to the task receiver through mail, so that timeliness of task assignment and accuracy of information transmission can be affected. In this embodiment, the videoconference system may be associated with a target communication application, and a contact list is displayed on the videoconference interface, and when a task is assigned, and when the task receiver does not participate in the conference, the user may select a non-participating person in the contact list to establish an association with the target task; the videoconferencing device determines the non-participating person selected by the user as the task recipient of the task, and then may send the target task to the target account number (referred to herein as a first target account number) through the associated target communication application, where the first target account number is a user account number corresponding to the non-participating person selected by the user (i.e., the task recipient receiving the target task) in the target communication application. Thus, whether a task receiver is present or not, the real-time assignment of the video conference task can be performed, so that the timeliness and the accuracy of conference information propagation are improved.
In specific implementation, the video conference device can provide an option of assigning other friends, after a task is generated, if a task receiver does not participate in a conference, a user can click on the option, and a contact interface capable of providing a contact list can be popped up in a video conference interface for the user to select the task receiver, wherein the contact interface is associated with a target communication application and can acquire contact information from the target communication application; the contact interface may specifically provide common functions such as searching, sorting searching, and chat recording, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment; the target communication application may be various applications capable of transmitting instant messages, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment. In addition, similar to the remark task options, the options for assigning other friends can be directly displayed in the video conference interface, the options for assigning other friends can be automatically popped up after the screenshot is completed, the options for assigning other friends can be displayed by clicking the right button, at this time, the options for assigning other friends and the options for remark tasks can be combined and displayed in one menu interface, and meanwhile, the options for assigning other friends can also be displayed in the task remark interface.
After the user finds the task receiver, the user can assign the task in a dragging mode, for example, drag the target task to the area displayed by the task receiver in the contact interface; in consideration of the limited size of the contact person display area in the interface, a sending option can be provided in the contact person interface, after the user selects the task receiver, the target task and the task receiver can be associated by directly clicking and sending, and the video conference device sends the target task to the user account corresponding to the task receiver in the target communication application. After the task receiver logs in the target communication application through the target account number in the user equipment, the task assignment information can be obtained through a dialog box with the task assigner.
In this embodiment, the user may also receive tasks assigned by other task assigners, so that in order to facilitate the task recipient to view the tasks, in the case of receiving the assigned tasks, the assigned tasks may be saved in the tasks to be handled of the target account number (referred to herein as the second target account number) through the target communication application, and then the user (i.e., the task recipient) may view details of the tasks in the tasks to be handled. The second target account is a user account corresponding to a task receiver receiving the assigned task in the target communication application; at least part of content (such as a thumbnail of a screenshot) in a video conference interface related to the assigned task can be displayed in a task list interface corresponding to the proxy task, task remark information of the assigned task can be displayed, and voice information related to the assigned task can be displayed, wherein if the task remark information contains voice, the voice can be converted into characters for display. When the user views the task details, specific content of the assigned task may be displayed, for example: screenshot + task remark information in text or voice form.
If the task receiver is a non-participating person, in this embodiment, an identifier (for example, a thumbnail) corresponding to the task assigned to the task receiver by the task assigner may also be displayed in a dialog box between a third target account number and a fourth target account number in the target communication application, where the third target account number is a user account number corresponding to the task receiver in the target communication application, and the fourth target account number is a user account number corresponding to the task assigner in the target communication application. Specifically, if the task assigned to the task receiver by the task assigner is the target task, the third target account is the first target account; if the task assigned to the task receiver by the task assigner is the assigned task, the third target account is the second target account. Of course, in this embodiment, when the task receiver is a participant, the identifier corresponding to the task assigned to the task receiver by the task assigner may also be displayed in the dialog box between the third target account and the fourth target account in the target communication application.
To increase flexibility in task assignment, a user may also withdraw a task after assigning the task. Specifically, a task revocation option may be provided in the video conferencing interface, through which the user revokes the assigned task. When the method is concretely implemented, a mouse moves to a window or a contact person display area corresponding to a task receiver, and a task list (a task thumbnail list specifically) of the task receiver is displayed in a suspension mode in a video conference interface; or right clicking a window or a contact person display area corresponding to the task receiver, and displaying a task list of the task receiver and task withdrawal options of each task in a video conference interface; the task withdraw option can also be directly provided in the video conference interface, and after the task withdraw option is selected by the user, a task list can be displayed in the video conference interface for the user to select the task to withdraw.
In addition, in order to facilitate the user to know the task dispatch situation, the number of tasks assigned by the task receiver may also be displayed in the video conference interface. When the method is specifically used for displaying, for the participants, the assigned task number of the participants can be displayed at the window corresponding to the participants, and the assigned task number of the participants can also be displayed at the display area corresponding to each participant in the participant list; for non-meeting persons, the number of tasks assigned by the non-meeting persons can be displayed in the display areas corresponding to the non-meeting persons in the contact person list corresponding to the non-meeting persons, and the specific display mode can be set according to the needs, so that the embodiment is not particularly limited.
To assist task assignment, in this embodiment, the videoconferencing device may also generate a conference summary according to task assignment operations in the videoconference, and then share the conference summary into the target group through the associated target communication application.
The target group includes task receivers of each task, and may also include some other related personnel. In generating the meeting summary, in addition to task assignment operations in the video conference, the meeting summary can be generated in conjunction with voice information in the video conference.
According to the task assignment method for the video conference, a task assignment function is provided on a video conference interface, and a target task is generated according to task generation operation of a user on the video conference interface under the condition that a new task event is detected to be triggered; then, according to task assignment operation of a user on a video conference interface, a target task is assigned to a task receiver, and the task receiver can be assigned with tasks in real time, so that the task assignment efficiency can be effectively improved; moreover, the task assigner can generate the task according to the content on the video conference interface, so that the task can be conveniently understood by a user, and the accuracy of information transfer can be improved.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of another task assignment method for video conferences according to an embodiment of the present invention, where a task receiver is a participant in a task assignment manner. As shown in fig. 2, the method provided in this embodiment may include the following steps:
s210, under the condition that a preset operation of a new task identifier displayed on the video conference interface by a user is received, generating a target task according to screenshot of the user on the video conference interface.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a video conference interface provided in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, in which a user a shares a file in the video conference interface, and a new task icon (i.e., a new task identifier) is displayed in a lower right corner of the video conference interface (here, only an example, but may also be in other positions) and may be clicked when a user needs to assign a task.
