Abstract

本发明提供一种果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布及其制备方法和应用、制备得到的果蔬包装袋。本发明的果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布通过添加石墨烯和和驻极母粒,可以在无需改变熔喷无纺布加工参数的情况下,起到调节气流阻力的效果,同时,石墨烯和驻极母粒的加入,还可以提高熔喷无纺布的抑菌性能;其中,抑菌率可高达99.9%;其气流阻力的范围可控制在10.2~27.4Pa,能够满足大部分种类的水果和蔬菜的呼吸强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布及其制备方法和应用、制备得到的果蔬包装袋。
背景技术
水果和蔬菜作为人类最基本的食品之一,为人体组织的生长发育提供众多必不可少的营养物质,但果蔬的保鲜储存一直是困扰其保持营养价值和销售价值的核心技术问题。一方面,果蔬自身的呼吸作用会导致其营养物质的消耗,储存过程中需要限制其呼吸作用;另一方面,塑料包装袋的透气性较差,容易产生水汽凝结,且因其拒水性,容易将水分包裹在包装袋内,加速果蔬的腐败变质。
目前针对水果保鲜袋的改进主要有两种方法:一是在保鲜袋中通过加入保鲜剂(如中国专利CN107788106A),但是保鲜剂为化学添加剂,制备成本高,且会对果蔬以及环境具有一定的影响;二是通过提高包装袋的透气性能(如中国专利CN109370050A),但是其透气性能相对固定,不能满足不同呼吸强度果蔬的定制化储存。
因此,需要开发一种制备工艺简单,能满足不同呼吸强度果蔬储存的透气性能可调控的包装材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术中包装材料不能满足不同呼吸强度果蔬的定制化储存的问题和缺陷,提供一种果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布。本发明的果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布,抑菌率可高达99.9%;其气流阻力(透气性能)的范围可控制在10.2~27.4Pa,能够满足大部分种类的水果和蔬菜的呼吸强度。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供所述果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布的制备方法。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供所述果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布在制备果蔬包装袋中的应用。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供由所述果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布制备得到的果蔬包装袋。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布,包括如下按重量份计算的组分:
聚丙烯 87~97.5份;
石墨烯 0.4~10份;
驻极母粒 1~10份。
现有的熔喷无纺布用作果蔬包装袋中时,气流阻力不可调控,若需要调控阻力,则需要改变熔喷无纺布的加工参数,不利于大规模生产。
本发明的发明人通过大量试验研究发现,在现有的熔喷无纺布中添加石墨烯和驻极母粒,可以在无需改变熔喷无纺布加工参数的情况下,起到调节气流阻力的效果,同时,石墨烯和驻极母粒的加入,还可以提高熔喷无纺布的抑菌性能。
优选地,所述果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布,包括如下按重量份计算的组分:
聚丙烯 90~93份;
石墨烯 0.5~5份;
驻极母粒 3~8.5份。
本发明人通过进一步研究还发现,通过控制石墨烯和驻极母粒的配比,可以进一步拓宽熔喷无纺布的气流阻力调控范围,同时抑菌效果不下降。
优选地,石墨烯与驻极母粒的重量比为0.05~2:1。
进一步优选地,石墨烯与驻极母粒的重量比为0.2~1:1。
优选地,所述聚丙烯在230℃,2.16kg条件下的熔融指数为1500~1800g/10min。
所述果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:聚丙烯、石墨烯和驻极母粒经共混、熔喷得到。
优选地,所述熔喷的温度为220~260℃。
所述果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布在制备果蔬包装袋中的应用也在本发明的保护范围之内。
一种果蔬包装袋,由上述果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布制备得到。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明提供的果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布,通过添加石墨烯和和驻极母粒,可以在无需改变熔喷无纺布加工参数的情况下,起到调节气流阻力的效果,同时,石墨烯和驻极母粒的加入,还可以提高熔喷无纺布的抑菌性能;其中,抑菌率可高达99.9%;其气流阻力的范围可控制在10.2~27.4Pa,能够满足大部分种类的水果和蔬菜的呼吸强度。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明,但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。除非特别说明,本发明采用的试剂、方法和设备为本技术领域常规试剂、方法和设备。除非特别说明,本发明所用试剂和材料均为市购。
本发明的实施例采用以下原料:
聚丙烯树脂1:熔融指数为1800g/10min(230℃,2.16kg),MF 65X,购自利安德巴塞尔工业公司;
聚丙烯树脂2:熔融指数为1500g/10min(230℃,2.16kg),Z-1500,购自山东道恩高分子材料股份有限公司;
石墨烯:HG01,购自青岛华高墨烯科技股份有限公司;
驻极母粒:TF 1500,购自南京天诗新材料科技有限公司。
实施例1~10
按照表1中的配方,按照如下制备方法制备果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布:聚丙烯、石墨烯和驻极母粒经共混、熔喷得到所述果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布。

对上述实施例和对比例制备得到的熔喷布的性能进行测试,具体测试项目及测试方法如下:
1.透气性测试:气流阻力
按照YY 0469-2011标准进行测试。
2.抑菌性能测试:
按照YY 0469-2011标准进行测试。
测试结果如表2所示。

从表1和表2的数据结果表明,本发明各实施例制备得到的蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布同时具有较好抑菌性和较宽的空气阻力范围。
从实施例1~4可以看出,随着石墨烯和驻极母粒的添加量增加,气流阻力变化逐渐显著,且抑菌效率逐渐增加并趋于平缓。
实施例5~9比较可以看出,石墨烯与驻极母粒的重量比值越大,气流阻力变化越明显,石墨烯与驻极母粒的重量比值越小,抑菌效果越好;而在比值为0.2~1范围内,气流阻力变化和抑菌效果均可达到较好的效果。
对比例1和2的结果表明,缺少石墨烯或主句母粒中的任意一种,均不能达到本申请的同时具有可调节气流阻力和较好的抑菌性的效果。

1.一种果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布,其特征在于,包括如下按重量份计算的组分:
聚丙烯 87~97.5份;
石墨烯 0.4~10份;
驻极母粒 1~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布,其特征在于,包括如下按重量份计算的组分:
聚丙烯 90~93份;
石墨烯 0.5~5份;
驻极母粒 3~8.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布,其特征在于,石墨烯与驻极母粒的重量比为0.05~2:1。
4.根据权利要求3所述果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布,其特征在于,石墨烯与驻极母粒的重量比为0.2~1:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯在230℃,2.16kg条件下的熔融指数为1500~1800g/10min。
6.权利要求1~5任一项所述果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
聚丙烯、石墨烯和驻极母粒经共混、熔喷得到。
7.根据权利要求6所述果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述熔喷的温度为220~260℃。
8.权利要求1~5任一项所述果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布在制备果蔬包装袋中的应用。
9.一种果蔬包装袋,其特征在于,由权利要求1~5任一项所述果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布制备得到。
10.根据权利要求9所述果蔬包装袋,其特征在于,由三层结构组成,最内层为棉纤复合无纺布,中间层为权利要求1~5任一项所述果蔬包装用阻力可调抑菌熔喷布,最外层为无纺布。
