Abstract
本发明公开了一种吸水保水透气复合材料,包括两层可降解无纺布和固定设在两层所述可降解无纺布中间的纸巾纸叠层,所述可降解无纺布和所述纸巾纸叠层通过超声波复合工艺焊接成型。本发明所述的吸水保水透气复合材料采用的原料为可降解无纺布和纸巾纸都是环保材料,同时兼具透气性和保湿功能,可以制成蔬菜、鲜花及水果的保鲜材料及包装袋使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及取样装置技术领域,具体涉及一种吸水保水透气复合材料。
背景技术
果蔬保鲜是一种以果蔬生理活动为基础的调理采摘果蔬的技术措施。保鲜就是为果蔬提供适宜的贮藏环境,并适度维持果蔬的生命活动,从而延缓果蔬衰老过程,保持果蔬鲜度、香味和外观,达到果蔬产品淡季不淡、旺季不烂。目前贮存和保鲜方法主要有低温冷藏、气调、辐照、化学杀菌和保鲜材料包装等。而化学制剂多少都会给果蔬造成污染,对人体带来毒害,相比较而言,保鲜材料包装方法具有低成本、操作简单,适用面广、效果明显等优点,已被广泛使用。但是现有技术中,保鲜材料存在透气性、保湿性差的问题。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术不足,本发明的目的是提供一种吸水保水透气复合材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供一种吸水保水透气复合材料,包括两层可降解无纺布和固定设在两层所述可降解无纺布中间的纸巾纸叠层,所述可降解无纺布和所述纸巾纸叠层通过超声波复合工艺或者热压工艺成型。
优选地,所述可降解无纺布的重量为10g/m2-50g/m2,所述纸巾纸叠层的重量为10g/m2-50g/m2。
优选地,所述纸巾纸叠层可以为一层或多层。
优选地,用超声波复合工艺进行焊接时,超声波的频率为20-50kHz,处理的速度为2-50m/mim。
优选地,热压过程中,两个压辊一个辊为花型花纹,一个辊为椭圆形。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明所述的吸水保水透气复合材料采用的原料为可降解无纺布和纸巾纸都是环保材料,同时兼具透气性和保湿功能,可以制成蔬菜、鲜花及水果的保鲜材料及包装袋使用。

如图1,一种吸水保水透气复合材料,包括两层可降解无纺布和固定设在两层所述可降解无纺布中间的纸巾纸叠层,纸巾纸叠层可以为一层或多层,可降解无纺布和纸巾纸都属于易降解的环保材质,可降解无纺布和所述纸巾纸叠层通过超声波复合工艺成型,在用超声波复合工艺进行焊接时,超声波的频率为20-50kHz,处理的速度为2-50m/mim。
进一步的,可降解无纺布的厚度为10g/m2-50g/m2,卫生纸叠层的厚度为10g/m2-50g/m2。
在其他实施例中,可降解无纺布和纸巾纸叠层通过热压工艺成型,热压过程中,两个压辊一个辊为花型花纹,一个辊为椭圆形。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (5)
1.一种吸水保水透气复合材料,其特征在于,包括两层可降解无纺布和固定设在两层所述可降解无纺布中间的纸巾纸叠层,所述可降解无纺布和所述纸巾纸叠层通过超声波复合工艺或者热压工艺成型。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸水保水透气复合材料,其特征在于,所述可降解无纺布的重量为10g/m2-50g/m2,所述纸巾纸叠层的重量为10g/m2-50g/m2。
3.如权利要求1-2任一项所述的吸水保水透气复合材料,其特征在于,所述纸巾纸叠层可以为一层或多层。
4.如权利要求1-2任一项所述的吸水保水透气复合材料,其特征在于,用超声波复合工艺进行焊接时,超声波的频率为20-50kHz,处理的速度为2-50m/mim。
5.如权利要求1-2任一项所述的吸水保水透气复合材料,其特征在于,热压过程中,两个压辊一个辊为花型花纹,一个辊为椭圆形。
