Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型自立压缩袋生产工艺方法,本发明通过放卷、开孔、焊阀、底封焊接、插底、拉链焊接、拉链及可立面结构预热、拉链头密封、侧封焊接、切袋上述十个步骤生产出的压缩袋,简化了工艺,而且本申请的中间薄膜是由上袋膜及下袋膜自身折叠所形成的,因而可预先熔焊然形成底封后,通过插底装置使上层薄膜和下层薄膜底部形成由多层薄膜构成的可立面结构,因而熔焊的层数就只有上袋膜及下袋膜两层,无需垫板,工艺相对以前也简化了,而且熔焊效果好、熔焊透彻,从而提高了压缩袋产品质量,也提高了产品在市场上的竞争力。

一种新型自立压缩袋生产工艺方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种压缩袋的生产方法,特别是一种新型自立压缩袋生产工艺方法。
背景技术
真空压缩袋通常用于收纳储藏棉被、各种衣服类、食品或药品。它的工作原理是把被储存物品装入袋内后,将袋内的空气抽走,利用大气压把本来膨胀的物品压扁,从而使体积得到缩小,隔离外界空气,以节约空间,达到防尘,防霉,防潮,防虫的作用,因而广泛应用于广大家庭中。为了存放方便,目前出现了一种压缩袋,在装入被储存物品后底部会被撑开成圆形,因而可以自立,从而方便使用者存放。其结构就是在两片袋体薄膜间再加入一块经过对折的中间薄膜,然后将袋体薄膜的底边与中间薄膜的相应底边焊接在一起,最后两侧边再焊接为一体,从而形成一种装满物品后底部可撑开的自立结构,为了能够一次性采用模具将两片袋体薄膜同时与中间薄膜熔焊在一起,因而两片袋体薄膜与对折的中间薄膜是重叠在一起一次熔焊的,因而熔焊时候还需在对折的中间薄膜内插入垫板防止中间薄膜自身熔焊在一起。上述工艺过程复杂,难度高,而且一次熔焊的薄膜的厚度比较厚,再加上垫板隔离在中间,因而容易造成内层温度不够而熔焊不良,增加了产品的不合格率,因而需要设计一种新的工艺保证压缩袋的品质。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种新型自立压缩袋生产工艺方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型自立压缩袋生产工艺方法,包括上袋膜及下袋膜,上袋膜及下袋膜间设有拉链,其特征在于:包含以下生产步骤:
S1:放卷,将两卷原料薄膜分别安装在上、下放卷装置上通过前方牵引装置的转动带动原料薄膜向前移动,位于上放卷装置上的原料薄膜为上层薄膜,位于下放卷装置上的原料薄膜为下层薄膜,上层薄膜构成上袋膜,下层薄膜构成下袋膜,
S2:开孔,开孔装置完成对上层薄膜或下层薄膜进行开孔,从而在上层薄膜或下层薄膜上开出阀孔,
S3:焊阀,当阀孔达到焊阀工位后通过焊阀装置将气阀与上层薄膜或下层薄膜进行焊接粘合,并使气阀与阀孔连通,
S4:底封焊接,通过焊接设备对上层薄膜和下层薄膜的底部进行焊接粘合,使上层薄膜和下层薄膜底端边沿形成底封,
S5:插底,通过插底装置使上层薄膜和下层薄膜底部形成由多层薄膜构成的可立面结构,该可立面结构在非展开状态下的横截面形状为“W”形,
S6:拉链及补片焊接,通过焊接设备使上层薄膜和下层薄膜与对应的拉链进行粘合焊接,
S7:拉链及可立面结构预热,通过加热模具对拉链及可立面结构的薄厚交接的位置进行加热,
S8:拉链头密封,通过加热模具对拉链及与可立面结构的薄厚交接的位置进行再次加热后再通过主要由冷却模具组成的成型装置对拉链及与可立面结构进行冷却成型,
S9:侧封焊接,通过焊接设备对上层薄膜和下层薄膜的两侧进行焊接粘合形成侧封,
S10:切袋,通过切袋装置对上层薄膜或下层薄膜进行裁剪而形成成品。
所述步骤S8中的再次加热包含多次加热。
所述步骤S5中的可立面结构通过牵引轮挤压使其平整。
所述上袋膜及下袋膜外侧设有补片,通过焊接设备使补片焊接于上层薄膜和下层薄膜外侧。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过放卷、开孔、焊阀、底封焊接、插底、拉链焊接、拉链及可立面结构预热、拉链头密封、侧封焊接、切袋上述十个步骤生产出的压缩袋,简化了工艺,而且本申请的中间薄膜是由上袋膜及下袋膜自身折叠所形成的,因而可预先熔焊然形成底封后,通过插底装置使上层薄膜和下层薄膜底部形成由多层薄膜构成的可立面结构,因而熔焊的层数就只有上袋膜及下袋膜两层,无需垫板,工艺相对以前也简化了,而且熔焊效果好、熔焊透彻,从而提高了压缩袋产品质量,也提高了产品在市场上的竞争力。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图3,本发明公开了一种新型自立压缩袋生产工艺方法,包括上袋膜1及下袋膜2,上袋膜1及下袋膜2间设有拉链3,上袋膜1及下袋膜2外侧设有补片,包含以下生产步骤:
S1:放卷,将两卷原料薄膜分别安装在上、下放卷装置上通过前方牵引装置的转动带动原料薄膜向前移动,位于上放卷装置上的原料薄膜为上层薄膜,位于下放卷装置上的原料薄膜为下层薄膜,上层薄膜构成上袋膜1,下层薄膜构成下袋膜2,
S2:开孔,开孔装置完成对上层薄膜或下层薄膜进行开孔,从而在上层薄膜或下层薄膜上开出阀孔,由汽缸、电机、刀片等组合形成的开孔装置完成对上层或下层原料薄膜进行开孔,开孔位置通过齿轮、丝杆调节装置进行调节。
S3:焊阀,当阀孔达到焊阀工位后通过焊阀装置将气阀与上层薄膜或下层薄膜进行焊接粘合,并使气阀4与阀孔连通,焊阀装置由振动盘及传送皮带输送气阀4到指定位置后,再由推料汽缸把气阀4送入焊阀座,焊阀座下方安装有汽缸,通过汽缸上升把焊阀座上的气阀4升到焊阀位置高度;上层薄膜于焊阀座垂直位置设置焊阀模具,模具固定在汽缸下方,当阀孔的位置达到焊阀位后汽缸带动焊阀模具下降与焊阀座配合把气阀4与上层薄膜进行焊接粘合。
S4:底封焊接,通过焊接设备对上层薄膜和下层薄膜的底部进行焊接粘合,使上层薄膜和下层薄膜底端边沿形成密封的底封5,
S5:插底,通过插底装置使上层薄膜和下层薄膜底部形成由多层薄膜构成的可立面结构6,该可立面结构6在非展开状态下的横截面形状为“W”形,插底装置由一个尾部T型柄底部开口U型或V型的成型块放置在上下两层薄膜中间层直插入到底封5位置,通过U型或V型开口把上层薄膜和下层薄膜底部扩开,上层薄膜和下层薄膜由两片贴合的片状转换成两片展开的立面;U型或V型开口外侧对立面则设由转动圆盘,通过圆盘把立面向U型或V型开口内侧顶入,使其形成W形状的四层薄膜结构,再加上两层底封5的焊接层形成共为六层的可立面结构6,再通过牵引轮挤压W形状的可立面结构6使其每层都相互紧贴在一起,从而不占空间,便于最终产品的包装及运输,
S6:拉链3及补片焊接,通过焊接设备使上层薄膜和下层薄膜与对应的拉链3及补片进行粘合焊接,通过焊接设备的传动功能使焊接模具上下运动,因焊接模具具有高温所以当模具下降到最低点与上层薄膜、下层薄膜、拉链3、补片接触使对其进行高温高压粘合焊接,补片提高了拉链处薄膜的强度,
S7:拉链3及可立面结构6预热,通过加热模具对拉链3及可立面结构6的薄厚交接的位置进行加热,因拉链3及可立面结构6的焊接处存在厚度差异,所以通过汽缸带动加热模具对焊接处的薄厚衔接位置处进行第一次加热,使下个焊接工序能对其焊接牢固形成密封,
S8:拉链3头密封,通过加热模具对拉链3及与可立面结构6的薄厚交接的位置进行再次加热后再通过主要由冷却模具组成的成型装置对拉链3及与可立面结构6进行冷却成型,通过二组或多组由汽缸、加热模具组成的焊接装置对拉链3位置及与袋体厚薄衔接处进行第二次、第三次或多次加热后再通过另一组由汽缸及冷却模具组成的成型装置进行冷却成型,达到密封效果,
S9:纵封焊接,通过焊接设备对上层薄膜和下层薄膜的两侧进行焊接粘合形成侧封7,
S10:切袋,通过切袋装置对上层薄膜或下层薄膜进行裁剪而形成成品,由上下切刀组成的切袋装置,通过切刀对上层薄膜和下层薄膜及侧封7线条进行一分为二的裁剪而形成成品。

1.一种新型自立压缩袋生产工艺方法,包括上袋膜及下袋膜,上袋膜及下袋膜间设有拉链,其特征在于:包含以下生产步骤:
S1:放卷,将两卷原料薄膜分别安装在上、下放卷装置上通过前方牵引装置的转动带动原料薄膜向前移动,位于上放卷装置上的原料薄膜为上层薄膜,位于下放卷装置上的原料薄膜为下层薄膜,上层薄膜构成上袋膜,下层薄膜构成下袋膜,
S2:开孔,开孔装置完成对上层薄膜或下层薄膜进行开孔,从而在上层薄膜或下层薄膜上开出阀孔,
S3:焊阀,当阀孔达到焊阀工位后通过焊阀装置将气阀与上层薄膜或下层薄膜进行焊接粘合,并使气阀与阀孔连通,
S4:底封焊接,通过焊接设备对上层薄膜和下层薄膜的底部进行焊接粘合,使上层薄膜和下层薄膜底端边沿形成底封,
S5:插底,通过插底装置使上层薄膜和下层薄膜底部形成由多层薄膜构成的可立面结构,该可立面结构在非展开状态下的横截面形状为“W”形,
S6:拉链焊接,通过焊接设备使上层薄膜和下层薄膜与对应的拉链进行粘合焊接,
S7:拉链及可立面结构预热,通过加热模具对拉链及可立面结构的薄厚交接的位置进行加热,
S8:拉链头密封,通过加热模具对拉链及与可立面结构的薄厚交接的位置进行再次加热后再通过主要由冷却模具组成的成型装置对拉链及与可立面结构进行冷却成型,
S9:侧封焊接,通过焊接设备对上层薄膜和下层薄膜的两侧进行焊接粘合形成侧封,
S10:切袋,通过切袋装置对上层薄膜或下层薄膜进行裁剪而形成成品。
