Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及厨房用具,具体是一种切刀组件及采用该组件的果蔬切菜器。
背景技术
现有果蔬切菜器的切刀仅能单方向旋转,存在切菜效率低的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种切刀组件及采用该组件的果蔬切菜器,以解决相关技术存在的上述缺陷。
为达上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种切刀组件,其包括:
转轴组件,其具有第一芯轴和第一外轴,第一芯轴的末端和第一外轴的末端各自设有用于耦接驱动装置的第一传动部;
正转刀片,配置于转轴组件、且与转轴组件垂直;以及
反转刀片,配置于转轴组件、且与转轴组件垂直;
正转和反转两种刀片中的一种刀片与第一芯轴耦接、另一种刀片与第一外轴耦接,从而使得正转刀片和反转刀片能够被转轴组件带动同时沿相反的两个方向转动。
在上述的切刀组件中,优选地,包括多个正转刀片和/或多个反转刀片,且沿着转轴组件的轴线方向,正转刀片和反转刀片被交替地配置。
在上述的切刀组件中,优选地,转轴组件的轴的数量与刀片的数量相等,转轴组件的所有轴均套设在一起且轴线重合,各刀片与转轴组件的各轴一一对应地耦接。
在上述的切刀组件中,优选地,刀片具有耦接孔,刀片通过其耦接孔与转轴组件中的轴可拆卸地耦接在一起,刀片的该耦接孔优选多边形孔。
在上述的切刀组件中,优选地,转轴组件在相邻的刀片之间配置有对刀片轴向定位的分隔件。
在上述的切刀组件中,优选地,转轴组件的第一芯轴的一端包括一可拆卸的端盖,该端盖将转轴组件的其余轴以及各刀片可拆卸地组合在第一芯轴。
在上述的切刀组件中,优选地,第一芯轴的首端具有轴座孔,该轴座孔的轴线与第一芯轴的轴线重合。
一种果蔬切菜器,其包括:
果蔬腔,其底部的中心具有轴座;
驱动装置,设于果蔬腔的顶部,能够同步输出具有相同旋转中心的顺时针转动力矩和逆时针转动力矩;以及
如上述任意一项所述的切刀组件,其支撑于果蔬腔底部的轴座上,且末端的各第一传动部与该驱动装置的动力输出轴的各个轴对应耦接,使得当驱动装置工作时,正转刀片和反转刀片沿相反的两个方向同步转动。
在上述的果蔬切菜器中,优选地,驱动装置包括:
动力输入轴;
动力输出轴,具有第二芯轴和第二外轴;
中间齿轮,配置在动力输入轴和动力输出轴之间;
换向齿轮,配置在中间齿轮和动力输出轴之间;以及
摇柄,其与动力输入轴耦接;
其中,中间齿轮与动力输入轴和第二芯轴分别耦接,换向齿轮与中间齿轮和第二外轴分别耦接;或者,中间齿轮与动力输入轴和第二外轴分别耦接,换向齿轮与中间齿轮和第二芯轴分别耦接。

与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有以下有益效果:
其具有正转刀片和反转刀片,能够同时沿顺时针方向和逆时针方向转动切菜,因而具有效率高的特点。
其采用同一个驱动装置驱动两种转动方向的刀片同步工作,因而具有成本低的特点。
在较佳实施例中,切刀组件的各轴和各刀片通过第一芯轴端部的端盖可拆卸组合在第一芯轴,使得可单独更换刀片,且刀片间相互独立,可单独更换其中的任意一个刀片,因而具有使用成本低的特点。

在本申请中,第一、第二等类似的术语用于区分具有相同名称的不同部件,不具有次序含义、重要程度的含义或者其它含义。本申请中的术语正转、反转用于表示相反的两种方向,不指代具体方向。本申请中的术语多个,包含两个或两个以上的情况。
图1至图3分别示出了较佳实施例切刀组件100的外部、剖视状态和分解状态下的结构。参照图1至图3,本切刀组件100包括转轴组件,转轴组件上配置有三个刀片105,三个刀片105均与转轴组件垂直。
转轴组件具有三个轴,三个轴相互套设,且轴线重合,为便于描述,本申请将最中心的轴称为第一芯轴102,将其余的轴称为第一外轴103,因此,具体在本实施例中,具有两个第一外轴103,其中一个第一外轴103套在第一芯轴102的外部,以下称其为内侧的第一外轴103,另一个外轴套设在前述第一外轴103的外部,以下称其为外侧的第一外轴103。
如图3所示,第一芯轴102的末端(图中的上端)设有多边形内孔,该多边形内孔作为第一传动部101,用于驱动装置200(见图5)耦接该多边形内孔,驱动第一芯轴102转动,第一芯轴102的首端(图中的下端)具有轴座孔107,该轴座孔107的轴线与第一芯轴102的轴线重合,该轴座孔107用于与果蔬切菜器的果蔬腔400底部的轴座410(见图5)配合、使该转轴组件竖直地支撑在果蔬腔400。此外,第一芯轴102的首端(图中的下端)通过螺钉1061连接一端盖106,轴座孔107配置在该端盖106,借由该端盖106,将两个第一外轴103、以及三个刀片105组合在第一芯轴102,当从第一芯轴102拆下该端盖106后,可以方便地取下任何一个刀片105。
如图3所示,外侧的第一外轴103的末端(图中的上端)于内周壁设有多个竖向的凸条,构成了该外侧的第一外轴103的第一传动部101,用于驱动装置200(见图5)耦接该第一传动部101,驱动该外侧的第一外轴103转动。

如图3所示,三个刀片105各自设有呈多边形的耦接孔1051,刀片105通过该耦接孔1051对应装配在第一芯轴102或第一外轴103,使得一方面第一芯轴102或第一外轴103转动时,带动对应的刀片105转动,另一方面可以方便地从第一芯轴102或第一外轴103拆下刀片105。应当理解,耦接孔1051除了可以采用多边形孔外,采用异形孔、椭圆形孔或者半圆形孔也可达到上述目的。
如图2所示,本实施例中,从下到上,三个刀片105与第一芯轴102、内侧的第一外轴103和外侧的第一外轴103对应耦接。当第一芯轴102和外侧的第一外轴103被驱动顺时针转动,而内侧的第一外轴103被驱动逆时针转动时,则上方的刀片105和下方的刀片105会被驱动顺时针转动,而中间的刀片105会被驱动逆时针转动;反之,则上方的刀片105和下方的刀片105会被驱动逆时针转动,而中间的刀片105会被驱动顺时针转动。即,上述切刀组件100的结构,使得三个刀片105能够被转轴组件带动同时沿相反的两个方向转动。相比于单一方向转动的切刀,本实施例的切刀组件100具有效率更高的特点。
其中,如果将顺时针转动称为正转,则上述的三个刀片105中有两个为正转刀片105,另外一个为反转刀片105,或者有一个为正转刀片105,其余两个为反转刀片105。并且在本实施例中,沿着转轴组件的轴线方向,正转刀片105和反转刀片105被交替地配置。
参照图2和图3,进一步转轴组件在相邻的刀片105之间还配置有对刀片105轴向定位的分隔件104,使各刀片105在轴向不会发生移动。
在上述启示下,本领域人员应当理解,也可以仅配置两个刀片105,一个正转,另一个反转;或者也可配置四个刀片105,其中两个正转,另外的两个反转;等等。
此外,作为一种次佳的实施方式,刀片105也可以采用固定连接方式与转轴组件中的轴对应连接,可采用的固定连接方式包括但不限于焊接、铆接、或一体成型工艺等。该次佳的实施方式,当刀片105磨损后则需要整体更换切刀组件100,使用成本相对较高。
图4-图5示出了一种较佳实施例的果蔬切菜器的构造。图6至图7示出其驱动装置200的构造。如图4至图5所示,本果蔬切菜器包括果蔬腔400,驱动装置200和切刀组件100。在果蔬腔400的底部的中心具有轴座410;驱动装置200配置在果蔬腔400的顶部,能够同步输出具有相同旋转中心的顺时针转动力矩和逆时针转动力矩。此外,果蔬腔400的一侧还配置有手柄300。
参照图4至图7,驱动装置200的结构具体包括:两个动力输入轴230,动力输出轴210,中间齿轮220,换向齿轮240,摇柄250。动力输入轴230,动力输出轴210,中间齿轮220,换向齿轮240各自通过轴支撑在果蔬腔400的顶部。
如图7所示,动力输出轴210具有第二芯轴211和两个第二外轴212,其中一个第二外轴212套设在第二芯轴211外部,为方便描述,称为内侧的第二外轴212,另一个第二外轴212套设在前述的第二外轴212的外部,为方便描述,称为外侧的第二外轴212。
如图6、图7所示,中间齿轮220被配置在动力输入轴230和动力输出轴210之间,并与内侧的第二外轴212上的齿轮耦接,两个动力输入轴230上的齿轮分别与中间齿轮220耦接,且两个动力输入轴230与中间齿轮220的齿数比各不相同,其中,为便于描述,按实际功能将一个动力输入轴230称为普通轴,将另一个动力输入轴230称为省力轴。
如图6、图7所示,换向齿轮240被配置在中间齿轮220和动力输出轴210之间,一方面换向齿轮240与中间齿轮220耦接,另一方面换向齿轮240的主齿轮和副齿轮对应与第二芯轴211上的齿轮和外侧的第二外轴212上的齿轮耦接。
摇柄250可插入本果蔬切菜器顶盖上的对应动力输入孔,与对应的动力输入轴230(普通轴或省力轴)上的齿轮耦接。
切刀组件100为前述较佳实施例的切刀组件,参照图5、图7、图2,切刀组件100上的轴座孔107与果蔬腔400底部的轴座410配合,将切刀组件100支撑在果蔬腔400中,驱动装置200的动力输出轴210的第二芯轴211、内侧的第二外轴212、外侧的第二外轴212,与切刀组件100的第一芯轴102、内侧的第一外轴103、外侧的第一外轴103末端(图中的上端)的第一传动部101对应耦接。
当转动摇柄250时,动力输入轴230通过中间齿轮220驱动内侧的第二外轴212转动,进而驱动内侧的第一外轴103顺时针转动,同时,中间齿轮220带动换向齿轮240转动,换向齿轮240驱动第二芯轴211和外铡的第二外轴212同步转动,进而驱动第一芯轴102和外侧的第一外轴103同步逆时针转动,从而达到上方的刀片105和下方的刀片105同步逆时针转动,且中间的刀片105同步顺时针转动。即,实现了摇动手柄300时,三个刀片105沿相反的两个方向同步转动。
本较佳实施例的果蔬切菜器可适用不同人群使用。当成人使用时,将摇柄250与普通轴耦接。当小孩或老人使用时,将摇柄250与省力轴耦接。
在上述启示下,可以理解地,将中间齿轮220与第二芯轴211和外侧的第二外轴212耦接,而将换向齿轮240与内侧的第二外轴212耦接,也可以实现在摇动手柄300时,三个刀片105沿相反的两个方向同步转动的目的。
本果蔬切菜器进一步还可包括搅拌组件,图8中示出了一种搅拌组件500的构造。如图8所示,该搅拌组件500包括两个叶片501,一个为正转叶片,另一个为反转叶片,两个叶片501各自具有轴502,并且轴502的末端各自设有第二传动部503、用于耦接驱动装置200,两个叶片501叠置,两个叶片501的轴502相套设、且轴线重合。
使用时,拆下切刀组件100,将搅拌组件500的两个第二传动部503对应耦接驱动装置200的动力输出轴210的第二芯轴211和第二外轴212,如前所述,当转动摇柄250时,第二芯轴211和第二外轴212按相反的两个方向同步转动,因此,搅拌组件500的两个叶片501会被驱动按相反的两个方向同步转动。可应用于搅拌蛋液等液体。
根据不同的应用,可以选择使用不同的动力输出轴,例如打蛋时,由于阻力较小,所以可以选择摇柄250与普通轴耦接,而在切菜时或者用于质地较硬的果蔬时,由于阻力较大,所以优先选择摇柄250与省力轴耦接。
本发明切刀组件100还可应用于榨汁机、绞肉机等。

Claims (11)

1.一种切刀组件(100),其特征在于,包括:
转轴组件,其具有第一芯轴(102)和第一外轴(103),第一芯轴(102)的末端和第一外轴(103)的末端各自设有用于耦接驱动装置(200)的第一传动部(101);
正转刀片(105),配置于转轴组件、且与转轴组件垂直;以及
反转刀片(105),配置于转轴组件、且与转轴组件垂直;
正转和反转两种刀片(105)中的一种刀片(105)与第一芯轴(102)耦接、另一种刀片(105)与第一外轴(103)耦接,从而使得正转刀片(105)和反转刀片(105)能够被转轴组件带动同时沿相反的两个方向转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切刀组件(100),其特征在于,包括多个正转刀片(105)和/或多个反转刀片(105),且沿着转轴组件的轴线方向,正转刀片(105)和反转刀片(105)被交替地配置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的切刀组件(100),其特征在于,转轴组件的轴的数量与刀片(105)的数量相等,转轴组件的所有轴均套设在一起且轴线重合,各刀片(105)与转轴组件的各轴一一对应地耦接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的切刀组件(100),其特征在于,刀片(105)具有耦接孔(1051),刀片(105)通过其耦接孔(1051)与转轴组件中的轴可拆卸地耦接在一起。
5.根据权利要求1所述的切刀组件(100),其特征在于,转轴组件在相邻的刀片(105)之间配置有对刀片(105)轴向定位的分隔件(104)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的切刀组件(100),其特征在于,转轴组件的第一芯轴(102)的一端包括一可拆卸的端盖(106),该端盖(106)将转轴组件的其余轴以及各刀片(105)可拆卸地组合在第一芯轴(102)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的切刀组件(100),其特征在于,第一芯轴(102)的首端具有轴座孔(107),该轴座孔(107)的轴线与第一芯轴(102)的轴线重合。
8.一种果蔬切菜器,其特征在于,包括:
果蔬腔(400),其底部的中心具有轴座;
驱动装置(200),设于果蔬腔(400)的顶部,能够同步输出具有相同旋转中心的顺时针转动力矩和逆时针转动力矩;以及
如权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的切刀组件(100),其支撑于果蔬腔(400)底部的轴座上,且末端的各第一传动部(101)与该驱动装置(200)的动力输出轴(210)的各个轴对应耦接,使得当驱动装置(200)工作时,正转刀片(105)和反转刀片(105)沿相反的两个方向同步转动。
9.根据权利要求8所述的果蔬切菜器,其特征在于,驱动装置(200)包括:
动力输入轴(230);
动力输出轴(210),具有第二芯轴(211)和第二外轴(212);
中间齿轮(220),配置在动力输入轴(230)和动力输出轴(210)之间;
换向齿轮(240),配置在中间齿轮(220)和动力输出轴(210)之间;以及
摇柄(250),其与动力输入轴(230)耦接;
其中,中间齿轮(220)与动力输入轴(230)和第二芯轴(211)分别耦接,换向齿轮(240)与中间齿轮(220)和第二外轴(212)分别耦接;或者,中间齿轮(220)与动力输入轴(230)和第二外轴(212)分别耦接,换向齿轮(240)与中间齿轮(220)和第二芯轴(211)分别耦接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的果蔬切菜器,其特征在于,驱动装置(200)包括多个动力输入轴(230),多个动力输入轴(230)分别与中间齿轮(220)耦接,各个动力输入轴(230)与中间齿轮(220)的齿数比各不相同,摇柄(250)能够与不同的动力输入轴(230)耦接。
11.根据权利要求8所述的果蔬切菜器,其特征在于,果蔬切菜器还包括搅拌组件,搅拌组件包括:
正转叶片,其具有轴;
反转叶片,其具有轴,反转叶片和正转叶片叠置,反转叶片的轴和正转叶片的轴相套设且轴线重合;
反转叶片的轴和正转叶片的轴在末端各自设有用于耦接驱动装置的第二传动部。
