Description

Composition for treating chilblain
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions, in particular to an externally applied liquid composition, and specifically relates to a composition for treating chilblain.
Background
Chilblain is usually caused in early winter and early spring, and most of children, women and peripheral poor blood circulation are accompanied by cold skin at the extremities, cyanosis of extremities, hyperhidrosis and the like. Skin lesions are usually located on the fingers, back of hand, face, pinna, toes, edges of feet, and heel, and often distributed on both sides. The common lesions are localized gorgeous dark purplish red swollen edematous erythema, unclear boundaries, bright red edges, tense and glossy surfaces and soft texture. The color faded by local compression, and the red color gradually recovers after decompression. In severe cases, blisters may develop, rupture to form erosions or ulcers, and the healed skin may contain pigmentation or atrophic scars. Itching is obvious, aggravated after being heated and pain after ulceration.
The existing chilblain plaster, liquid medicine or spray has various types and great differences in treatment effects, and at present, numerous and complicated chilblain auxiliary products, preventive products and treatment medicines on the market are various, but no known product with good treatment effect exists. Meanwhile, the product is a curative effect product without certainty and industry recognition aiming at the influence of different individual symptoms, different tolerance and other factors.
The western medicine field has a consistent theorem for chilblain, namely the effects of expanding blood vessels, improving microcirculation, increasing blood flow and dissolving thrombus are finally realized through oral administration or other auxiliary modes so as to achieve the purpose of improving and radically treating chilblain.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the trouble and discomfort brought by chilblain, the application provides a composition for treating chilblain, and the composition is externally applied, so that the skin absorbs the composition to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, promote blood circulation and reduce or avoid the probability of chilblain recurrence, and the problem of the chilblain patients suffering from chilblain in cold winter is solved.

Composition 1: the composition obtained by the preparation method of example 4 was prepared according to the formulation in example 1.
Composition 2: the composition obtained by the preparation method of example 4 was prepared according to the formulation in example 2.
Composition 3: the composition obtained by the preparation method of example 4 was prepared according to the formulation in example 3.
Composition 4: the composition obtained according to the formulation and preparation method of example 5. The composition adopts the technical scheme that the publication number is CN109045147A, and the subject names are: the technical contents disclosed by the invention patent application of the preparation raw material and the application of the chilblain medicine, the preparation raw material of the chilblain liquid, the chilblain liquid and the preparation method thereof are prepared as the prior art and are used as a control group of the chilblain liquid.

the applicant/inventors have personally experienced the above compositions 3 and 4, and the conditions and feelings of use are as follows:
the plum is friendly, male is 49 years old, and the fingers of the male are suffered from red swelling, scalding, pruritus and ulceration caused by long-term cold sores in winter. Composition 4 was prepared according to the method of example 5 starting at 1 month 2019, and after a half-year fermentation, the filtrate of composition 4 was obtained and applied to the affected area, after which there was a clear cooling sensation, but after about 2 minutes the liquid medicine had evaporated, the repentance felt increasingly intense heat and even tended to burn. The finger paste is applied for 2-3 times every day for 10 days, but the application is always kept once every morning and evening, the red swelling of the finger roots of the two hands is obvious before the finger paste is used, a plurality of cracks exist in joints, tissue fluid or a small amount of blood can be squeezed out when the finger paste is serious, and the finger is obviously painful when the finger is used for making a fist. After the finger-nail-shaped punch is used, the cracks are obviously scabbed, the finger-nail-shaped punch is difficult to bend, the red swelling is not obviously subsided, but the finger-nail-shaped punch is improved in sense and is not cured.
In the same year, within one week after application of composition 4, hands were washed daily with skin soothing soap and then applied three times daily with composition 3. The application operation is as follows:
pouring the composition 3 into a proper amount of the palm, quickly rubbing repeatedly, applying to the affected part after the palm can feel obvious temperature rise, and continuously gently softening to heat the affected part, thereby facilitating the absorption of the composition 3. The amount of each application is ensured to completely cover the whole affected part.
After the Chinese medicinal composition is used for 4 days, swelling is obviously relieved, the temperature of fingers is reduced in the evening, obvious slight wrinkles can be seen on the skin, the looseness of muscles is increased, and cracks are scabbed and partially fall off. After the continuous use till the 8 th day, the finger dimension of the finger is recovered to be normal, the skin has wrinkles, the crack is healed, and although obvious scars or traces are observed at the visual crack, no new crack is found. After the chilblain is continuously used for 10 days, all chilblain symptoms completely disappear, and the chilblain does not relapse until the next 3 months.
In the participants, all the healers have no repeated phenomenon after healing in the current year, but the chilblain symptoms are almost all caused in the following years, and the composition provided by the invention can not realize one-time permanent radical cure. The same therapeutic effect can be achieved by continuing treatment with the compositions provided herein the following year. However, whether the composition provided by the application can be used repeatedly for many times or not and how many times the composition needs to be repeated can be treated radically permanently, based on the reason of experimental time period, objective treatment is not obtained, but a single repeated smearing administration can obtain a remarkable curative effect and is obviously beneficial to patients, and the dosage concentration is increased or the action time and times are increased, so that the patients can benefit more. Aiming at severe chilblain patients with cracks, suppurations and the like, the patients can benefit by increasing the smearing times, and the treatment period is shortened.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.
