Claims (7)
1. The non-irritant antibacterial disinfectant wet tissue is characterized by being prepared from the following materials: the wet tissue comprises a wet tissue base material, an impregnating solution, a moisturizing solution and sodium chloride;
the wet tissue base material comprises bamboo charcoal fibers, cotton fibers, flax and non-woven fabrics, the wetting solution comprises copper sulfate pentahydrate, a bacteriostatic agent and purified water, the moisturizing solution comprises glycerol, hyaluronic acid and sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, the total weight of the wet tissue base material, the wetting solution, the moisturizing solution and sodium chloride is 100%, and the wet tissue base material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 70% of wet tissue base material, 20% of wetting liquid, 9% of moisturizing solution and 1% of sodium chloride.
The non-woven fabric in the wet tissue base material accounting for 70 percent of the total weight is spun-laced non-woven fabric which is prepared by spraying high-pressure micro water flow onto one or more fiber nets to enable the fibers to be mutually entangled, the bamboo charcoal fiber is obtained by high-temperature sterilization, and the cotton fiber and the flax are prepared into non-woven fabric with the surface density of 0.2kg/m2 on a non-woven fabric needle-punching sample machine after opening, impurity removal and net formation on a blowing-carding combination device to obtain the wet tissue base material.
2. The non-irritating antimicrobial moist wipe of claim 1, wherein: the proportion relationship of the bamboo charcoal fiber, the cotton fiber, the flax and the non-woven fabric is 1:1:1: 6.
3. The non-irritating antimicrobial moist wipe of claim 1, wherein: the immersion liquid accounting for 20 percent of the total weight comprises copper sulfate pentahydrate, an antibacterial agent and purified water, wherein the copper sulfate pentahydrate, the antibacterial agent and the water base account for 100 percent of the total weight, and the components have the following weight percentage: 30% of blue vitriol, 20% of antibacterial agent and 50% of water.

The non-irritating antimicrobial moist wipe of claim 1, wherein: the moisturizing solution accounting for 9 percent of the total weight comprises glycerin, hyaluronic acid and sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, wherein the glycerin, the hyaluronic acid and the sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate account for 100 percent of the total weight, and the moisturizing solution comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20% of glycerin, 40% of hyaluronic acid and 40% of sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate.
5. A method for preparing a moist wipe for non-irritating antimicrobial disinfectant moist wipes according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1, preparing a wet tissue base material;
s2, preparing an immersion liquid;
s3, preparing a moisturizing solution;
s4, mixing the wet tissue base material, the wetting liquid, the moisturizing solution and the sodium chloride.
6. The method for preparing a wet wipe as set forth in claim 5, wherein: in the step S1, preparing the wet tissue base material further comprises preparing bamboo charcoal fibers, cotton fibers, flax and non-woven fabrics;
the preparation of the bamboo charcoal fiber comprises the following steps: putting bamboo into a high-pressure high-temperature drying furnace, fully drying for more than 30 minutes, taking out, placing at normal temperature, and cooling until the temperature is room temperature to obtain bamboo charcoal fiber;
the preparation of the cotton fiber and the flax comprises the following steps: cotton and flax are firstly loosened, decontaminated and formed into a net on a blowing and carding combined device, the net is taken down and then placed in a steam box at 120 ℃ for heat treatment, the cotton fiber and the flax are taken out and cooled to room temperature, and a non-woven fabric with the surface density of 0.2kg/m2 is manufactured on a non-woven fabric needle sample machine to obtain the cotton fiber and the flax;
the preparation of the non-woven fabric comprises the following steps: putting polypropylene resin into a high-pressure high-temperature drying furnace, sterilizing for 120 minutes, taking out, placing at normal temperature, cooling, drawing with a drawing machine, and weaving with a loom to obtain the non-woven fabric.
7. The method for preparing a wet wipe as set forth in claim 5, wherein: the preparation method of the wet tissue base material further comprises the steps of mixing bamboo charcoal fibers, cotton fibers, flax and non-woven fabrics, drying and grinding the bamboo charcoal fibers, the cotton fibers, the flax and the non-woven fabrics, putting the mixture into sterilized water to prepare a mixed solution, taking out the mixture, cooling the mixture at normal temperature, and weaving the mixture by using a loom to obtain the wet tissue base material.
