Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily necessities, and particularly relates to a non-irritant antibacterial disinfectant wet tissue and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The wet tissue is a disposable cleaning sanitary article prepared by selecting a wet-strength soft-fiber high-permeability base material, folding, humidifying and packaging, has the basic functions of cleaning and moisturizing skin, is convenient to carry and the like, and becomes an essential cleaning article in daily life of people. The wet tissue is generally composed of two parts of a substrate and liquid medicine, wherein the substrate is wet-strength paper or spunlace nonwoven, and the liquid medicine basic formula comprises water, humectant, preservative and nonionic surfactant. The preparation method comprises soaking the base material in the medicinal liquid, taking out the base material, and sealing and packaging to obtain the wet tissue. In the production process of the wet tissue, bacteria and mold in the air are easy to be mixed and polluted, so that the wet tissue is polluted. At present, chemical bactericides such as methylisothiazolinone, methylchloroisothiazolinone, benzethonium chloride and cetylpyridinium chloride are commonly used in wet tissues, and the chemical bactericides have moderate toxicity, irritation and potential safety hazards in use. In order to avoid using a toxic preservative to achieve the purpose of inhibiting the propagation of bacteria and fungi, the prior art generally adds high-concentration ethanol into wet tissues, wherein the concentration of the ethanol can exceed 50%, and when people with fragile skin use the wet tissues containing the ethanol at the concentration, the phenomenon of excessive dissolution of sebum on the surface layer of the skin can occur, so that the skin is dried and even allergic reaction is caused.

The invention aims to provide a non-irritant antibacterial disinfectant wet tissue and a preparation method thereof, the wet tissue comprises a wet tissue base material and an impregnating solution, the wet tissue base material is a non-woven fabric prepared by mixing modified polypropylene fibers, bamboo pulp fibers and cotton fibers, the non-woven fabric contains a large amount of bamboo pulp fibers and cotton fibers, has the characteristic of cotton and comfortable and soft hand feeling, and the modified polypropylene fibers have good antibacterial performance and can act with effective components in the impregnating solution; the impregnating solution contains an antibacterial agent and copper ion active ingredients, after the impregnating solution is used for impregnation, copper ions can be complexed with polypropylene fibers on the wet tissue base material, the antibacterial agent can be chemically bonded with cotton fibers on the wet tissue base material, so that the antibacterial active ingredients in the impregnating solution are grafted on the surface of the wet tissue base material, and the wet tissue base material has lasting and excellent antibacterial performance; after a user wipes skin or an object with the wet tissue, the wet tissue can be washed with water and continuously and repeatedly used for many times, and the wet tissue used by being stained with tap water still has good antibacterial capacity, so that the obtained wet tissue meets the requirement of environmental protection; in addition, the propylene glycol aqueous solution is finally adopted to wet the wet tissue, has no stimulation to the skin and brings good touch to the wet tissue.

the non-irritant antibacterial disinfectant wet tissue is prepared by the following method:
completely immersing the wet tissue base material in the impregnating solution, soaking for 80-90min at 60-65 ℃, transferring to a baking machine, pre-baking for 4-5min at 75-80 ℃, heating to 120-130 ℃, baking for 3-4min, repeatedly washing for 5-6 times by using deionized water, removing the substances such as the copper ions, the antibacterial agent and the like which are not loaded, drying in vacuum, finally soaking in a propylene glycol aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 5% for 15-20min, and taking out to obtain the wet tissue.
Further, the modified polypropylene fiber is prepared by the following method:
s1, adding deionized water, an emulsifier, an initiator and a propylene monomer into a reaction kettle, introducing nitrogen, raising the temperature of the system to 68-70 ℃ under the conditions of nitrogen protection and stirring, and carrying out prepolymerization reaction for 40-50min under the temperature condition;
s2, stopping heating, naturally cooling the reaction kettle to room temperature, sequentially adding an emulsifier, an initiator, 3-propenyl-5, 5-dimethyl-hydantoin and a propylene monomer, raising the temperature of the system to 95-105 ℃ under the conditions of nitrogen protection and stirring, and carrying out copolymerization reaction for 4-5 hours at the temperature;
and S3, after the reaction is finished, adding methanol and saturated salt solution to demulsify, filtering, washing with water, and drying to obtain modified polypropylene, and melt-spinning the modified polypropylene into fibers to obtain the modified polypropylene fibers.
Further, in step S1, 0.15-0.2g of emulsifier, 0.08-0.1g of initiator and 10-15g of propylene monomer are added per 100g of deionized water.
Further, in step S2, 0.1 to 0.2g of an emulsifier, 0.1 to 0.15g of an initiator, 3 to 4g of 3-propenyl-5, 5-dimethyl-hydantoin, and 15 to 20g of polypropylene are added per 100g of the prepolymer obtained in step S1.
Further, in step S3, methanol and a saturated saline solution were added in amounts of 1/8 and 1/10, respectively, based on the mass of the reaction system.
Further, the antibacterial agent is prepared by the following method:
1) placing tetrahydrofuran in a three-neck flask, adding dimethylamine and 2-chloroformic acid into the flask at the temperature of 60 ℃ in a nitrogen atmosphere, stirring for reacting for 5-6h, cooling at room temperature, centrifuging, and purifying with ethanol to obtain a betaine derivative;
wherein the mass ratio of dimethylamine to 2-chloroformic acid is 1: 1.2; carrying out quaternization reaction on dimethylamine and 2-chlorobutadiene to generate a betaine derivative, wherein the derivative contains exposed carboxyl;
2) putting the betaine derivative and acrylamide according to a certain proportion into a four-neck flask with mechanical stirring and condensation reflux, adding an initiator APS under the conditions of nitrogen atmosphere and constant temperature of 70 ℃, reacting for 4-5h, cooling at room temperature, repeatedly purifying by acetone and ethanol, and drying in vacuum to obtain an antibacterial agent;
wherein the mass ratio of the betaine derivative to the acrylamide is 2:1, the mass fraction of the initiator is 2%, and the reaction time is 4 h.
A preparation method of a non-irritant antibacterial disinfectant wet tissue comprises the following specific steps:
completely immersing the wet tissue base material in the impregnating solution, soaking for 80-90min at 60-65 ℃, transferring to a baking machine, pre-baking for 4-5min at 75-80 ℃, heating to 120-130 ℃, baking for 3-4min, repeatedly washing for 5-6 times by using deionized water, removing the substances such as the copper ions, the antibacterial agent and the like which are not loaded, drying in vacuum, finally soaking in a propylene glycol aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 5% for 15-20min, and taking out to obtain the wet tissue.

the wet tissue comprises a wet tissue base material and wetting liquid, wherein the wet tissue base material is a non-woven fabric prepared by mixing modified polypropylene fibers, bamboo pulp fibers and cotton fibers, and the non-woven fabric contains a large amount of bamboo pulp fibers and cotton fibers, has the characteristic of cotton and has comfortable and soft hand feeling; in addition, modified polypropylene is adopted as one of raw materials, 3-propenyl-5, 5-dimethyl-hydantoin is used as a PP modifier, 3-propenyl-5, 5-dimethyl-hydantoin is an antibacterial monomer, allyl groups contained on the monomer can participate in the copolymerization reaction process of polypropylene, and the substance is blocked into a polypropylene molecular chain as the modifier, so that the polypropylene molecule has an antibacterial function, and the antibacterial monomer is combined with the polypropylene molecular chain through a bonding effect, has extremely high migration resistance and solvent resistance, and can enable the polypropylene to have lasting antibacterial performance; the ureide substance is introduced into the side chain of the polypropylene molecule, the ureide substance on the side chain of the molecule contains-NH-group, the primary amine group is directly connected with the ketone group, the reaction activity is higher, the ureide substance can play a chemical complexing role with copper ions in the impregnating solution, so that the antibacterial active ingredient is chemically immobilized on the wet tissue base material, and the lasting antibacterial property of the wet tissue base material is realized;

Comparative example 1
The modified polypropylene fiber in example 1 was replaced with a normal polypropylene fiber, and the remaining raw materials and preparation process were unchanged.
Comparative example 2
The antibacterial agent in example 1 was replaced with ordinary betaine, and the remaining raw materials and preparation process were unchanged.
The wet tissues obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were subjected to the following performance tests: the sterilization effect of the wet tissue is evaluated in a laboratory through a carrier quantitative killing test and a field disinfection test, and the sterilization rates of escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans are respectively tested when the acting time is 5min and 10 min; applying the wet tissue to guinea pig skin, and testing irritation; after washing the wet tissue with tap water for 3 times, testing the bacteriostasis rate of the wet tissue to three strains; the test results are shown in the following table:
as can be seen from the above table, the wet tissues prepared in examples 1-3 have the respective killing rates of 98.5-98.6%, 98.4-98.5% and 97.9-98.0% for escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans when being acted for 5min, and have the respective killing rates of 100%, 100% and 99.4-99.5% for escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans when being acted for 10min, which indicates that the wet tissues prepared by the invention have excellent bactericidal performance and no irritation to skin; after washing for 3 times, the bacteriostatic rate of the wet tissue is maintained at 98% for escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus, and 97.5% for candida albicans, so that the wet tissue prepared by the invention has lasting antibacterial performance, can be repeatedly washed and used, and meets the requirement of environmental protection; compared with the comparative example 1, the modified polypropylene fiber is used as one of the main raw materials of the wet tissue base material, so that the wet tissue has good sterilization performance, and the complexation with copper ions in the wetting solution can be improved, thereby improving the antibacterial performance and the antibacterial durability of the wet tissue; compared with the comparative example 2, the antibacterial agent prepared by the invention is a betaine type polymer, and compared with the common betaine, the betaine type polymer contains naked-COOH groups, and can be bonded with-OH on the cotton fibers of the wet tissue base material, so that the antibacterial agent is grafted to the wet tissue base material, and the antibacterial performance and the antibacterial durability of the wet tissue are improved.

mixing modified polypropylene fiber, bamboo pulp fiber and cotton fiber according to the mass ratio of 1:1:2, opening, removing impurities, forming a net on a carding combination device, and then preparing the mixture on a non-woven fabric needling small sample machine to obtain the product with the surface density of 0.1kg/m2The non-woven fabric to obtain a wet tissue base material;
the impregnating solution is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-13 parts of blue vitriol, 4-5 parts of antibacterial agent and 120 parts of purified water;
adding copper sulfate pentahydrate and an antibacterial agent into purified water, and stirring to dissolve completely to obtain a soaking solution;
the non-irritant antibacterial disinfectant wet tissue is prepared by the following method:
completely immersing the wet tissue base material in the impregnating solution, soaking for 80-90min at 60-65 ℃, transferring to a baking machine, pre-baking for 4-5min at 75-80 ℃, heating to 120-130 ℃, baking for 3-4min, repeatedly washing for 5-6 times by using deionized water, drying in vacuum, finally soaking in 5% propylene glycol aqueous solution for 15-20min, and taking out to obtain the wet tissue.
2. The non-irritating antimicrobial moist wipe of claim 1, wherein said modified polypropylene fibers are prepared by:
s1, adding deionized water, an emulsifier, an initiator and a propylene monomer into a reaction kettle, introducing nitrogen, raising the temperature of the system to 68-70 ℃ under the conditions of nitrogen protection and stirring, and carrying out prepolymerization reaction for 40-50min under the temperature condition;
s2, stopping heating, naturally cooling the reaction kettle to room temperature, sequentially adding an emulsifier, an initiator, 3-propenyl-5, 5-dimethyl-hydantoin and a propylene monomer, raising the temperature of the system to 95-105 ℃ under the conditions of nitrogen protection and stirring, and carrying out copolymerization reaction for 4-5 hours at the temperature;
and S3, after the reaction is finished, adding methanol and saturated salt solution to demulsify, filtering, washing with water, and drying to obtain modified polypropylene, and melt-spinning the modified polypropylene into fibers to obtain the modified polypropylene fibers.
3. The non-irritating antimicrobial disinfectant wet wipe of claim 2, wherein 0.15-0.2g emulsifier, 0.08-0.1g initiator, 10-15g propylene monomer per 100g deionized water in step S1.
4. The non-irritating antimicrobial moist wipe of claim 2, wherein 0.1-0.2g emulsifier, 0.1-0.15g initiator, 3-4g 3-propenyl-5, 5-dimethyl-hydantoin, 15-20g polypropylene are added to 100g prepolymer obtained in step S1 in step S2.
5. The non-irritating antimicrobial moist wipe of claim 2, wherein the methanol and the saturated saline solution are added in amounts of 1/8 and 1/10, respectively, based on the mass of the reaction system in step S3.
6. The non-irritating antimicrobial disinfecting wet wipe of claim 1, wherein said antimicrobial agent is prepared by:
1) placing tetrahydrofuran in a three-neck flask, adding dimethylamine and 2-chloroformic acid into the flask at the temperature of 60 ℃ in a nitrogen atmosphere, stirring for reacting for 5-6h, cooling at room temperature, centrifuging, and purifying with ethanol to obtain a betaine derivative;
wherein the mass ratio of dimethylamine to 2-chloroformic acid is 1: 1.2; carrying out quaternization reaction on dimethylamine and 2-chlorobutadiene to generate a betaine derivative, wherein the derivative contains exposed carboxyl;
2) putting the betaine derivative and acrylamide according to a certain proportion into a four-neck flask with mechanical stirring and condensation reflux, adding an initiator APS under the conditions of nitrogen atmosphere and constant temperature of 70 ℃, reacting for 4-5h, cooling at room temperature, repeatedly purifying by acetone and ethanol, and drying in vacuum to obtain an antibacterial agent;
wherein the mass ratio of the betaine derivative to the acrylamide is 2:1, the mass fraction of the initiator is 2%, and the reaction time is 4 h.
7. The method for preparing the non-irritating antibacterial disinfecting wet wipe as claimed in claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following specific steps of:
completely immersing the wet tissue base material in the impregnating solution, soaking for 80-90min at 60-65 ℃, transferring to a baking machine, pre-baking for 4-5min at 75-80 ℃, heating to 120-130 ℃, baking for 3-4min, repeatedly washing for 5-6 times by using deionized water, drying in vacuum, finally soaking in 5% propylene glycol aqueous solution for 15-20min, and taking out to obtain the wet tissue.
