本发明涉及医院药事学领域，具体公开了一种住院药房信息化摆药工作系统，包括住院医嘱接收模块、住院药品摆药模块、信息存储模块、人工设置模块和信息发送模块；所述的住院医嘱接收模块、信息存储模块、语音声纹模块、人工设置模块和信息发送模块分别连接住院药品摆药模块；本发明实现全程无纸化工作，既提高工作效率，又节约工作成本，且规范散发药品的摆放过程，提高核对步骤的工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及医院药事学领域，具体地说，特别涉及到一种住院药房信息化摆药工作系统。
背景技术
传统医院住院药房工作流程为：摆药药师在台式电脑上汇总病区电子医嘱，打印纸质摆药单，按药框提示的摆药药品信息，将药品逐一装进药框中，摆药完毕后将纸质单与药框交给复核药师核对药品，核对无误后发放给病区护士或者护工。
目前的摆药流程是以纸质摆药单为介质，存在工作效率低，耗费人力高，差错率高等缺点。尤其是药品复核步骤，大量药品汇总在药框中，零散药品摆放杂乱无章，核对时找药费时费力。另外，由于受限于纸质摆药单大小，能提供的信息有限，核对相似药品时，受限于核对信息不足，常常未能核对出相似药品相关差错。
纸质摆药单只能提供药品名称、货位、商品名、规格、数量等信息。摆药过程中不能实时更新病区当前药品信息。
目前摆药模式存在问题：1、需全程手持纸质单，不方便；2、摆药过程无纠错机制；3、散药药品摆放杂乱，核对不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：针对上述存在的不足，发明一种住院药房信息化摆药工作系统。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种住院药房信息化摆药工作系统，包括住院医嘱接收模块、住院药品摆药模块、信息存储模块、人工设置模块和信息发送模块；所述的住院医嘱接收模块、信息存储模块、语音声纹模块、人工设置模块和信息发送模块分别连接住院药品摆药模块。
进一步地，还包括所述住院药品摆药模块包含语音提示模块、图片提示模块和HIS控制模块，所述HIS控制模块分别连接语音提示模块和图片提示模块；所述HIS控制模块分别连接住院医嘱接收模块、信息存储模块、语音声纹模块、人工设置模块和信息发送模块；所述语音提示模块、图片提示模块分别连接信息发送模块。
进一步地，所述人工设置模块通过HIS控制模块添加药房药品的药品货位位置信息、药品名称信息及药品外观图片信息至信息存储模块；所述HIS控制模块通过住院医嘱接收模块的接收医嘱信息生成摆药单；所述控制语音提示模块根据HIS控制模块生成的摆药单输出需摆药的药品货位位置信息和药品名称信息，所述图片提示模块根据HIS控制模块生成的摆药单输出需摆药的药品外观图片信息；所述信息发送模块将语音提示模块及图片提示模块的输出信息通过HIS控制模块存储至信息存储模块。
进一步地，还包括语音声纹模块，所述语音声纹模块连接住院药品摆药模块，用于接收语音指令。
通过信息化手段，采用图片提示和语音提示的方式，对摆药过程进行提醒和纠错，提高工作效率，减少工作成本。
本发明的有益效果：
1.可以实现全程无纸化工作，提高工作效率，节约工作成本；
2.在摆药的工程中，通过语音和图片，用声觉和视觉双通道方式，对摆药过程进行提醒和纠错；
3.规范散发药品的摆放过程，提高核对步骤的工作效率。

如图1，一种住院药房信息化摆药工作系统，包括住院医嘱接收模块、住院药品摆药模块、信息存储模块、语音声纹模块、人工设置模块和信息发送模块；所述住院药品摆药模块包含语音提示模块、图片提示模块和HIS控制模块；所述HIS控制模块分别连接语音提示模块和图片提示模块；所述HIS控制模块包含处理芯片；所述HIS控制模块分别连接住院医嘱接收模块、信息存储模块、语音声纹模块、人工设置模块，所述语音提示模块和图片提示模块分别连接信息发送模块。
如图2，一种住院药房信息化摆药工作系统摆药流程具体为：
所述人工设置模块通过HIS控制模块预先添加药房存储的各药品的药品名称信息、药品货位位置信息和药品外观图片信息等基本信息至信息存储模块；
所述HIS控制模块通过住院医嘱接收模块获取医师开具的医嘱信息，生成摆药单；
药师对所述语音声纹模块发出语音指令，进入所述住院药品摆药模块，进行摆药等操作；
所述语音提示模块根据HIS控制模块生成的摆药单输出需要摆药药品的药品名称信息及药品货位位置信息的语音提示；同时所述图片提示模块根据HIS控制模块生成的摆药单输出需要摆药药品外观图片；
当药师摆药时，根据语音提示模块的药品货位信息及药品名称信息找寻药品，通过图片提示模块进行药品核对、标记，若所拿药品与当前需要摆药药品外观图片相同，则所拿药品是需要摆药药品，将当前所拿药品放入药框，并进行标记，以提示药品以入框；若所拿药品与当前需要摆药药品外观图片不相同，则继续根据提示找寻药品，不进行标记；
所述信息发送模块同步将语音提示模块和图片提示模块输出的信息通过HIS控制模块存储至信息存储模块；另外，摆药结束后，HIS控制模块提醒人员药品摆放完毕，及时进行药品配送，并提示病区医护人员药品即将送达。
上述实例所涉及硬件具体为：
所述处理芯片采用华为海思麒麟980，用于信息处理与其他设备控制；
所述语音提示模块采用定制的大振幅扬声器，用于输出语音提示；
所述图片提示模块采用群创的P108SFA-AF1的IPS十点触控屏，用于输出图片显示以及添加药品信息；
所述人工设置模块采用华为M-Pen lite手写笔以及华为平板M6原装键盘，用于操作添加药品基本信息。
本发明具体应用途径很多，以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以作出若干改进，这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种住院药房信息化摆药工作系统，其特征在于，还包括所述住院药品摆药模块包含语音提示模块、图片提示模块和HIS控制模块，所述HIS控制模块分别连接语音提示模块和图片提示模块；所述HIS控制模块分别连接住院医嘱接收模块、信息存储模块、语音声纹模块、人工设置模块和信息发送模块；所述语音提示模块、图片提示模块分别连接信息发送模块。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种住院药房信息化摆药工作系统，其特征在于，所述人工设置模块通过HIS控制模块添加药房药品的药品货位位置信息、药品名称信息及药品外观图片信息至信息存储模块；所述HIS控制模块通过住院医嘱接收模块的接收医嘱信息生成摆药单；所述语音提示模块根据HIS控制模块生成的摆药单输出需摆药的药品货位位置信息和药品名称信息，所述图片提示模块根据HIS控制模块生成的摆药单输出需摆药的药品外观图片信息；所述信息发送模块将语音提示模块及图片提示模块的输出信息通过HIS控制模块存储至信息存储模块。
