Abstract

本发明提出一种将闸阀、表前过滤器、止回阀设计成一体化结构,实现控制流体通断、过滤与防止介质倒流的一体化作用的表前多功能滤水止回闸阀。多功能一体化的设计降低了连接尺寸、节省安装空间,同时提高了安装效率,包括阀体(1)、阀盖(2)、主阀板(3)、阀杆(4)、过滤阀盖(5)、L型过滤网(6)、副阀盖(7)、副阀板(8),所述阀体进水端设置主阀板,所述主阀板与所述阀杆连接上下平稳升降,所述主阀板后端(即所述阀体中部)设置用于过滤流体杂质L型过滤网,所述L型过滤网与所述阀体中部形成直线型过滤室,所述过滤室上部设置可拆卸过滤室阀盖,所述副阀瓣设置于所述阀体出水端形成流线型止回部件,所述副阀盖设置于所述副阀板上部开口处。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,特别涉及表前多功能滤水止回闸阀。
背景技术
在现在管路设计中,需要在管路中设置阀门以控制流体的通断,大部门管路中需要设置表前过滤器,同时需要设置止回阀,这种情况下,通常需要同时在管路中设置一个闸阀、一个表前过滤器、一个止回阀,三个或多个的阀体的安装,过多的连接件,增加了漏水的风险,也增加了操作人员操作的步骤,增加人工成本,大大降低施工效率。因此行业内人员将闸阀、表前过滤器、止回阀设计成一体化结构,这种多功能一体化的设计降低了连接尺寸、节省安装空间,同时提高了安装效率,节约了社会资源和企业的生产成本。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提出一种结构简单、安装方便、生产成本低,实现控制流体通断、过滤与防止介质倒流的一体化作用的表前多功能滤水止回闸阀。
为实现上述技术问题,本发明采取的解决方案为:所述阀体进水通道设置用于控制流体启闭的主阀板,所述主阀板后端设置用于过滤介质杂质的L型过滤网,所述L型过滤网与所述阀体中部形成直线型过滤室,所述过滤室包括过滤室阀盖,L型过滤网,所述出水通道设置防止介质回流副阀板形成“S”型止回部件,所述止回部件包括副阀盖、副阀板、阀座、摇杆,所述副阀盖设置于所述副阀板上部开口处,所述止回部件进水端与出水端设有阀座,所述副阀板采用硫化橡胶形成密封面,提高了副阀板的密封性能,所述摇杆设于所述阀座的上部,所述副阀板通过所述摇杆传动于止回部件的内部,所述副阀盖设置于所述副阀板上部开口处。
进一步改进的是:所述阀体内部开设有进水端和出水端,所述进水端设置用于控制流体通断的主阀板,所述主阀板后端(即所述阀体中部)设置用于过滤流体杂质L型过滤网,所述L型过滤网与所述阀体中部形成直线型过滤室,所述过滤室上部设置可拆卸过滤室阀盖。
进一步改进的是:所述过滤室上方设置过滤室阀盖,所述过滤室阀盖设置成可拆卸,方便拆卸清除过滤内的杂质。
进一步改进的是:所述过滤网设置成L型,所述L型过滤网底部具有可沉积过滤介质,所述过滤网可直接拆卸取出清除。
进一步改进的是:所述副阀板倾斜式结构设置于所述阀体出水端流道成“S”型结构,所述副阀板上设置有摇杆,所述副阀板可通过摇杆传动于所述止回部件内部。
进一步改进的是:所述表前多功能滤水止回闸阀上固定设置有阀杆,所述阀杆延伸至所述主阀板,所述阀杆与所述主阀板间设置固定螺母,所述固定螺母与阀杆、主阀板相互匹配。
进一步改进的是:所述控制流体通断的主阀板设置有固定导槽,所述阀体上设置有固定导轨,所述控制流体通断的主阀板在所述阀体内部上下升降,所述主阀板上固定导槽与所述阀体上导轨紧密咬合,所述控制流体通断的主阀板上下平稳移动。
进一步改进的是:所述控制流体通断的主阀板采用整体包胶形成密封面,所述包胶密封面具有弹性密封。
进一步改进的是:所述控制流体通断的主阀板上方设置阀盖,所述阀盖与所述阀体可拆卸连接。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:1、可实现控制流体通断、过滤、止回多功能一体化,一体化设计解决管路中需同时设置一个闸阀、一个表前过滤器、一个止回阀,适用于多种管路情况;2、结构简单、安装方便、设计巧妙,在安装过程中一台表前多功能滤水止回闸阀可实现对流体的控制启闭,也可实现过滤流体杂质功能,亦能实现止回功能。

参考图1至图3本发明实施例所揭示的是表前多功能滤水止回闸阀,包括阀体(A),所述阀体包括闸阀阀体(B)、过滤室阀体(C)及止回部件阀体(D),所述阀体(A)上开设有进水通道9与出水通道10,所述进水通道9设置用于控制流体启闭的主阀板3,所述主阀板3上方位于所述闸阀阀体(B)内部设有用于控制主阀板3平稳升降的阀杆4,所述阀杆4下部为螺杆,所述主阀板3与所述阀杆4中设置固定螺母11,所述固定螺母11与主阀板3、阀杆4相互匹配,所述主阀板3设置有固定导槽12,所述阀体上设有固定导轨13,所述主阀板3上固定导槽12与所述阀体上导轨13紧密咬合,所述控制流体通断的主阀板3上下平稳移动。所述控制流体通断的主阀板3采用整体包胶形成密封面,所述包胶密封面具有弹性密封。所述控制流体通断的主阀板3上方设置阀盖2,所述阀盖2与所述闸阀阀体(B)可拆卸连接。所述主阀板3后端(即所述阀体(A)中部)设置用于过滤流体杂质L型过滤网6,所述L型过滤网与所述阀体(A)中部形成直桶式过滤室(C),所述过滤室(C)上部设置可拆卸过滤室阀盖5。所述阀体出水通道10设置副阀板8,所述副阀板8上设置有摇杆14,所述副阀板8可通过摇杆14传动于所述止回部件阀体(D)内部。
为了增加所述副阀板的止回效果,所述副阀板倾斜式结构设置于所述阀体出水端流道成“S”型结构,关闭状态阀瓣与流道有一定的角度。所述副阀板具有合理的开启限位结构,保证阀门关闭的可靠性。腔体空间采用全流道结构设计,空间大,保证最大流道,减小阻力。

1.表前多功能滤水止回闸阀,其特征在于:包括阀体(1)、阀盖(2)、主阀板(3)、阀杆(4)、过滤阀盖(5)、L型过滤网(6)、副阀盖(7)、副阀板(8);所述阀体进水端设置主阀板,所述主阀板与所述阀杆连接上下平稳升降,所述主阀板后端(即所述阀体中部)设置用于过滤流体杂质L型过滤网,所述L型过滤网与所述阀体中部形成直线型过滤室,所述过滤室上部设置可拆卸过滤室阀盖,所述副阀瓣设置于所述阀体出水端形成“S”型止回部件,所述副阀盖设置于所述副阀板上部开口处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的表前多功能滤水止回闸阀,其特征在于所述阀体与所述过滤室及所述止回部件组合的一体化,所述阀体进水通道设置主阀板,所述主后端(即所述阀体中部)设置过滤室,所述阀体出水通道设置“S”型止回部件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的表前多功能滤水止回闸阀,其特征在于:所述过滤室(5)内部为直线型结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的表前多功能滤水止回闸阀,其特征在于,所述过滤室过滤网设置成L型形状。
