Abstract

本发明公开了一种生物全降解材料及其纸张淋膜工艺,所述生物全降解材料包括竹粉、木薯粉、生物树脂、PLA、PBS以及滑石粉,各组分混合后经生物酶催化制得;所述生物全降解材料的纸张淋膜工艺包括:将待淋膜处理的纸张预热,将所述的生物全降解材料加热至120‑150℃,至熔融状态,将熔融状态下的生物全降解料均匀的流延分布到已经预热好的纸张表面,用辊轮将流延分布在纸张表面的薄膜层和纸张紧密压在一起。本发明的生物全降解材料成本低,在不影响性能的前提下采用混合加入性价比更高的其他多种成分,从而更利于降解材料的推广应用;本发明工艺的淋膜温度低,只需120‑150℃,消耗的能源更少,节能环保。

一种生物全降解材料及其纸张淋膜工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物全降解材料的纸张淋膜工艺。
背景技术
对于纸张淋膜工艺,目前市面上的普通材料淋膜温度大多为300℃左右,温度较高,耗能、不环保,处于半淘汰趋势;如果采用降解材料,由于降解材料非常昂贵,受到成本制约,推广起来经济成本较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种生物全降解材料及其纸张淋膜工艺。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种生物全降解材料,包括:竹粉、淀粉、生物树脂、PLA、PBS以及滑石粉,各组分混合后经生物酶催化制得。
各组分按照质量配比为:10-15份的竹粉、16-20份的淀粉、18-24份的生物树脂、20-25份的PLA、20-30份的PBS以及10-25份的滑石粉。
所述竹粉的粒径为800-1200目。
所述淀粉包括:木薯粉、红薯粉或土豆粉。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的另一技术方案是:一种生物全降解材料的纸张淋膜工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:将待淋膜处理的纸张预热至70-90℃;
S2:将所述的生物全降解材料加热至120-150℃,至熔融状态;
S3:将熔融状态下的生物全降解料均匀的流延分布到已经预热好的纸张表面,形成薄膜层;
S4:用辊轮将流延分布在纸张表面的薄膜层和纸张紧密压在一起。
所形成的薄膜层厚度为5-30μm。
所有步骤均使用流延机完成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明工艺的淋膜温度低,只需120-150℃,消耗的能源更少,节能环保;
本发明所采用的生物全降解材料成本低,在不影响性能的前提下采用混合加入性价比更高的其他多种成分,从而更利于降解材料的推广应用;
本发明的这种纸张采用淋膜生物全降解材料作为薄膜层,此层能够防水、防油污,可以用来做一次性纸杯、餐盒等;纸张及其表面的薄膜层,在自然环境中都可以完全降解,绿色环保,不会对环境造成污染。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述。
本发明较佳实施例设计的一种生物全降解材料的纸张淋膜工艺,其主要包括如下步骤:
S1:将待淋膜处理的纸张预热至70-90℃;
S2:将生物全降解材料加热至120-150℃,至熔融状态;
S3:将熔融状态下的生物全降解料均匀的流延分布到已经预热好的纸张表面,形成薄膜层;
S4:用辊轮将流延分布在纸张表面的薄膜层和纸张紧密压在一起。
生物全降解材料,按照质量配比包括:10-15份的竹粉、16-20份的木薯粉、18-24份的生物树脂、20-25份的PLA、20-30份的PBS以及10-25份的滑石粉,各组分混合后经生物酶催化制得。其中,生物树脂最主要的成分为PPC,即聚甲基乙撑碳酸酯,PLA为聚乳酸,又称聚丙交酯,PBS为聚丁二酸丁二醇酯。本工艺的淋膜温度低是因为生物全降解材料的熔点低,PLA是近些年新型的一种生物降解材料,但在实际生产制造过程中由于受到国外制约,使得PLA成本居高不下,且PLA熔点在170-180℃,本工艺为了降低普通材料的淋膜温度,同时为了降低生产成本,在PLA的基础上加入PBS,再加入竹粉、木薯粉及生物树脂等等,采用多种材料混合,经过多次试验尝试及比对,发现本工艺这种混合材料的熔点低于PLA等材料的熔点,且混合加入的材料都是可完全生物降解的材料,相比于单独使用PLA或PBS,成本降低了很多。
进一步地,竹粉的粒径需控制在800-1200目,采用此粒径的生物全降解材料熔融状态时流动性好,粒径越细流动性越好,同时最终获得的薄膜层性能也好,强度、弯曲模量及弹性模量均表明优良。木薯粉也可以换成红薯粉、土豆粉等等各类淀粉。
本工艺中所使用的纸张厚度、材质没有特殊要求,预热温度达到70-90℃即可,没有时长特殊要求,纸张预热是在流延机中进行;生物全降解材料也是在流延机中进行加热至熔融状态;然后通过流延机进行淋膜操作,生物全降解材料流延所形成的薄膜层厚度约5-30μm;最后经过流延机的辊轮的辊压操作。

1.一种生物全降解材料,其特征在于,包括:竹粉、淀粉、生物树脂、PLA、PBS以及滑石粉,各组分混合后经生物酶催化制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物全降解材料,其特征在于,各组分按照质量配比为:10-15份的竹粉、16-20份的淀粉、18-24份的生物树脂、20-25份的PLA、20-30份的PBS以及10-25份的滑石粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生物全降解材料,其特征在于,所述竹粉的粒径为800-1200目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生物全降解材料,其特征在于,所述淀粉包括:木薯粉、红薯粉或土豆粉。
5.一种生物全降解材料的纸张淋膜工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:将待淋膜处理的纸张预热至70-90℃;
S2:将权利要求1至4任一项所述的生物全降解材料加热至120-150℃,至熔融状态;
S3:将熔融状态下的生物全降解料均匀的流延分布到已经预热好的纸张表面,形成薄膜层;
S4:用辊轮将流延分布在纸张表面的薄膜层和纸张紧密压在一起。
6.根据权利要求5所述的生物全降解材料的纸张淋膜工艺,其特征在于,所形成的薄膜层厚度为5-30μm。
7.根据权利要求5所述的生物全降解材料的纸张淋膜工艺,其特征在于,所有步骤均使用流延机完成。
