Abstract
本发明公开了一种水性清洗剂、其制备方法及应用,涉及清洗剂技术领域。水性清洗剂包括直链烷基苯磺酸钠0.2‑1%、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.2‑0.8%、烷基糖苷3‑10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1‑2%、有机硅消泡剂0.5‑1.5%、硅酸钠0.5‑1%、碳酸钠5‑15%、硫氰酸钾0.5‑2%、柠檬酸钠0.5‑1%、亚铁氰化钾0.2‑1%、苯甲酸钠0.5‑1%、苯并三氮唑2‑5%、多元醇胺或单元醇胺5‑8%、二丙二醇二甲醚2‑10%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2‑1%,余量为水。本申请中的清洗剂能够有效防止马口铁罐生锈所导致的穿罐,可以在常温条件下进行油污的清洗,具备清洗效果好、主剂能生物降解、稳定性高等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂技术领域,且特别涉及一种水性清洗剂、其制备方法及应用。
背景技术
汽车经过长时间行驶后,机动车的燃料系统和动力系统会不断产生油污和积碳,这些积碳如果不及时清除,不仅会堵塞油路,还会影响机动车的正常运行,严重影响汽车安全。根据相似相溶原理:溶剂是清洗剂的主体,最有效去除化油器积炭的有机溶剂是氯代烃,如邻二氯苯、二氯甲烷、三氯乙烯和二氯乙烯等,这些有机溶剂是ODS类消耗臭氧层物质,其分解物有强毒性,它们最大的特点是具有不燃性或难燃性,而且对油性污垢溶解力大,脱脂力比石油溶剂强10倍左右。目前,ODS类溶剂已经不符合清洗行业要求,除氯代烃之外还有甲缩醛、甲苯、甲醇、正溴丙烷等,由于挥发性强,对人体皮肤有强刺激性,吸入后可引发鼻腔疼痛、头疼及麻醉作用,溅射入眼睛会引起严重的腐蚀。
从上世纪90年代以来,绝大部分汽车修理行业长期以来使用一种《化油器清洗剂》作为清洗剂,它的组成主要是二氯甲烷、甲苯或二甲苯和甲醇,其优点在于除油能力强、速度快,可用于内燃机、压缩机、制冷机内系统的清洗,对设备无任何腐蚀性。但是,这种清洗剂有明确的缺陷:除了对橡胶有腐蚀作用之外,它易燃易爆且有毒,高VOC对环境有损害,操作不安全并对施工人员的健康有极大的损伤。然而纵观市面上现有的化油器清洗剂虽然种类繁多,但是清洗能力差,清洗效率低,尤其是需要加入部分对人体有害的有机溶剂(例如甲苯、二甲苯)和致癌物质,且无法达到持久保护的效果。
随着GB 38508-2020《清洗剂挥发性有机化合物含量限制》标准的颁布并于2020.12.1正式实施,采用二氯甲烷、甲苯或二甲苯和甲醇制备的化清剂不能再生产和使用,必须寻找新的化清剂来替代。
现在对于替代产品主要有以下类别:(1)有机溶剂清洗剂:以所谓环保有机溶剂为主剂的化清剂,它们以三甲苯或四甲苯为主要溶剂,配合环己烷、石油醚等作为清洗辅助溶剂,其虽然规避了标准中苯、甲苯、乙苯和二甲苯等原料,但清洗剂中还是含有三甲苯或四甲苯这些有毒有害的物质,环保性是比较差的。更重要的是,这类清洗剂清洗能力不如以前采用的二氯甲烷、甲苯或二甲苯和甲醇制备的化清剂,其VOC基本接近标准的上限,仍然属于损害施工人员健康和破坏环境的清洗剂。(2)半水剂化清剂:以环保有机溶剂为主剂与表面活性剂和水为主复配而成,其优点在于除油力稍强,不然不爆,其缺点是产品易分层,清洗废液不易回收,大量使用有机溶剂危害人和环境,其VOC基本也接近标准的上限,对施工人员健康亦有损害。(3)水剂化清剂:目前全水基型化清剂是目前替代其他两种清洗剂的研发热点,水基型化清剂以水作溶剂,表面活性剂为主剂,结合有机或无机助剂达到金属除油的效果。
目前,水基型化清剂存在以下不足之处:(1)其大量使用微生物不易降解的表面活性剂,且除油能力较弱;(2)清洗过程中需要高温处理,操作繁琐增加能耗;(3)清洗剂产生大量泡沫,不仅难漂洗,还易残留;(4)一般清洗剂需要储存在马口铁罐中,由于水剂腐蚀会导致铁罐生锈而发生穿罐现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水性清洗剂及其制备方法,旨在降低对铁罐的腐蚀,有效防止铁罐生锈穿罐现象的出现;而且还具备常温下除油率高、生物降解性好、性能稳定等优点。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述清洗剂在汽车化油器清洗中的应用。
本发明解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。
本发明提出了一种水性清洗剂,按质量百分数计,包括直链烷基苯磺酸钠0.2-1%、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.2-0.8%、烷基糖苷3-10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-2%、有机硅消泡剂0.5-1.5%、硅酸钠0.5-1%、碳酸钠5-15%、硫氰酸钾0.5-2%、柠檬酸钠0.5-1%、亚铁氰化钾0.2-1%、苯甲酸钠0.5-1%、苯并三氮唑2-5%、多元醇胺或单元醇胺5-8%、二丙二醇二甲醚2-10%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2-1%,余量为水。
本发明还提出一种水性清洗剂的制备方法,根据上述清洗剂的组成进行配料并混合均匀。
本发明还提出上述水性清洗剂在汽车化油器清洗中的应用。
本发明实施例提供一种水性清洗剂及其制备方法,其通过引入缓蚀剂和与铁离子发生络合或配合反应的助剂,如硅酸钠、碳酸钠、硫氰酸钾、柠檬酸钠、亚铁氰化钾、苯甲酸钠、苯并三氮唑和乙二胺四乙酸二钠等,发明人发现本申请实施例中所提出的清洗剂能够有效防止马口铁罐生锈所导致的穿罐,而且可以在常温条件下进行发动机表面油污的清洗,具备清洗效果好、主剂能生物降解、稳定性高等优点,可代替有机溶剂用来清洗发动机外部及零部件,不燃不爆,符合环保的要求也不会对施工人员的健康造成损害,具有较广阔的市场前景。
具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
下面对本发明实施例提供的一种水性清洗剂、其制备方法及应用进行具体说明。
本发明实施例提供了一种水性清洗剂,按质量百分数计,包括直链烷基苯磺酸钠0.2-1%、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.2-0.8%、烷基糖苷3-10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-2%、有机硅消泡剂0.5-1.5%、硅酸钠0.5-1%、碳酸钠5-15%、硫氰酸钾0.5-2%、柠檬酸钠0.5-1%、亚铁氰化钾0.2-1%、苯甲酸钠0.5-1%、苯并三氮唑2-5%、多元醇胺或单元醇胺5-8%、二丙二醇二甲醚2-10%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2-1%,余量为水。
需要说明的是,其通过引入缓蚀剂和与铁离子发生络合或配合反应的助剂,如硅酸钠、碳酸钠、硫氰酸钾、柠檬酸钠、亚铁氰化钾、苯甲酸钠、苯并三氮唑和乙二胺四乙酸二钠等,发明人发现本申请实施例中所提出的清洗剂能够有效防止马口铁罐生锈所导致的穿罐,而且可以在常温条件下进行发动机表面油污的清洗,具备清洗效果好、主剂能生物降解、稳定性高等优点。
需要补充的是,马口铁罐生锈是全水基型化清剂所普遍存在的问题,其带来的穿罐的问题给清洗剂的存储和运输带来较大挑战。发明人发现,本申请实施例中的清洗剂对金属的腐蚀率非常低,避免了穿罐现象的出现。发明人也尝试过非常多的配方体系,但是均不能很好地克服腐蚀性的问题,均存在穿罐的问题。
为了进一步提升清洗剂的除油效果,使清洗剂在常温条件下就能够有效地清洗发动机表面的油污,发明人对各组分的用量做了进一步优化:按质量百分数计,包括直链烷基苯磺酸钠0.3-0.7%、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.4-0.6%、烷基糖苷5-6%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-2%、有机硅消泡剂0.5-0.7%、硅酸钠0.7-0.9%、碳酸钠8-12%、硫氰酸钾0.6-1.0%、柠檬酸钠0.5-1%、亚铁氰化钾0.2-0.5%、苯甲酸钠0.5-0.6%、苯并三氮唑2-3%、多元醇胺6-7%、二丙二醇二甲醚4-5%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2-0.8%,余量为水。
进一步地,多元醇胺或单元醇胺选自三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、乙醇胺中的至少一种。以上几种多元醇胺均适合于本发明实施例中的配方体系,清洗效果均较为理想。
具体地,水一般采用去离子水为宜,保证水的纯度,要求水的电导率≤1.5mS/m。
本发明实施例还提供一种水性清洗剂的制备方法,其根据上述清洗剂的组成进行配料并混合均匀,发明人通过配方组成的改进使制备得到的清洗剂具备常温清洗效果好、主剂能生物降解、稳定性高等优点,还能够显著降低对金属的腐蚀,避免穿罐的问题。
在优选的实施例中,将水升温至混料温度,再和其他原料混合均匀,混料温度为40-80℃,优选为50-70℃。在较高温度下混料能够提升混料的速率,使部分不容易溶解的组分快速溶解,提升混料的均匀性。
进一步地,待水升温至混料温度之后,先和硅酸钠、碳酸钠、硫氰酸钾、柠檬酸钠、亚铁氰化钾、苯甲酸钠、苯并三氮唑和乙二胺四乙酸二钠混合均匀得到第一混合液,再将第一混合液与二丙二醇二甲醚、直链烷基苯磺酸钠、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、有机硅消泡剂和多元醇胺混合均匀得到第二混合液。通过进一步控制混料的顺序,提升得到清洗剂的均一性和稳定性。
在一些实施例中,还包括将第二混合液进行过滤之后装入气雾罐中,气雾罐的容积为100-950mL。气雾罐中按照料液与推进剂气体的质量比为4-9:1的气体用量进行充气;在50℃的条件下检测,气雾罐的填充内压小于或等于0.8MPa。将第二混合液装入气雾罐中,并通入推进剂形成清洗剂产品,便于储存运输。
本发明实施例中所提供的清洗剂可以在汽车化油器清洗中得到应用,其可以在常温条件下就能够取得较为理想的清洗效果,适合于推广应用。
以下结合实施例对本发明的特征和性能作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种水性清洗剂,按质量百分数计,包括直链烷基苯磺酸钠0.5%、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.2%、烷基糖苷10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1%、有机硅消泡剂0.5%、硅酸钠1%、碳酸钠12%、硫氰酸钾0.6%、柠檬酸钠0.9%、亚铁氰化钾0.3%、苯甲酸钠0.5%、苯并三氮唑2%、三乙醇胺8%、二丙二醇二甲醚5%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2%,余量为去离子水。
本实施例还提供一种水性清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数称取一定量的去离子水,加热至60℃,在搅拌的情况下,将上述各原料中的硅酸钠、碳酸钠、硫氰酸钾、柠檬酸钠、亚铁氰化钾、苯甲酸钠、苯并三氮唑和乙二胺四乙酸二钠添加到去离子水中,混合搅拌均匀制得第一混合液。
(2)向上述制得的第一混合液中加入二丙二醇二甲醚、直链烷基苯磺酸钠、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、有机硅消泡剂和多元醇胺混合搅拌均匀制得化油器清洗剂料液。
(3)将上述料液用300目的筛网过滤后装入气雾罐中,气雾罐的容积大致为450mL;使用配套的阀门,封口。按安全填充率(小于85%)充气,料液:推进剂气体=8:2,用(50±1)℃恒温水浴检测,填充内压≤0.8MPa。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种水性清洗剂,按质量百分数计,包括直链烷基苯磺酸钠0.2%、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.5%、烷基糖苷6%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、有机硅消泡剂0.6%、硅酸钠0.8%、碳酸钠10%、硫氰酸钾0.6%、柠檬酸钠0.6%、亚铁氰化钾0.3%、苯甲酸钠0.5%、苯并三氮唑2%、二乙醇胺7%、二丙二醇二甲醚4%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2%,余量为去离子水。
本实施例还提供一种水性清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数称取一定量的去离子水,加热至60℃,在搅拌的情况下,将上述各原料中的硅酸钠、碳酸钠、硫氰酸钾、柠檬酸钠、亚铁氰化钾、苯甲酸钠、苯并三氮唑和乙二胺四乙酸二钠添加到去离子水中,混合搅拌均匀制得第一混合液。
(2)向上述制得的第一混合液中加入二丙二醇二甲醚、直链烷基苯磺酸钠、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、有机硅消泡剂和多元醇胺混合搅拌均匀制得化油器清洗剂料液。
(3)将上述料液用400目的筛网过滤后装入气雾罐中,气雾罐的容积大致为950mL;使用配套的阀门,封口。按安全填充率(小于85%)充气,料液:推进剂气体=8.5:1.5,用(50±1)℃恒温水浴检测,填充内压≤0.8MPa。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种水性清洗剂,按质量百分数计,包括直链烷基苯磺酸钠1%、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.8%、烷基糖苷5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.5%、有机硅消泡剂0.7%、硅酸钠0.5%、碳酸钠8%、硫氰酸钾1%、柠檬酸钠1%、亚铁氰化钾0.5%、苯甲酸钠0.6%、苯并三氮唑2%、二乙醇胺6%、二丙二醇二甲醚5%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.8%,余量为去离子水。
本实施例还提供一种水性清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数称取一定量的去离子水,加热至60℃,在搅拌的情况下,将上述各原料中的硅酸钠、碳酸钠、硫氰酸钾、柠檬酸钠、亚铁氰化钾、苯甲酸钠、苯并三氮唑和乙二胺四乙酸二钠添加到去离子水中,混合搅拌均匀制得第一混合液。
(2)向上述制得的第一混合液中加入二丙二醇二甲醚、直链烷基苯磺酸钠、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、有机硅消泡剂和多元醇胺混合搅拌均匀制得化油器清洗剂料液。
(3)将上述料液用300目的筛网过滤后装入气雾罐中,气雾罐的容积大致为950mL;使用配套的阀门,封口。按安全填充率(小于85%)充气,料液:推进剂气体=9:1,用(50±1)℃恒温水浴检测,填充内压≤0.8MPa。

1.一种水性清洗剂,其特征在于,按质量百分数计,包括直链烷基苯磺酸钠0.2-1%、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.2-0.8%、烷基糖苷3-10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-2%、有机硅消泡剂0.5-1.5%、硅酸钠0.5-1%、碳酸钠5-15%、硫氰酸钾0.5-2%、柠檬酸钠0.5-1%、亚铁氰化钾0.2-1%、苯甲酸钠0.5-1%、苯并三氮唑2-5%、多元醇胺或单元醇胺5-8%、二丙二醇二甲醚2-10%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2-1%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述水性清洗剂,其特征在于,按质量百分数计,包括直链烷基苯磺酸钠0.3-0.7%、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.4-0.6%、烷基糖苷5-6%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-2%、有机硅消泡剂0.5-0.7%、硅酸钠0.7-0.9%、碳酸钠8-12%、硫氰酸钾0.6-1.0%、柠檬酸钠0.5-1%、亚铁氰化钾0.2-0.5%、苯甲酸钠0.5-0.6%、苯并三氮唑2-3%、多元醇胺或单元醇胺6-7%、二丙二醇二甲醚4-5%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2-0.8%,余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述水性清洗剂,其特征在于,多元醇胺或单元醇胺选自三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、乙醇胺中的至少一种。
4.一种权利要求1-3中任一项所述水性清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述清洗剂的组成进行配料并混合均匀。
5.根据权利要求4所述制备方法,其特征在于,包括将水升温至混料温度,再和其他原料混合均匀。
6.根据权利要求5所述制备方法,其特征在于,所述混料温度为40-80℃。
7.根据权利要求6所述制备方法,其特征在于,所述混料温度为50-70℃。
8.根据权利要求5-7中任一项所述制备方法,其特征在于,待水升温至所述混料温度之后,先和硅酸钠、碳酸钠、硫氰酸钾、柠檬酸钠、亚铁氰化钾、苯甲酸钠、苯并三氮唑和乙二胺四乙酸二钠混合均匀得到第一混合液,再将所述第一混合液与二丙二醇二甲醚、直链烷基苯磺酸钠、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、有机硅消泡剂、多元醇胺或单元醇胺混合均匀得到第二混合液。
9.根据权利要求8所述制备方法,其特征在于,还包括将所述第二混合液进行过滤之后装入气雾罐中,所述气雾罐的容积为100-950mL。
10.根据权利要求9所述制备方法,其特征在于,所述气雾罐中按照料液与推进剂气体的质量比为4-9:1的气体用量进行充气。
11.根据权利要求10所述制备方法,其特征在于,在50℃的条件下检测,所述气雾罐的填充内压小于或等于0.8MPa。
12.权利要求1-3中任一项所述水性清洗剂或权利要求4-11中任一项所述制备方法制备得到的水性清洗剂在汽车化油器清洗中的应用。
