Abstract
一种危险废物处置回转窑用高致密铬锆刚玉砖,属于耐火材料领域。铬锆刚玉砖按重量百分比各组份为:粒径≤3mm的氧化铬:1~10%;粒径≤3mm的氧化锆:1~10%;粒径≤0.004mm氧化铝微粉:5~15%;结合剂:1~5%;余量为粒径≤8mm的刚玉;将上述原料要求配比混合,于混炼机中制成泥料,在≥400吨的压力下成型,成型后砖坯于1500~1800℃的隧道窑或者梭式窑内烧成。优点在于,适用于各种规格危险废弃物处置用回转窑,产品使用寿命可达到6个月以上,对提高危险废弃物处置用回转窑运转率起到了非常积极的作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料领域,特别涉及一种危险废物处置回转窑用高致密铬锆刚玉砖。
背景技术
近年来随着我国危险废弃物处理项目大量建设,主体焚烧设备回转窑内衬以使用耐火砖为主,处理物料种类复杂,对耐火材料要求苛刻,耐火砖的使用寿命已成为危险废弃物处置运营管理中增加效益的关键。但是受原材料选择及生产工艺影响目前使用的耐火砖抗侵蚀、抗渗透、抗热震及高温耐磨综合性能偏低,无法保障回转窑长寿命高负荷运行。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种危险废物处置回转窑用高致密铬锆刚玉砖,解决了耐火砖抗侵蚀、抗渗透、抗热震及高温耐磨综合性能偏低的问题。尤其制备一种抗侵蚀、抗渗透、抗热震及高温耐磨等综合性能优良的高致密铬锆刚玉砖。
一种危险废物处置回转窑用高致密铬锆刚玉砖,按重量百分比各组份为:粒径≤3mm的氧化铬:其中Cr2O3≥98%,质量百分比为1~10%;粒径≤3mm的氧化锆:其中ZrO2≥98%,质量百分比为1~10%;粒径≤0.004mm氧化铝微粉:其中Al2O3≥99%,质量百分比为5~15%;结合剂:质量百分比为1~5%;余量为粒径≤8mm的刚玉:其中Al2O3≥94%。
所述结合剂为水玻璃、磷酸二氢铝、木质素等中的一种或几种。
将上述原料要求配比混合,于混炼机中制成泥料,在≥400吨的压力下成型,成型后砖坯于1500~1800℃的隧道窑或者梭式窑内烧成。
制备步骤如下:
1)配料:粒径≤3mm的氧化铬:1~10%;粒径≤3mm的氧化锆:1~10%;粒径≤0.004mm氧化铝微粉:5~15%;结合剂:1~5%;余量为粒径≤8mm的刚玉:其中Al2O3≥94%。
2)混炼:按配比称取各种原料,在混炼机中均匀混合得到泥料;
3)成型:混炼好的湿料困料1~24小时后压制成型,成型压力机吨位≥400吨;
4)干燥:在干燥窑干燥24小时以上,干燥入车口温度30~70℃,干燥最高温度控制在110~150℃。
5)烧成:在1500~1800℃高温隧道窑或者梭式窑中烧成。
高致密铬锆刚玉砖用于各种规格危险废弃物处置用回转窑中。
本发明的优点在于,适用于各种规格危险废弃物处置用回转窑,产品具有优异的抗侵蚀、抗渗透和热震稳定性好、高温耐磨性好,使用寿命可达到6个月以上,对提高危险废弃物处置用回转窑运转率起到了非常积极的作用。烧制成的高致密铬锆刚玉砖工艺简单性能优良。

将上述原料安要求配比混合,于混炼机中制成泥料,在≥400吨的压力下成型,成型后砖坯在1500-1800℃隧道窑或梭式窑中于烧成。

Claims (3)
1.一种危险废物处置回转窑用高致密铬锆刚玉砖,其特征在于,按重量百分比各组份为:粒径≤3mm的氧化铬:其中Cr2O3≥98%,质量百分比为1~10%;粒径≤3mm的氧化锆:其中ZrO2≥98%,质量百分比为1~10%;粒径≤0.004mm氧化铝微粉:其中Al2O3≥99%,质量百分比为5~15%;结合剂:质量百分比为1~5%;余量为粒径≤8mm的刚玉:其中Al2O3≥94%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铬锆刚玉砖,其特征在于,所述结合剂为水玻璃、磷酸二氢铝和木质素中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铬锆刚玉砖,其特征在于,所述铬锆刚玉砖的制备方法,具体步骤及参数如下:
1)配料:粒径≤3mm的氧化铬:1~10%;粒径≤3mm的氧化锆:1~10%;粒径≤0.004mm氧化铝微粉:5~15%;结合剂:1~5%;余量为粒径≤8mm的刚玉:其中Al2O3≥94%;
2)混炼:按配比称取各种原料,在混炼机中均匀混合得到泥料;
3)成型:混炼好的湿料困料1~24小时后压制成型,成型压力机吨位≥400吨;
4)干燥:在干燥窑干燥24小时以上,干燥入车口温度30~70℃,干燥最高温度控制在110~150℃;
5)烧成:在1500~1800℃高温隧道窑或者梭式窑中烧成。
