Abstract
本发明提出了一种弹性无纺布及其生产工艺,包括无纺布层,所述的无纺布层的上侧面上设有粘胶层,所述的粘胶层的表面设有第一薄膜层,所述的第一薄膜层上均匀分布有若干通孔,所述的第一薄膜层的表面设有弹性球体,所述的弹性球体对应设置在所述的通孔中,所述的弹性球体为球形结构,所述的第一薄膜层的表面依次复合有网眼布层、第二薄膜层,弹性球体设置在所述的第一薄膜层和网眼布层之间,第二薄膜层复合连接在网眼布层的表面。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种弹性无纺布及其生产工艺。
背景技术
无纺布在生活和工业上应用非常广泛,其中一种应用是把无纺布罩设或贴设在产品的表面来产品进行保护,但是,无纺布本身的防护性不是很好,对外界碰撞等的抵御能力不是很强。
发明内容
针对背景技术中指出的问题,本发明提出一种弹性无纺布及其生产工艺。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种弹性无纺布,包括无纺布层,所述的无纺布层的上侧面上设有粘胶层,所述的粘胶层的表面设有第一薄膜层,所述的第一薄膜层上均匀分布有若干通孔,所述的第一薄膜层的表面设有弹性球体,所述的弹性球体对应设置在所述的通孔中,所述的弹性球体为球形结构,所述的第一薄膜层的表面依次复合有网眼布层、第二薄膜层,弹性球体设置在所述的第一薄膜层和网眼布层之间,第二薄膜层复合连接在网眼布层的表面。
本发明进一步设置为,所述的弹性球体的直径大于所述的通孔的直径。
本发明进一步设置为,所述的弹性球体由橡胶材料制成。
一种弹性无纺布的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,对无纺布进行裁切,裁切出需要形状、大小的无纺布;
步骤二,把无纺布铺设工作台面上,工作台面水平设置,在无纺布的表面刷一层粘胶层;
步骤三,在粘胶层的表面复合一层第一薄膜层,第一薄膜层与粘胶层粘接固定,所述的第一薄膜层上分布有若干通孔;
步骤四,向第一薄膜层的表面抛洒弹性球体,所述的弹性球体为球形结构,弹性球体滚入第一薄膜层上的通孔中,弹性球体与粘胶层粘接固定连接;
步骤五,通过风扇对第一薄膜层上的弹性球进行吹风,通过风把第一薄膜层上没有滚入通孔中的弹性球体吹走;
步骤六,在第一薄膜层上设置一层网眼布层,网眼布层设置在第一薄膜层的表面,网眼布层把弹性球体罩设在其内;
步骤七,在网眼布层的表面设置一层第二薄膜层;
步骤八,通过真空吸膜的方式使第一薄膜层与第二薄膜层复合连接在一起,采用真空吸膜的方式前需要对第一薄膜层与第二薄膜层进行加热软化。
步骤九,得到成品弹性无纺布。
采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明所提供的弹性无纺布及其生产工艺,其能在无纺布的表面形成凸起的弹性球体结构,这样就能使得无纺布具有抵御外界碰撞的弹性能力,而且其生产工艺简单,且能生产出高质量的弹性无纺布。

一种弹性无纺布,包括无纺布层1,所述的无纺布层1的上侧面上设有粘胶层2,所述的粘胶层2的表面设有第一薄膜层3,所述的第一薄膜层3上均匀分布有若干通孔4,所述的第一薄膜层3的表面设有弹性球体5,所述的弹性球体5对应设置在所述的通孔4中,所述的弹性球体5为球形结构,所述的第一薄膜层3的表面依次复合有网眼布层6、第二薄膜层7,弹性球体5设置在所述的第一薄膜层3和网眼布层6之间,第二薄膜层7复合连接在网眼布层6的表面。
其中,所述的弹性球体5的直径大于所述的通孔4的直径。
其中,所述的弹性球体5由橡胶材料制成。
一种弹性无纺布的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,对无纺布进行裁切,裁切出需要形状、大小的无纺布;
步骤二,把无纺布铺设工作台面上,工作台面水平设置,在无纺布的表面刷一层粘胶层2;
步骤三,在粘胶层2的表面复合一层第一薄膜层3,第一薄膜层3与粘胶层2粘接固定,所述的第一薄膜层3上分布有若干通孔4;
步骤四,向第一薄膜层3的表面抛洒弹性球体5,所述的弹性球体5为球形结构,弹性球体5滚入第一薄膜层3上的通孔4中,弹性球体5与粘胶层2粘接固定连接;
步骤五,通过风扇对第一薄膜层3上的弹性球进行吹风,通过风把第一薄膜层3上没有滚入通孔4中的弹性球体5吹走;
步骤六,在第一薄膜层3上设置一层网眼布层6,网眼布层6设置在第一薄膜层3的表面,网眼布层6把弹性球体5罩设在其内;
步骤七,在网眼布层6的表面设置一层第二薄膜层7;
步骤八,通过真空吸膜的方式使第一薄膜层3与第二薄膜层7复合连接在一起,采用真空吸膜的方式前需要对第一薄膜层3与第二薄膜层7进行加热软化。
步骤九,得到成品弹性无纺布。
采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明所提供的弹性无纺布及其生产工艺,其能在无纺布的表面形成凸起的弹性球体5结构,这样就能使得无纺布具有抵御外界碰撞的弹性能力,而且其生产工艺简单,且能生产出高质量的弹性无纺布。

1.一种弹性无纺布,其特征在于:包括无纺布层,所述的无纺布层的上侧面上设有粘胶层,所述的粘胶层的表面设有第一薄膜层,所述的第一薄膜层上均匀分布有若干通孔,所述的第一薄膜层的表面设有弹性球体,所述的弹性球体对应设置在所述的通孔中,所述的弹性球体为球形结构,所述的第一薄膜层的表面依次复合有网眼布层、第二薄膜层,弹性球体设置在所述的第一薄膜层和网眼布层之间,第二薄膜层复合连接在网眼布层的表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性无纺布,其特征在于:所述的弹性球体的直径大于所述的通孔的直径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性无纺布,其特征在于:所述的弹性球体由橡胶材料制成。
4.一种弹性无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,对无纺布进行裁切,裁切出需要形状、大小的无纺布;
步骤二,把无纺布铺设工作台面上,工作台面水平设置,在无纺布的表面刷一层粘胶层;
步骤三,在粘胶层的表面复合一层第一薄膜层,第一薄膜层与粘胶层粘接固定,所述的第一薄膜层上分布有若干通孔;
步骤四,向第一薄膜层的表面抛洒弹性球体,所述的弹性球体为球形结构,弹性球体滚入第一薄膜层上的通孔中,弹性球体与粘胶层粘接固定连接;
步骤五,通过风扇对第一薄膜层上的弹性球进行吹风,通过风把第一薄膜层上没有滚入通孔中的弹性球体吹走;
步骤六,在第一薄膜层上设置一层网眼布层,网眼布层设置在第一薄膜层的表面,网眼布层把弹性球体罩设在其内;
步骤七,在网眼布层的表面设置一层第二薄膜层;
步骤八,通过真空吸膜的方式使第一薄膜层与第二薄膜层复合连接在一起,采用真空吸膜的方式前需要对第一薄膜层与第二薄膜层进行加热软化。
步骤九,得到成品弹性无纺布。
