本发明涉及面料领域,更具体的说是一种高性能复合纤维面料加工方法。
背景技术
复合面料是将一层或多层纺织材料、无纺材料及其他功能材料经粘结贴合而成的一种新型材料。适合做沙发,服装等纺织品,但是现有技术中的传统的复合面料仅仅是多层面料的叠加,防滑效果一般,并且现有技术中没有一种有效地提升复合纤维面料的防滑效果的方式。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种高性能复合纤维面料加工方法,其有益效果为可以将微型橡胶球均匀铺设在复合纤维面料内,提升复合纤维面料的防滑效果。
一种高性能复合纤维面料加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将竹纤维面料平铺在复合纤维面料加工装置上;
S2:在竹纤维面料的上侧涂抹一层胶水;
S3:将微型橡胶球均匀铺设在竹纤维面料的上侧;
S4:在竹纤维面料的上侧粘接一层涤纶面料;
S5:将竹纤维面料和涤纶面料压合在一起。
所述S2中在竹纤维面料的上侧涂抹一层1毫米的胶水。
所述S3中微型橡胶球呈矩形阵列排布。
所述S3中微型橡胶球呈菱形阵列排布。

一种高性能复合纤维面料加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将竹纤维面料平铺在复合纤维面料加工装置上;
S2:在竹纤维面料的上侧涂抹一层胶水;
S3:将微型橡胶球均匀铺设在竹纤维面料的上侧;
S4:在竹纤维面料的上侧粘接一层涤纶面料;
S5:将竹纤维面料和涤纶面料压合在一起。

由于复合纤维面料加工装置还包括间隔块203,每个条形槽204上均从前至后设置有多个间隔块203,多个间隔块203可以将条形槽204分成多个存储区域,使得每个存储区域仅可以储存一个微型橡胶球,进而使得每条条形槽204每次带动固定数量的微型橡胶球以相等的间距落在竹纤维面料的上侧,然后左右移动圆柱盒201,再在竹纤维面料的上侧的另一个区域落下固定数量的微型橡胶球,进而实现微型橡胶球呈矩形阵列排布在竹纤维面料的上侧。
如图2-12所示,这个例子解决了将胶水均匀涂抹在竹纤维面料的上侧的问题,
