Description

Oral care toothpaste containing periplaneta americana extract and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to an oral cleaning and nursing product and the technical field of production thereof, in particular to an oral nursing toothpaste containing periplaneta americana extract.
Background
Oral inflammation is a common disease, such as periodontitis, gingivitis, periodontal abscess, and maxillofacial space infection, which is not fatal, but causes physiological pain and psychological impact to humans. Dental caries, commonly known as decayed tooth, is a progressive lesion of hard tooth tissue. It is expressed as inorganic demineralization and organic matter decomposition. The currently accepted etiology of dental caries is the four-in-one theory, which mainly includes bacteria, oral environment, host and time. The occurrence of dental caries may further cause problems such as tooth loss or discoloration, decrease in masticatory function, and pulposis. Western medicines are mainly used for treating oral inflammation clinically, and although the method is quick in effect, bacteria can generate drug resistance.
The toothpaste is an indispensable oral cavity cleaning and nursing article in daily life of people, and has the basic functions of cleaning teeth, refreshing breath and protecting the oral cavity health. Along with the increasing health care consciousness of consumers, more requirements are put forward on toothpaste, and besides tooth cleaning, the toothpaste also has the functions of assisting in preventing oral diseases and having nursing and health care effects on the oral cavity. In recent years, with the development of the modernization technology of traditional Chinese medicines, the method for researching and utilizing the active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicines is well developed, which provides good technical support for the toothpaste to assist in preventing oral diseases by utilizing the active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicines.
Periplaneta americana belongs to the family Blattaria and is one of the three dominant species of Blatta. The periplaneta americana extract is clinically used for treating diseases such as scalds, burns, cardiovascular diseases and the like. The research shows that the periplaneta americana has the effects of resisting bacteria and inflammation, relieving swelling and pain, promoting tissue repair and enhancing immunity. The extract has strong inhibiting effect on gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria, so that bacteria in deep layer of bacterial plaque are inhibited during growth and reproduction, and the extract has certain preventing and treating effect on dental caries.

Comparative example 1
The comparative example provides an oral care toothpaste containing periplaneta americana extract and a preparation method thereof, and is different from example 1 in that the periplaneta americana extract is 0.5% by mass.
Comparative example 2
The comparative example provides an oral care toothpaste containing periplaneta americana extract and a method for preparing the same, which is different from example 1 in that an antibacterial agent is not added.
Bacteriostasis test
The toothpaste containing periplaneta americana extracts prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 acted on streptococcus mutans and lactobacillus (the main pathogenic bacteria of dental caries).
The test steps are as follows: enrichment culture is carried out, then 1g of the toothpaste prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 is added respectively, and the number of bacteria before and after comparison is detected through 2min of oscillation.
The test results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 evaluation of bacteriostatic results
Figure BDA0002938877460000091
Figure BDA0002938877460000101
As can be seen from the test results in Table 1, the toothpaste prepared in examples 1 to 3 has an excellent bacteriostatic effect on Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacillus, and the highest bacteriostatic rate can reach 91.25%. From the test results of the comparative examples, it can be seen that: when the addition amount of the periplaneta americana extract is not within the optimal proportion range specified by the invention, the bacteriostatic effect is deteriorated; when the antibacterial agent cetylpyridinium chloride is not added, the prepared toothpaste has poor antibacterial effect.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications and variations can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
