Abstract
本发明公开了一种内燃机双燃料系统,包括与发动机连接的LPG燃料部、汽油管路以及用于打开或关闭所述LPG燃料部、汽油管路的燃料选择控制部;所述LPG燃料部包括至少一个储气钢瓶,所述储气钢瓶的出气口连接有高压气管,所述高压气管连接有蒸发器,所述蒸发器通过低压气管与发动机连通,所述蒸发器上用于加热所述蒸发器的加热装置;所述汽油管路包括与油箱连通的进油管,所述进油管上连接有汽油泵,所述汽油泵的出油口通过燃油管与发动机连通,本申请通过设置LPG供应管路和汽油供应管路,两种燃料供应管路分别工作,因而可以准确为发动机提供相应的燃料,而且本申请的供应管路结构简单,易于安装。

技术领域
本发明涉及发动机燃料供应系统,具体是一种内燃机双燃料系统。
背景技术
LPG(液化石油气)叉车分为单、双燃料两种车型,单燃料叉车只能以LPG为燃料;双燃料叉车既能以LPG为燃料,也能以汽油为燃料,可以完成普通叉车的各种工况的应用,非常适用于有LPG加气站且气源充沛的地区。相比较柴油叉车,LPG优势在于大大减少废气排放,燃烧时极少积碳,发动机润滑状态好,可延长发动机的使用寿命。
但是现有的LPG叉车多为单燃料车型,双燃料车型结构复杂,燃料供管路繁琐,不够简洁,而且控制不准确。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种内燃机双燃料系统,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种内燃机双燃料系统,包括与发动机连接的LPG燃料部、汽油管路以及用于打开或关闭所述LPG燃料部、汽油管路的燃料选择控制部;
所述LPG燃料部包括至少一个储气钢瓶,所述储气钢瓶的出气口连接有高压气管,所述高压气管连接有蒸发器,所述蒸发器通过低压气管与发动机连通,所述蒸发器上用于加热所述蒸发器的加热装置;
所述汽油管路包括与油箱连通的进油管,所述进油管上连接有汽油泵,所述汽油泵的出油口通过燃油管与发动机连通。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述储气钢瓶设置两个,且两个储气钢瓶均连接有高压气管,所述高压气管通过快换接头与所述储气钢瓶可拆卸连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:多个所述高压气管之间通过四通接头连通,所述四通接头上连接有压力安全阀。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述加热装置为气化水路,所述气化水路包括与所述蒸发器连接的换热装置,所述换热装置一端通过热水管与发动机水套连通,另一端通过循环水管与发动机进水口连通。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述进油管与所述汽油泵之间设有过滤器,所述汽油泵的出油口连接有第二电磁阀,所述第二电磁阀与所述燃油管连通,所述第二电磁阀通过回油管与油箱连通。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述燃料选择控制部包括汽油选择开关、LPG选择开关。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述汽油选择开关与发动机ECU连通,所述发动机ECU与所述汽油泵连通。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述高压气管通过第一电磁阀与所述蒸发器连通,所述LPG选择开关与所述第一电磁阀连通。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述第一电磁阀前端设有低压警报器,所述低压警报器包括与所述LPG选择开关连通的低液位指示灯、低液位指示开关。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本申请通过设置LPG供应管路和汽油供应管路,两种燃料供应管路分别工作,因而可以准确为发动机提供相应的燃料,而且本申请的供应管路结构简单,易于安装;
2、本申请的LPG供应管路内的蒸发器处设置有加热装置,而且通过引入发动机冷却水对蒸发器进行加热,即有效的利用了发动机废热,同时还对蒸发后的LPG进行加热,使得蒸发后气态的LPG温度更改,更易于燃烧;
3、本申请还设有低压警报装置,实时监测供气管路的气压水平。当供气管路内的气压低于设定阈值是,能够提供低压警报,提示驾驶员补充燃气。

请参阅图1-5,本发明实施例中,一种内燃机双燃料系统,包括与发动机连接的LPG燃料部1、汽油管路2以及用于打开或关闭LPG燃料部1、汽油管路2的燃料选择控制部3。
LPG燃料部包括至少一个储气钢瓶111,储气钢瓶111的出气口连接有高压气管113,在本实施例中,储气钢瓶111设置两个,且两个储气钢瓶111均连接有高压气管113,高压气管113通过快换接头112与储气钢瓶111可拆卸连接,多个高压气管113之间通过四通接头118连通,四通接头118上连接有压力安全阀。高压气管113连接有蒸发器117,高压气管113通过第一电磁阀116与蒸发器117连通,第一电磁阀116前端设有低压警报器115,蒸发器117通过低压气管114与发动机连通,蒸发器117上用于加热蒸发器117的加热装置,在本实施例中,加热装置为气化水路12,气化水路12包括与蒸发器117连接的换热装置,换热装置一端通过热水管121与发动机水套连通,另一端通过循环水管122与发动机进水口连通。
汽油管路2包括与油箱连通的进油管24,进油管24上连接有汽油泵21,汽油泵21的出油口通过燃油管25与发动机连通,进油管24与汽油泵21之间设有过滤器22,汽油泵21的出油口连接有第二电磁阀23,第二电磁阀23与燃油管25连通,第二电磁阀23通过回油管26与油箱连通。
燃料选择控制部3包括汽油选择开关31、LPG选择开关33,汽油选择开关31与发动机ECU32连通,发动机ECU32与汽油泵21连通,LPG选择开关33与第一电磁阀116连通,低压警报器115包括与LPG选择开关连通的低液位指示灯34、低液位指示开关35。
当采用LPG作为发电机燃料时,开启LPG选择开关33,通过LPG选择开关33开启第一电磁阀116,此时LPG燃料管路11连通,存储在储气钢瓶111中的LPG通过高压气管113、连通管118、低压警报器115、第一电磁阀116进入到蒸发器117中,本实施例中的蒸发器117具有过滤功能,LPG进入蒸发器117中后有液态变成气态,在蒸发的过程中,通过气化水路12从发动机冷却系统引来的热水对蒸发过程中的LPG进行加热,使得LPG蒸发后变气态,然后再通过低压气管114进入到发动机内工发动机工作,此外为了更好的人机交互,增加了低液位指示灯34和低液位指示开关35,当液位较低时,低液位指示开关35闭合,低液位指示灯34亮,提示操作者及时补充燃料。
当采用汽油作为燃料时,关闭LPG选择开关33,并打开汽油选择开关31,此时发动机ECU32接收到汽油选择开关31的信号后打开汽油泵21,同时开启第二电磁阀23,使得汽油泵21通过第二电磁阀23、燃油管25将汽油泵到发动机中,同时在汽油管路中还设有过滤器22,通过过滤器22对汽油进行过滤,在第二电磁阀23上还连通有回油管26,所述回油管26与油箱连通,当泵出的汽油过多时,通过第二电磁阀23将汽油泵21与回油管26连通,使得多余的汽油经回油管26返回油箱。

1.一种内燃机双燃料系统,其特征在于,包括与发动机连接的LPG燃料部(1)、汽油管路(2)以及用于打开或关闭所述LPG燃料部(1)、汽油管路(2)的燃料选择控制部(3);
所述LPG燃料部包括至少一个储气钢瓶(111),所述储气钢瓶(111)的出气口连接有高压气管(113),所述高压气管(113)连接有蒸发器(117),所述蒸发器(117)通过低压气管(114)与发动机连通,所述蒸发器(117)上用于加热所述蒸发器(117)的加热装置;
所述汽油管路(2)包括与油箱连通的进油管(24),所述进油管(24)上连接有汽油泵(21),所述汽油泵(21)的出油口通过燃油管(25)与发动机连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内燃机双燃料系统,其特征在于,所述储气钢瓶(111)设置两个,且两个储气钢瓶(111)均连接有高压气管(113),所述高压气管(113)通过快换接头(112)与所述储气钢瓶(111)可拆卸连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种内燃机双燃料系统,其特征在于,多个所述高压气管(113)之间通过四通接头(118)连通,所述四通接头(118)上连接有压力安全阀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种内燃机双燃料系统,其特征在于,所述加热装置为气化水路(12),所述气化水路(12)包括与所述蒸发器(117)连接的换热装置,所述换热装置一端通过热水管(121)与发动机水套连通,另一端通过循环水管(122)与发动机进水口连通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种内燃机双燃料系统,其特征在于,所述进油管(24)与所述汽油泵(21)之间设有过滤器(22),所述汽油泵(21)的出油口连接有第二电磁阀(23),所述第二电磁阀(23)与所述燃油管(25)连通,所述第二电磁阀(23)通过回油管(26)与油箱连通。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种内燃机双燃料系统,其特征在于,所述燃料选择控制部(3)包括汽油选择开关(31)、LPG选择开关(33)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种内燃机双燃料系统,其特征在于,所述汽油选择开关(31)与发动机ECU(32)连通,所述发动机ECU(32)与所述汽油泵(21)连通。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种内燃机双燃料系统,其特征在于,所述高压气管(113)通过第一电磁阀(116)与所述蒸发器(117)连通,所述LPG选择开关(33)与所述第一电磁阀(116)连通。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种内燃机双燃料系统,其特征在于,所述第一电磁阀(116)前端设有低压警报器(115),所述低压警报器(115)包括与所述LPG选择开关连通的低液位指示灯(34)、低液位指示开关(35)。
