If the shared bicycle 11 is parked on the bracket 3 with the top surface flush with the ground 10, before the shared bicycle 11 is parked, a 'parking' button on a three-dimensional parking garage of the shared bicycle is pressed, please refer to fig. 7, a motor 15 on a winch is started, the motor 15 drives a first winding drum 14-2 and a second winding drum 14-3 of the winch to synchronously rotate through a speed reducer 13, the first winding drum 14-2 and the second winding drum 14-3 synchronously wind two steel wire ropes 8 positioned at the front side and the rear side of the length direction of the bracket 3, the steel wire ropes 8 pull a series of brackets 3 arranged in parallel to move upwards, when the carrier 3 below the ground 10 where the shared bicycle 11 is not parked moves up to have its top surface flush with the ground 10, the control system of the shared bicycle parking garage automatically stops the motor 15 of the hoist, thereby stopping the cradle 3 at a position where its top surface is flush with the floor 10.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the shared bicycle 11 is taken out, if the shared bicycle 11 is already on the bracket 3 with the top surface flush with the ground 10, the front wheel of the shared bicycle 11 is firstly withdrawn from the clamping slot 6-3 of the lower connecting arm 6 in the backward direction (the backward direction is the direction opposite to the moving direction of the shared bicycle 11 during normal riding), and simultaneously the front and rear wheels of the shared bicycle 11 are rolled out of the wheel positioning pit 3-1, and then the shared bicycle 11 is pushed away from the bracket 3. If the shared bicycle 11 is not present on the rack 3 with the top surface flush with the ground 10, first, a "take out" button on the shared bicycle three-dimensional parking garage is pressed, please refer to fig. 7, a motor 15 on the winch is started, the motor 15 drives a first winding drum 14-2 and a second winding drum 14-3 of the winch to synchronously rotate through a speed reducer 13, the first winding drum 14-2 and the second winding drum 14-3 synchronously release two steel wire ropes 8 located at the front side and the rear side of the length direction of the rack 3, a series of parallel racks 3 move downwards, when the rack 3 with the shared bicycle 11 thereon above the ground 10 moves downwards to the top surface flush with the ground 10, a control system of the shared bicycle three-dimensional parking garage automatically stops the motor 15 on the winch, so that the rack 3 stops at the position with the top surface flush with the ground 10.
The rack 1 below the floor 10 is a housing portion for housing the rack 3, and the rack 1 in this portion has a function of housing the rack 3. Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the arm assembly moved under the floor 10 can be folded and folded by the relative rotation of the upper connecting arm 5 and the lower connecting arm 6 under the action of pressure, so that the distance between two adjacent brackets 3 moved under the floor 10 is reduced to achieve mutual approaching, and the brackets 3 are accommodated in the accommodating part of the rack 1 under the floor 10. When the cable 8 pulls a series of parallel arranged brackets 3 upwards, the folded connecting arm assemblies are re-opened under the action of pulling force, so that the distance between two adjacent brackets 3 moving above the ground 10 reaches the height of the shared bicycle 11.
In addition, please refer to fig. 2, the shared bicycle parking space of the present embodiment further includes a cover plate 18 adapted to be coupled to the parking frame 1 so as to cover the rack 3 and the shared bicycle 11 on the rack 3 from both sides of the rack 3 in the length direction. And the cover plate 18 does not cover the bracket 3 flush with the ground 10 on the rack 1 and the shared bicycle 11 placed on the bracket 3, thereby avoiding the cover plate 18 from interfering with the parking and taking of the shared bicycle 11 by people.
It should be noted that, in consideration of the convenience of maintenance, the part of the rack 1 buried under the ground 10 in the present embodiment may be replaced by a load-bearing base provided at the bottom of the rack 1, and the load-bearing base does not accommodate the bracket 3, but an accommodating part covered with the cover plate 18 and capable of accommodating the bracket 3 is provided at the part of the rack 1 located above the ground 10 and close to the ground 10. In this case, the cover 18 on the same side of the rack 1 includes an upper cover and a lower cover adapted to expose a space for people to take or park the shared bicycle 11, that is, a portion embedded under the ground 10 in the prior art is disposed on the ground 10, and people can only see the bracket 3 corresponding to the portion of the rack 1 located between the upper cover and the lower cover when taking or parking the shared bicycle 11. The significance of this is that during maintenance, the part below the ground 10 does not need to be taken into account. Make people need lift certain height with sharing bicycle 11 at the in-process of parking and taking sharing bicycle 11 under such design structure, be higher than the height of lower apron specifically, so that what this structure was compared that this embodiment figure shows buries sharing bicycle three-dimensional parking storehouse part underground below ground 10 and overhauls conveniently, but has the problem of parking and taking sharing bicycle 11 and need lift certain height. The problem of raising a certain height here can be through setting up the use platform that is the slope and step with ground 10 at the lower apron circumference side of storehouse frame 1, and the height of this use platform can be leveled or slightly less than the height of lower apron with the height of lower apron to solve the inconvenient problem of use because the existence of above-mentioned height produces.
In addition, in consideration of convenience of maintenance, a maintenance pit may be excavated beside the portion of the racks 1 buried under the ground 10 (i.e., on both sides of the bracket 3 in the longitudinal direction), so that the portion of the racks 1 under the ground 10 and the bracket 3 accommodated therein are exposed in the maintenance pit. The access pit is excavated downward from the ground 10, and an access pit opening on the ground 10 is covered with an opening cover at ordinary times, and the opening cover is flush with the ground 10 so as to park and take the shared bicycle 11. And opening the pit cover during maintenance, and allowing a maintainer to go down to the maintenance pit to implement maintenance.
In summary, for the shared bicycle three-dimensional parking garage of the present embodiment:
the shared bicycle three-dimensional parking garage is provided with 5 brackets 3 which are vertically arranged in parallel, so that the shared bicycles 11 can be parked in the air at 5 layers, and the floor area for parking the shared bicycles 11 is greatly reduced; the bicycle sharing parking lot is provided with the parking lot frame 1 and the cover plate 18, so that the shared bicycles 11 parked in the shared bicycle three-dimensional parking lot can be protected from being exposed to the sun and rain, and the appearance of the shared bicycle three-dimensional parking lot is neat and attractive; and the connecting arm component moving to the lower part of the ground 10 can be folded, so that the two adjacent brackets 3 moving to the lower part of the ground 10 are close to each other, and the space of the shared bicycle three-dimensional parking garage, which is positioned below the ground 10, is greatly reduced.
Example 2:
referring to fig. 5, a torsion spring 7 is disposed at a hinge joint of an upper connecting arm 5 and a lower connecting arm 6 of the connecting arm, so that the upper connecting arm 5 and the lower connecting arm 6 can be more reliably rotated and folded under the action of the elastic force of the torsion spring 7. That is, the link arm assembly can be folded together more reliably by the elastic force of the torsion spring 7.
The working process and working principle of the folding and folding of the connecting arm assembly are explained below.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 5, if the lowest tray 3 that has moved to the bottom of the floor 10 moves downward again, the bottom surface of the tray contacts the bottom surface of the rack 1, and the lowest tray 3 is supported by the bottom surface of the rack 1 and stops moving downward. At this time, if the other tray 3 still needs to be moved downward, the connecting arm assembly hinged between the lowermost tray 3 and the next lowermost tray 3 is folded and folded by the elastic force of the torsion spring 7 so that the tray 3 arranged at the next lowermost is still able to be moved downward until the tray 3 arranged at the next lowermost is held and stopped by the tray 3 arranged at the lowermost. If the remaining carriages 3 still need to be moved downwards, the connecting arm assembly hinged above the next lowermost carriage 3 will also fold up so that the remaining carriages 3 can still be moved downwards. This continues until all the link arm assemblies hinged between the brackets 3 are folded together, at which point the top surface of the uppermost bracket 3 is exactly level with the floor 10.
