Abstract
本发明提供一种防白蚁水性涂料,所述防白蚁水性涂料由下述重量百分比含量的组分构成:有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液50~80%,胺改性丙烯酸酯分散剂1~10%,防白蚁剂5~10%,消泡剂0.01~1%,水0.1~30%。本发明的涂料中添加了有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液,使涂料具有附着力,易于涂覆至木材上,且使涂料具有耐冲击性、耐水性和耐化学性;发明的涂料中添加了防白蚁剂,防虫蚁效果好,且对人、宠物毒性低;本发明的涂料可采用琨涂、喷涂、真空喷涂、淋涂、浸涂、旋涂、抽涂等方式涂布于木质材料上,适合快速生产,可有效提高生产效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及紫外光固化涂料领域,特别涉及一种防白蚁水性涂料,以及该水性涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
木制品由于其自身吸引虫蚁的特性,致使木制品容易受到虫蚁的啃食等,从而使木制品损坏。为了避免这种情况发生,目前采用的方法主要是向木材中添加重金属药水,或者火焰碳化。然而,上述两种方法毒害性大,且不美观。尤其对于名贵木材来说,其很大程度上损害了木材外观的充分展现。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供防白蚁水性涂料,其对木材的毒性小且不会影响木材的美观。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种防白蚁水性涂料,所述防白蚁水性涂料由下述重量百分比含量的组分构成:有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液50~80%,胺改性丙烯酸酯分散剂1~10%,防白蚁剂5~10%,消泡剂0.01~1%,水0.1~30%。
进一步的,所述防白蚁助剂为糊精、氯菊酯、功夫菊酯、联苯菊酯、胡椒丁醚、樟脑、吡虫、乙二醇丁醚制成。
所述防白蚁助剂质量份为糊精0.8~1.2份、氯菊酯0.02~0.04份、功夫菊酯0.01~0.03份、联苯菊酯0.01~0.03份、胡椒丁醚0.08~0.12份、樟脑0.02~0.04份、吡虫0.01~0.02份、乙二醇丁醚4~6份。
所述消泡剂为含气相二氧化硅的聚醚硅氧烷共聚物乳液。
为了实现上述目的,本发明还提供制备该防白蚁水性涂料的制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1分散处理、在有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液中加入胺改性丙烯酸酯分散剂,对搅拌罐进行搅拌,制成分散溶液;
S2消泡处理、在搅拌状态下,在所述分散溶液中加入防白蚁剂和消泡剂,进行搅拌,获得消泡溶液;
S3粘度调整、在所述消泡溶液中添加水,并继续搅拌,调整粘度。
进一步的,所述搅拌罐温度为40℃~60℃;所述搅拌的速度为200rpm~400rpm。
所述粘度值辊涂为600mPa·s~2000mPa·s,淋涂为200mPa·s~600mPa·s,喷涂为30mPa·s~100mPa·s。
上述用于木制品的防白蚁水性涂料的涂装方法,是将上述水性涂料采用辊涂、喷涂(包括静电喷涂)、真空喷涂、淋涂、浸涂、旋涂、抽涂等方式涂布于木制品上,经热风机固化后,再,在流水线上直接成品包装,得到具有防白蚁效果的木制品。
一种用于木制品的水性防白蚁涂料的涂装方法,具体包括下列步骤:
1)对木制品进行打磨;
2)将打磨完成的木制品进行除尘处理;
3)采用喷涂的方式对第2)步得到木制品上涂布获得的水性防白蚁涂料,经热风机烘干,两段式烘干,第一段烘干温度50℃,时间2min。第二段烘干温度80℃,时间3min。
相比于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明的涂料中添加了有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液,使涂料具有附着力,易于涂覆至木材上,且使涂料具有耐冲击性、耐水性和耐化学性。
2、本发明的涂料中添加了防白蚁剂,防虫蚁效果好,且对人、宠物毒性低。
3、本发明的涂料可采用琨涂、喷涂、真空喷涂、淋涂、浸涂、旋涂、抽涂等方式涂布于木质材料上,适合快速生产,可有效提高生产效率。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明作进一步的详细说明,以使本领域技术人员能够充分理解本发明的技术内容。应当说明的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明的防白蚁水性涂料由下述重量百分比含量的组分构成:有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液50~80%,胺改性丙烯酸酯分散剂1~10%,防白蚁剂5~10%,消泡剂0.01~1%,水0.1~30%。
其中,防白蚁助剂由糊精、氯菊酯、功夫菊酯、联苯菊酯、胡椒丁醚、樟脑、吡虫和乙二醇丁醚制成。该防白蚁助剂质量份为糊精0.8~1.2份、氯菊酯0.02~0.04份、功夫菊酯0.01~0.03份、联苯菊酯0.01~0.03份、胡椒丁醚0.08~0.12份、樟脑0.02~0.04份、吡虫0.01~0.02份、乙二醇丁醚4~6份。
实施例一:
首先配制防白蚁助剂:糊精1kg、氯菊酯0.03kg、功夫菊酯0.02kg、联苯菊酯0.02kg、胡椒丁醚0.1kg、樟脑0.03kg、吡虫0.01kg、乙二醇丁醚5kg,共两组备用。
S1、在50kg的有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液中加入10kg的胺改性丙烯酸酯分散剂,进行搅拌,从而制成分散溶液。
S2、在搅拌状态下,在分散溶液中加入10kg的防白蚁剂和0.01kg的消泡剂,进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后获得消泡溶液。
S3、在消泡溶液中加入29.99kg,调整至喷涂粘度75mPa·s,获得防白蚁水性涂料。
实施例二:
首先配制防白蚁助剂:糊精0.8kg、氯菊酯0.02kg、功夫菊酯0.01kg、联苯菊酯0.01kg、胡椒丁醚0.08kg、樟脑0.02kg、吡虫0.02kg、乙二醇丁醚4kg,共两组组备用。
S1、在55kg的有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液中加入5%的胺改性丙烯酸酯分散剂,进行搅拌,从而制成分散溶液。
S2、在搅拌状态下,在分散溶液中加入9kg的防白蚁剂和1kg的消泡剂,进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后获得消泡溶液。
S3、在消泡溶液中加入30kg,调整至淋涂粘度400mPa·s,获得防白蚁水性涂料。
实施例三:
首先配制防白蚁助剂:糊精1.2kg、氯菊酯0.04kg、功夫菊酯0.03kg、联苯菊酯0.03kg、胡椒丁醚0.12kg、樟脑0.04kg、吡虫0.02kg、乙二醇丁醚6kg,共一组备用。
S1、在60kg的有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液中加入5kg的胺改性丙烯酸酯分散剂,进行搅拌,从而制成分散溶液。
S2、在搅拌状态下,在分散溶液中加入7kg的防白蚁剂和0.5kg的消泡剂,进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后获得消泡溶液。
S3、在消泡溶液中加入水27.5kg,调整至辊涂粘度1000mPa·s,获得防白蚁水性涂料。
实施例四:
首先配制防白蚁助剂:糊精1.1kg、氯菊酯0.04kg、功夫菊酯0.03kg、联苯菊酯0.03kg、胡椒丁醚0.12kg、樟脑0.04kg、吡虫0.02kg、乙二醇丁醚5.5kg,共一组备用。
S1、在80kg的有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液中加入1kg的胺改性丙烯酸酯分散剂,进行搅拌,从而制成分散溶液。
S2、在搅拌状态下,在分散溶液中加入5kg的防白蚁剂和0.5kg的消泡剂,进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后获得消泡溶液。
S3、在消泡溶液中加入水13.5kg,调整至辊涂粘度1600mPa·s,获得防白蚁水性涂料。
上述四实施制得的水性防白蚁涂料,按照下述步骤进行喷涂、淋涂和辊涂:
1)对木制品进行打磨;
2)将打磨完成的木制品进行除尘处理;
3)采用喷涂的方式对第2)步得到木制品上涂布实施例一至四获得的水性防白蚁涂料,经热风机烘干,两段式烘干,第一段烘干温度50℃,时间2min;第二段烘干温度80℃,时间3min。均具有较好附着力,且易于涂覆至木材上。
需要指出的是,上述较佳实施例仅为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种防白蚁水性涂料,其特征在于:所述防白蚁水性涂料由下述重量百分比含量的组分构成:有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液50~80%,胺改性丙烯酸酯分散剂1~10%,防白蚁剂5~10%,消泡剂0.01~1%,水0.1~30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述防白蚁水性涂料,其特征在于:所述防白蚁助剂为糊精、氯菊酯、功夫菊酯、联苯菊酯、胡椒丁醚、樟脑、吡虫、乙二醇丁醚制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述防白蚁水性涂料,其特征在于:所述防白蚁助剂质量份为糊精0.8~1.2份、氯菊酯0.02~0.04份、功夫菊酯0.01~0.03份、联苯菊酯0.01~0.03份、胡椒丁醚0.08~0.12份、樟脑0.02~0.04份、吡虫0.01~0.02份、乙二醇丁醚4~6份。
4.根据权利要求1所述防白蚁水性涂料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为含气相二氧化硅的聚醚硅氧烷共聚物乳液。
5.根据权利要求1所述防白蚁水性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1分散处理、在有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液中加入胺改性丙烯酸酯分散剂,对搅拌罐进行搅拌,制成分散溶液;
S2消泡处理、在搅拌状态下,在所述分散溶液中加入防白蚁剂和消泡剂,进行搅拌,获得消泡溶液;
S3粘度调整、在所述消泡溶液中添加水,并继续搅拌,调整粘度。
6.根据权利要求5所述防白蚁水性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述搅拌罐温度为40℃~60℃;所述搅拌的速度为200rpm~400rpm。
7.根据权利要求5所述防白蚁水性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:辊涂所述粘度值为600mPa·s~2000mPa·s。
8.根据权利要求5所述防白蚁水性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:淋涂所述粘度值为200mPa·s~600mPa·s。
9.根据权利要求5所述防白蚁水性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:喷涂所述粘度值为30mPa·s~100mPa·s。
