The embodiment of the application drives the first power part 1 to horizontally reciprocate through the second power part 2, so that the movable conveying rail 4 of the conveying mechanism connected with the first power part 1 through the transmission mechanism 3 horizontally reciprocates relative to the fixed conveying rail 5, meanwhile, the first driving part can drive the transmission mechanism 3 to reciprocate up and down, the movable conveying rail 4 of the conveying mechanism connected with the transmission mechanism 3 is driven to reciprocate up and down relative to the fixed conveying rail 5, the bullet placed at the first position of the fixed conveying rail 5 is conveyed to the second position of the fixed conveying rail 5 under the vector combination effect of the vertical reciprocating motion and the horizontal reciprocating motion of the movable conveying rail 4, and long-distance conveying of the bullet is realized in the production and detection processes of a production line.

Claims (10)
1. A bullet delivery device comprising:
the conveying mechanism is in transmission connection with the power output end of the transmission mechanism;
the power part comprises a first power part for driving the transmission mechanism to reciprocate up and down and a second power part for driving the first power part to reciprocate horizontally;
the first power part is fixedly connected with the first sliding block of the second power part through a first mounting plate;
the transmission mechanism is in transmission connection with the power output end of the first power piece;
the conveying mechanism comprises a fixed conveying rail and a movable conveying rail which moves relative to the fixed conveying rail;
the movable conveying rail is in transmission connection with a power output end of the transmission mechanism;
the upper ends of the fixed conveying rail and the movable conveying rail are provided with grooves for placing bullets.
2. The bullet delivery device of claim 1 wherein said drive mechanism includes a second mounting plate fixedly attached to said second slide of said first power member and a connecting plate connecting said second mounting plate to said movable conveyor rail.
3. The bullet delivering device according to claim 1, wherein a guide plate and a distance adjusting mechanism are respectively provided on both sides of the delivering mechanism;
and the guide plate is provided with a through hole in transmission connection with the distance adjusting rod of the distance adjusting mechanism.
4. The bullet delivery device of claim 3 wherein said guide plates comprise a closed first guide plate and a second guide plate defining a detection port.
5. The bullet delivery device of claim 4, further comprising a first camera;
the first camera device is arranged opposite to the detection port;
the first camera device is arranged on the outer side of the conveying mechanism.
6. The bullet delivery device of claim 4, further comprising a second camera;
the second imaging device is disposed right above the conveying mechanism that is closed and clamped by the first guide plate.
7. The bullet delivering device according to claim 1, wherein a rotating member for rolling and rotating the bullets is provided in the fixed delivering rail.
8. The bullet delivery device of claim 7 wherein said rotation assembly comprises a roller set, a gear set, a first support base, and a drive assembly;
the roller group comprises a pair of rollers;
the gear set comprises a first gear, a second gear and a third gear, wherein the first gear is in transmission connection with the driving assembly through a belt, the second gear is meshed with the first gear at the same time, and the tops of the second gear and the third gear are positioned on the same horizontal plane;
the first gear, the second gear and the third gear are respectively connected with the first supporting seat through rotating shafts;
the roller is respectively coaxially connected with the second gear and the third gear through the rotating shaft.
9. The bullet delivery device of claim 8 further comprising a third camera;
the third camera device is arranged right above the rotating assembly.
10. The bullet delivering device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the fixed delivering rail comprises a first supporting plate with a hollow middle part, at least one second supporting plate with a first groove matching with the shape of the bullet, a third supporting plate with a second groove facilitating the sliding of the bullet along the axis of the bullet, and a second supporting seat supporting the first supporting plate, the second supporting plate and the third supporting plate;
the movable conveying rail comprises two groups of fourth supporting plates which are respectively arranged at two sides of the fixed conveying rail, and a bottom plate which is connected with the two groups of fourth supporting plates;
the bottom plate is provided with a movable opening passing through the second supporting seat;
the bottom plate is in transmission connection with the power output end of the transmission mechanism.
