Abstract

本发明提出了一种顶墙用蜂窝板,包括面板、背板和蜂窝芯,所述背板与所述面板相扣合,在两者之间形成腔室,所述蜂窝芯设置于腔室内,所述面板两侧对称设置有向上弯折的折边,所述折边为双层结构,所述折边的内侧设有龙骨限位部,所述龙骨限位部的上端面具有限位面,所述折边插入龙骨的卡槽时,所述限位面的上端面与龙骨的底部相抵靠。通过设置龙骨限位部,可以和三角龙骨整条贴合,蜂窝板可以保持板面平整。通过把薄铝板折弯贴合为双层铝结构,增加造型强度,两边可以采用比市面上薄一半的铝板做出同样的效果和强度,从而降低一半铝板材料成本。

Description

一种顶墙用蜂窝板
【技术领域】
本发明涉及建材的技术领域,特别是一种顶墙用蜂窝板。
【背景技术】
现有技术中,顶墙用蜂窝板多采用图1所示的结构,包括面板1、折边2、背板5和蜂窝芯6,当折边与三角龙骨相插接时,无法保证三角龙骨与面板呈相贴合的状态,这样在安装后会造成相邻的两个面板的下端面相交错,造成不平整的问题。
此外,现有的顶墙用蜂窝板多采用厚铝板做蜂窝板,如图1所示,铝面板包括面板1和两侧的折边2,其中,折边用于与三角龙骨相卡接固定,当折边厚度过小时,夹紧力过小,卡接不够牢固,易脱落。为了保证顶墙板与三角龙骨装配后能够卡接牢固,因此需要折边的厚度足够大(约0.5mm),但是现有的一体式的铝面板结构的面板与折边的厚度一致,成本较高。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种顶墙用蜂窝板,能够使蜂窝板安装后保持板面平整,而且能够增加造型强度,降低材料成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种顶墙用蜂窝板,包括面板、背板和蜂窝芯,所述背板与所述面板相扣合,在两者之间形成腔室,所述蜂窝芯设置于腔室内,所述面板两侧对称设置有向上弯折的折边,所述折边为双层结构,所述折边的内侧设有龙骨限位部,所述龙骨限位部的上端面具有限位面,所述折边插入龙骨的卡槽时,所述限位面的上端面与龙骨的底部相抵靠。
作为优选,所述折边包括外层边和内层边,所述外层边由面板的两侧向上延伸弯折而成,所述内层边由外层边的顶部向下延伸弯折而成。
作为优选,所述内层边的顶部具有弯折的凸起部,且内层边下部的外壁与外层边的内壁相贴靠。
作为优选,所述龙骨限位部还包括斜面和L形支撑面,所述限位面的一侧延伸有向下弯折的限位面,所述限位面的底部与内层边的底部相连,所述限位面的另一侧延伸有L形支撑面,所述L形支撑面的下端面与面板的上端面相抵。
作为优选,所述L形支撑面背向折边的一侧延伸有向上弯折的第一合板卡边,所述第一合板卡边呈倾斜状。
作为优选,所述背板的两侧分别延伸有向下弯折的第二合板卡边,所述第二合板卡边呈倾斜状。
作为优选,所述面板与折边、龙骨限位部、第一合板卡边冷折弯一体成型,所述背板与第二合板卡边冷折弯一体成型。
作为优选,所述背板的上端面与面板的下端面之间的距离为a,所述折边的顶部与面板的下端面之间的距离为b,且b≤a。
作为优选,所述蜂窝芯的上端面、下端面分别通过胶水层与面板、背板相连接。
本发明的有益效果:
1、通过设置龙骨限位部,可以和三角龙骨整条贴合,蜂窝板可以保持板面平整。
2、通过把薄铝板折弯贴合为双层铝结构,增加造型强度,两边可以采用比市面上薄一半的铝板做出同样的效果和强度,从而降低一半铝板材料成本。
3、通过将折边的高度设置为与背板平面一样平或略低于背板,可以降低包装厚度、包装成本及运输成本。
4、面板、背板的侧面分别做斜面结构,在生产过程中方便合板。

【具体实施方式】
参阅图2至图6,本发明一种顶墙用蜂窝板,包括面板1、背板5和蜂窝芯6,所述背板5与所述面板1相扣合,在两者之间形成腔室,所述蜂窝芯6设置于腔室内,所述面板1两侧对称设置有向上弯折的折边2,所述折边2为双层结构,所述折边2的内侧设有龙骨限位部4,所述龙骨限位部4的上端面具有限位面42,所述折边2插入龙骨的卡槽时,所述限位面42的上端面与龙骨的底部相抵靠,可以使蜂窝板保持板面平整,其中限位面42与面板1之间的距离d可以根据需要进行设置。
进一步地,参阅图4,所述折边2包括外层边21和内层边22,所述外层边21由面板1的两侧向上延伸弯折而成,所述内层边22由外层边21的顶部向下延伸弯折而成。通过把薄铝板折弯贴合为双层铝结构,增加造型强度,两边可以采用比市面上薄一半的铝板做出同样的效果和强度,从而降低一半铝板材料成本。
更进一步地,参阅图4,在本实施例中,所述内层边22的顶部具有弯折的凸起部221,且内层边22下部的外壁与外层边21的内壁相贴靠。所述凸起部221呈倒L字形,所述凸起部221的两端与所述外层边21的内壁相抵靠,在两者之间形成三角形状的空腔,该凸起部221能够与三角龙骨相卡接配合,避免轻易脱落,并且在凸起部221的上方形成一倾斜的导入面,便于与三角龙骨进行卡接。
进一步地,所述龙骨限位部4还包括斜面41和L形支撑面43,所述限位面42的一侧延伸有向下弯折的限位面42,所述限位面42的底部与内层边22的底部相连,所述限位面42的另一侧延伸有L形支撑面43,所述L形支撑面43的下端面与面板1的上端面相抵,能够增强龙骨限位部4的支撑稳定性。
进一步地,参阅图5,所述L形支撑面43背向折边2的一侧延伸有向上弯折的第一合板卡边3,所述第一合板卡边3呈倾斜状,两个第一合板卡边3之间的距离自上至下逐渐增大。所述背板5的两侧分别延伸有向下弯折的第二合板卡边51,所述第二合板卡边51呈倾斜状,两个第二合板卡边51之间的距离自上至下逐渐增大。通过在面板、背板的侧面分别做斜面结构,在生产过程中方便合板;并且第一合板卡边、第二合板卡边做成斜面,可以降低在合板过程中背板盖上去的精度,有偏差可以沿斜面调整。
进一步地,在本实施例中,所述面板1与折边2、龙骨限位部4、第一合板卡边3冷折弯一体成型,所述背板5与第二合板卡边51冷折弯一体成型。
进一步地,在本实施例中,所述蜂窝芯6的上端面、下端面分别通过胶水层7与面板1、背板5相连接。
此外,现有的蜂窝板其折边顶部的高度b要高于背板上端面的高度a,该结构存在一定的缺陷:一方面,由于折边的高度高于背面高度,采用压机压平时,需要采用其它物件找平;另一方面,打包时包装厚度、包装成本较高,以及运输成本也较高,为了解决上述缺陷,参阅图5,在本实施例中,所述背板5的上端面与面板1的下端面之间的距离为a,所述折边2的顶部与面板1的下端面之间的距离为b,且b≤a。本实施例的结构无需采用其它物件找平;可以降低包装厚度(可将原有结构的厚度17mm降低至10mm)、包装成本及运输成本。

Claims (9)

1.一种顶墙用蜂窝板,其特征在于:包括面板(1)、背板(5)和蜂窝芯(6),所述背板(5)与所述面板(1)相扣合,在两者之间形成腔室,所述蜂窝芯(6)设置于腔室内,所述面板(1)两侧对称设置有向上弯折的折边(2),所述折边(2)为双层结构,所述折边(2)的内侧设有龙骨限位部(4),所述龙骨限位部(4)的上端面具有限位面(42),所述折边(2)插入龙骨的卡槽时,所述限位面(42)的上端面与龙骨的底部相抵靠。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种顶墙用蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述折边(2)包括外层边(21)和内层边(22),所述外层边(21)由面板(1)的两侧向上延伸弯折而成,所述内层边(22)由外层边(21)的顶部向下延伸弯折而成。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种顶墙用蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述内层边(22)的顶部具有弯折的凸起部(221),且内层边(22)下部的外壁与外层边(21)的内壁相贴靠。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种顶墙用蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述龙骨限位部(4)还包括斜面(41)和L形支撑面(43),所述限位面(42)的一侧延伸有向下弯折的限位面(42),所述限位面(42)的底部与内层边(22)的底部相连,所述限位面(42)的另一侧延伸有L形支撑面(43),所述L形支撑面(43)的下端面与面板(1)的上端面相抵。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种顶墙用蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述L形支撑面(43)背向折边(2)的一侧延伸有向上弯折的第一合板卡边(3),所述第一合板卡边(3)呈倾斜状。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种顶墙用蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述背板(5)的两侧分别延伸有向下弯折的第二合板卡边(51),所述第二合板卡边(51)呈倾斜状。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种顶墙用蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述面板(1)与折边(2)、龙骨限位部(4)、第一合板卡边(3)冷折弯一体成型,所述背板(5)与第二合板卡边(51)冷折弯一体成型。
8.如权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的一种顶墙用蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述背板(5)的上端面与面板(1)的下端面之间的距离为a,所述折边(2)的顶部与面板(1)的下端面之间的距离为b,且b≤a。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种顶墙用蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述蜂窝芯(6)的上端面、下端面分别通过胶水层(7)与面板(1)、背板(5)相连接。
