Abstract
本发明公开了一种风电用配件连续喷涂工艺,利用搬运设备一将加工结束的风电用配件放置在自动打砂机上,将打砂处理结束后的风电用配件表面贴附有一层遮蔽贴纸以将不必喷涂的位置进行遮蔽处理;利用搬运设备二将风电用配件搬运至悬挂输送线的挂具处,利用悬挂输送线带动风电用配件经过底漆喷涂房进行底漆喷涂;利用悬挂输送线带动喷完底漆的风电用配件经过加热固化室进行加热固化;利用悬挂输送线带动底漆固化结束后的风电用配件经过面漆喷涂房进行面漆喷涂;利用悬挂输送线带动喷完面漆后的风电用配件经过风干室进行风干处理,本发明能自动连续对风电用配件进行喷涂作业,自动化程度较高,降低了操作人员的劳动强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及喷涂技术领域,尤其涉及一种风电用配件连续喷涂工艺。
背景技术
油漆是一种能够保护金属表面免受大气、海水等化学或电化学腐蚀的涂料。长期在户外放置的风电用配件金属件为了防止其被大气、海水等腐蚀生锈,需要在其表面涂覆油漆,目前,现有的油漆主要通过喷漆枪进行喷涂,作业人员举着喷漆枪进行喷漆作业,由于喷漆枪上重量较大,作业人员长时间工作容易疲劳;这样的喷涂效率相对较低,企业的成本也相对较高。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决背景技术中存在的不足,所以本发明公开了一种风电用配件连续喷涂工艺。
技术方案:一种风电用配件连续喷涂工艺,具体包括以下步骤,
步骤一:利用搬运设备一将加工结束的风电用配件放置在自动打砂机上,自动打砂机将风电用配件的表面进行打砂处理;
步骤二:将打砂处理结束后的风电用配件表面贴附有一层遮蔽贴纸以将不必喷涂的位置进行遮蔽处理;
步骤三:利用搬运设备二将风电用配件搬运至悬挂输送线的挂具处,并由人工辅助将风电用配件安装在悬挂输送线的挂具上;
步骤四:利用悬挂输送线带动风电用配件经过底漆喷涂房进行底漆喷涂;
步骤五:利用悬挂输送线带动喷完底漆的风电用配件经过加热固化室进行加热固化;
步骤六:利用悬挂输送线带动底漆固化结束后的风电用配件经过面漆喷涂房进行面漆喷涂;
步骤七:利用悬挂输送线带动喷完面漆后的风电用配件经过风干室进行风干处理;
步骤八,利用搬运设备三并由人工辅助将风干后的风电用配件搬运至包装处;
步骤九,操作人员将风电用配件表面贴附的遮蔽贴纸撕下并进行包装出货。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述搬运设备一、搬运设备二和搬运设备三均为可移动吊车。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述底漆喷涂房内设置有两个底漆喷涂机器人和感应设备一,若感应设备一感应到悬挂输送线有风电用配件进入底漆喷涂房内时,两个底漆喷涂机器人则开始对该风电用配件的双面进行喷涂。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述面漆喷涂房内设置有两个面漆喷涂机器人和感应设备二,若感应设备二感应到悬挂输送线有风电用配件进入面漆喷涂房内时,两个面漆喷涂机器人则开始对该风电用配件的双面进行喷涂。
本发明实现以下有益效果:
本发明能自动连续对风电用配件进行喷涂作业,自动化程度较高,降低了操作人员的劳动强度。

实施例
一种风电用配件连续喷涂工艺,具体包括以下步骤,
步骤一:利用搬运设备一将加工结束的风电用配件放置在自动打砂机上,自动打砂机将风电用配件的表面进行打砂处理;
步骤二:将打砂处理结束后的风电用配件表面贴附有一层遮蔽贴纸以将不必喷涂的位置进行遮蔽处理;
步骤三:利用搬运设备二将风电用配件搬运至悬挂输送线的挂具处,并由人工辅助将风电用配件安装在悬挂输送线的挂具上;
步骤四:利用悬挂输送线带动风电用配件经过底漆喷涂房进行底漆喷涂;
步骤五:利用悬挂输送线带动喷完底漆的风电用配件经过加热固化室进行加热固化;
步骤六:利用悬挂输送线带动底漆固化结束后的风电用配件经过面漆喷涂房进行面漆喷涂;
步骤七:利用悬挂输送线带动喷完面漆后的风电用配件经过风干室进行风干处理;
步骤八,利用搬运设备三并由人工辅助将风干后的风电用配件搬运至包装处;
步骤九,操作人员将风电用配件表面贴附的遮蔽贴纸撕下并进行包装出货。
在本实施例中,搬运设备一、搬运设备二和搬运设备三均为可移动吊车。
在本实施例中,底漆喷涂房内设置有两个底漆喷涂机器人和感应设备一,若感应设备一感应到悬挂输送线有风电用配件进入底漆喷涂房内时,两个底漆喷涂机器人则开始对该风电用配件的双面进行喷涂。
在本实施例中,面漆喷涂房内设置有两个面漆喷涂机器人和感应设备二,若感应设备二感应到悬挂输送线有风电用配件进入面漆喷涂房内时,两个面漆喷涂机器人则开始对该风电用配件的双面进行喷涂。
通过上述实施例的实施,能自动连续对风电用配件进行喷涂作业,自动化程度较高,降低了操作人员的劳动强度。

1.一种风电用配件连续喷涂工艺,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤,
步骤一:利用搬运设备一将加工结束的风电用配件放置在自动打砂机上,自动打砂机将风电用配件的表面进行打砂处理;步骤二:将打砂处理结束后的风电用配件表面贴附有一层遮蔽贴纸以将不必喷涂的位置进行遮蔽处理;
步骤三:利用搬运设备二将风电用配件搬运至悬挂输送线的挂具处,并由人工辅助将风电用配件安装在悬挂输送线的挂具上;
步骤四:利用悬挂输送线带动风电用配件经过底漆喷涂房进行底漆喷涂;
步骤五:利用悬挂输送线带动喷完底漆的风电用配件经过加热固化室进行加热固化;
步骤六:利用悬挂输送线带动底漆固化结束后的风电用配件经过面漆喷涂房进行面漆喷涂;
步骤七:利用悬挂输送线带动喷完面漆后的风电用配件经过风干室进行风干处理;
步骤八,利用搬运设备三并由人工辅助将风干后的风电用配件搬运至包装处;
步骤九,操作人员将风电用配件表面贴附的遮蔽贴纸撕下并进行包装出货。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种风电用配件连续喷涂工艺,其特征在于,所述搬运设备一、搬运设备二和搬运设备三均为可移动吊车。
