Claims (10)

1. A Chinese herbal medicine crushing and screening device comprises a device body and is characterized in that the device body comprises a first box body and supporting legs, the supporting legs are arranged on the device body, the first box body is provided with a first cavity, a second cavity, a third cavity, a fourth cavity, a fifth cavity and a sixth cavity, an arc-shaped frying pan is arranged between the first cavity and the second cavity, a first stepping motor is arranged at the top of the device body, a stirring rod and a rotating shaft are arranged inside the first cavity, the rotating shaft and the stepping motor are integrally formed, a first feeding pipe is arranged on the side wall of the first cavity, a first crushing barrel is arranged at the lower part of the arc-shaped frying pan, a first partition plate is arranged between the second cavity and the third cavity, a second partition plate is arranged between the third cavity and the fourth cavity, a third partition plate is arranged between the fourth cavity and the fifth cavity, a fourth partition plate is arranged between the fifth cavity and the sixth cavity, a first crushing device is arranged in the first crushing barrel, a first crushing branch pipe and a second crushing branch pipe are arranged at the bottom of the first crushing barrel, and a conical discharge hopper is arranged in the fifth cavity.

The Chinese herbal medicine crushing and screening device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first stepping motor is fixed to the top of the device body, the top wall of the first cavity is provided with a first heating device and a second heating device, and the first heating device and the second heating device are both provided with a heating resistance wire and a fan.

The chinese herbal medicine crushing and screening device according to claim 1, wherein the stirring rod is provided with a first stirring rod and a second stirring rod, the first stirring rod and the second stirring rod are both provided with arc-shaped stirring blades, the length of the first stirring rod is smaller than that of the second stirring rod, and the middle parts of the first stirring rod and the second stirring rod are fixed on the rotating shaft.

The Chinese herbal medicine crushing and screening device according to claim 1, wherein the conical discharge hopper is provided with a first discharge port, a second discharge port and a third discharge port, the lower part of the conical discharge hopper is provided with a discharge pipe II, a discharge pipe III and a discharge pipe IV which all penetrate through the partition plate IV, hooks are arranged on the discharge pipe II, the discharge pipe III and the four side walls of the discharge pipe, a first screen plate is arranged at the joint of the discharge port I and the discharge pipe II, a second screen plate is arranged at the joint of the second discharge port and the third discharge pipe, a third screen plate is arranged at the joint of the third discharge port and the fourth discharge pipe, the conical discharge hopper is positioned below the first crushing branch pipe and the second crushing branch pipe, filter holes are formed in the first screen plate, the second screen plate and the third screen plate, and the diameter of the filter holes of the first screen plate and the second screen plate is smaller than that of the filter holes of the third screen plate.
10. The use method of the Chinese herbal medicine crushing and screening device according to any one of claims 1 to 9 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) firstly, opening a switch valve II on a feeding pipe I on the side wall of a first cavity, putting 3kg of Chinese herbal medicine raw materials into the feeding pipe I, and starting a stepping motor I to drive a stirring rod I and a stirring rod II on a rotating shaft to rotate;
2) in the stirring process, starting the first heating device and the second heating device to remove water in the Chinese herbal medicines while stirring the Chinese herbal medicines, and putting 50 bags of 10g of calcium chloride drying agent into the first feeding pipe to preliminarily dry the Chinese herbal medicines, wherein the diameter of the 10g of calcium chloride drying agent is larger than that of the first discharging pipe;
3) turning off the first stepping motor, the first heating device and the second heating device to allow the Chinese herbal medicines to stand in the first cavity for half an hour, so that the calcium chloride desiccant can fully absorb moisture in the Chinese herbal medicines;
4) after half an hour, opening a first switch valve on the first discharge pipe, starting a first stepping motor, and throwing the Chinese herbal medicines into the first crushing barrel due to the fact that the diameter of the Chinese herbal medicines is smaller than that of the first discharge pipe, so that the first crushing roller and the second crushing roller can preliminarily crush the Chinese herbal medicines;
