In conclusion, the invention provides a condensing, dedusting and demisting device for flue gas of a sintering machine, which comprises a flue, a condensing and dedusting module positioned in the flue, a demisting device positioned above the condensing and dedusting module and a fixing device positioned at the end part of the demisting device, wherein the condensing and dedusting module comprises a plurality of condensation pipes, a water guide pipe connected with the condensation pipes and a flushing device positioned at one side of the condensation pipes, the flushing device comprises a flushing water pipe and a plurality of flushing nozzles positioned on the flushing water pipe, and the condensation pipes are used for cooling the flue gas and reducing the water content, so that the subsequent effective demisting is facilitated; the demisting device comprises a fixed plate, a plurality of demisting blades arranged in an inclined mode and a structural beam connected with the plurality of demisting blades, the plurality of demisting blades are arranged in a V-shaped mode, demisting is achieved through the demisting blades arranged in the V-shaped mode, meanwhile, flow guiding can be effectively achieved, and the phenomenon of water flow accumulation in the demisting process is avoided; fixing device includes the eccentric member of base, swing joint base, the extrusion piece of swing joint eccentric member and the screw rod of spiro union extrusion piece, be equipped with spout and spacing groove on the base, be equipped with the arc on the eccentric member, just the eccentric member passes through the bottom plate and connects the spout, be equipped with the recess that holds the eccentric member on the bottom plate, the recess inboard is equipped with spacing post, spacing post butt arc, the shaping is buckled to the extrusion piece, just the rotation axis is installed at the position of buckling of extrusion piece, the screw rod is cup jointed to the rotation axis, just be equipped with on the rotation axis with screw rod assorted screw hole, the fixed plate is located extrusion piece tip below, realizes effectively changing fixedly through the screw rod to the regulation of extrusion piece height, and it can realize effectively changing to the defogging device of different filtration models to be convenient for it, improves work. Claims (10)

1. A condensing, dedusting and demisting device for flue gas of a sintering machine is characterized by comprising a flue, a condensing and dedusting module positioned in the flue, a demisting device positioned above the condensing and dedusting module and a fixing device positioned at the end part of the demisting device, wherein the condensing and dedusting module comprises a plurality of condensation pipes, a water guide pipe connected with the condensation pipes and a washing device positioned on one side of the condensation pipes, and the washing device comprises a washing water pipe and a plurality of washing nozzles positioned on the washing water pipe;
the demisting device comprises a fixed plate, a plurality of demisting blades which are obliquely arranged and a structural beam which is connected with the plurality of demisting blades, wherein the plurality of demisting blades are arranged in a V shape;
fixing device includes the eccentric member of base, swing joint base, the extrusion piece of swing joint eccentric member and the screw rod of spiro union extrusion piece, be equipped with spout and spacing groove on the base, be equipped with the arc on the eccentric member, just the eccentric member passes through the bottom plate and connects the spout, be equipped with the recess that holds the eccentric member on the bottom plate, the recess inboard is equipped with spacing post, spacing post butt arc, the shaping is buckled to the extrusion piece, just the rotation axis is installed at the position of buckling of extrusion piece, the screw rod is cup jointed to the rotation axis, just be equipped with on the rotation axis with screw rod assorted screw hole, the fixed plate is located extrusion piece tip below.

The device for condensing, dedusting and demisting flue gas of a sintering machine according to claim 1, wherein the flushing nozzle comprises a fixing ring, a rubber pipe and a water outlet head connected with the rubber pipe, the fixing ring comprises a straight section and an internal thread section, the end part of the rubber pipe is fixedly connected with the straight section, the water outlet head is provided with an external thread matched with the internal thread, and the other end of the rubber pipe is fixedly connected with the inner side of the water outlet head.

The device for condensing, dedusting and demisting flue gas of a sintering machine according to claim 1, wherein the base is provided with anti-skid projections, the fixed plate is provided with anti-skid grooves matched with the anti-skid projections, and the ends of the demisting blades are inserted into the structural beams.

The condensing, dedusting and demisting device for the flue gas of the sintering machine according to claim 1, wherein the screw comprises a handle, a straight rod and a positioning ring positioned at the lower end of the straight rod, the positioning ring comprises an upper positioning ring and a lower positioning ring, the upper positioning ring and the lower positioning ring are respectively positioned at two sides of a limiting groove, and the limiting groove is provided with a through hole matched with the straight rod.

The flue gas condensing, dedusting and demisting device for the sintering machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the diameter of the threaded part of the left auxiliary rod and the right auxiliary rod is smaller than that of the fixing hole, and elastic pads are arranged on the left auxiliary rod and the right auxiliary rod.

The device for condensing, dedusting and demisting the flue gas of the sintering machine according to claim 9, wherein buffering members are arranged between the left auxiliary rod and the extrusion block and between the right auxiliary rod and the extrusion block, and the buffering members are buffering springs or buffering rubber or buffering sponge.
