本发明提供一种耐高温玻璃针刺毡,具体涉及针刺毡领域,玻璃纤维40至60份;聚酰亚胺纤维5至10份;四氟乙烯糊树脂5份至10份;苯甲基硅油4份至8份;玄武岩纤维2份至6份;立方碳化硅1份至2份;山梨酯0.1份至0.4份;乙撑硫脲1份至2份;氧化锌0.1份至1.4份;水为10至20份。本发明可大大提高针刺毡的耐高温性能。

一种耐高温玻璃针刺毡
技术领域
本发明属于针刺毡领域,具体涉及一种耐高温玻璃针刺毡。
背景技术
针刺毡是采用非织造针刺工艺利用纤维交错排列,空隙分布均匀的细纤维布,以涤纶短纤维与涤纶有捻纱所生产的针刺毡表面经热轧、烧毛或涂层等后处理,使其表面平整光滑,不易被粉尘所堵塞。东莞智成纤维不仅可以过滤常温气体,而且可过滤含有酸碱的腐蚀性气体,并可滤水、滤油、是常温工况,液固分离等领域理想的过滤材料;耐高温针刺毡不仅具有耐高温优点,而且毡层纤维呈单纤维,三维微孔结构,孔隙率高,对气体过滤阻力小,是一种较高速、高效的高温过滤材料。与其它的耐高温化纤毡相比,其具有价格低、耐温更高等特殊优点,但其运行阻力高于一般化纤高温滤材;现有的耐高温针刺毡,其耐高温性能仍有待进一步提升,以满足生产的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温玻璃针刺毡,可大大提高针刺毡的耐高温性能。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种耐高温玻璃针刺毡,玻璃纤维40至60份;聚酰亚胺纤维5至10份;四氟乙烯糊树脂5份至10份;苯甲基硅油4份至8份;玄武岩纤维2份至6份;立方碳化硅1份至2份;山梨酯0.1份至0.4份;乙撑硫脲1份至2份;氧化锌0.1份至1.4份;水为10至20份。
优选的,玻璃纤维45至55份;聚酰亚胺纤维7至8份;四氟乙烯糊树脂7份至8份;苯甲基硅油5份至7份;玄武岩纤维3份至5份;立方碳化硅1.5份;山梨酯0.2份;乙撑硫脲1.5份;氧化锌1份;水为14至16份。
优选的,玻璃纤维50份;聚酰亚胺纤维7.5份;四氟乙烯糊树脂7.5份;苯甲基硅油6份;玄武岩纤维4份;立方碳化硅1.5份;山梨酯0.2份;乙撑硫脲1.5份;氧化锌1份;水为15份。
优选的,将玻璃纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、四氟乙烯糊树脂、苯甲基硅油、玄武岩纤维、立方碳化硅、山梨酯、乙撑硫脲、氧化锌、水依次混合均匀,获得复合液,然后把复合液加热至130℃,然后将复合液经喷射纺丝、冷却、拉伸、干燥定型后进行卷曲、切断后即获得纤维;再将纤维通过开松、混合、梳理、铺网、针刺加固工艺制得素毡,将素毡进行在表面处理液中浸泡30分钟,浸泡温度为40℃,然后烘干制得针刺毡。
优选的,表面处理液由以下份数组成,氟聚物乳液20至30份、水性含氟硅聚氨酯水分散体10至15份、丙二醇4至8份、硅油乳液0.4至2份、高分子酯聚合物1至3份;
优选的,表面处理液由以下份数组成,氟聚物乳液25份、水性含氟硅聚氨酯水分散体12份、丙二醇6份、硅油乳液1份、高分子酯聚合物2份;
本发明的有益效果:
本发明将玻璃纤维、玄武岩纤维配合,具有良好机械性能,且耐高温、耐腐蚀,使得本产品具有良好的耐热性能,且抗冲击耐和耐磨性能极佳,可大大提高产品是使用寿命。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种耐高温玻璃针刺毡,包括玻璃纤维40份;聚酰亚胺纤维5份;四氟乙烯糊树脂5份;苯甲基硅油4份;玄武岩纤维2份;立方碳化硅1份;山梨酯0.1份;乙撑硫脲1份;氧化锌0.1份;水为10份;
制备如下:
将玻璃纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、四氟乙烯糊树脂、苯甲基硅油、玄武岩纤维、立方碳化硅、山梨酯、乙撑硫脲、氧化锌、水依次混合均匀,获得复合液,然后把复合液加热至130℃,然后将复合液经喷射纺丝、冷却、拉伸、干燥定型后进行卷曲、切断后即获得纤维;再将纤维通过开松、混合、梳理、铺网、针刺加固工艺制得素毡,将素毡进行在表面处理液中浸泡30分钟,浸泡温度为40℃,然后烘干制得针刺毡;

制备如下:
将玻璃纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、四氟乙烯糊树脂、苯甲基硅油、玄武岩纤维、立方碳化硅、山梨酯、乙撑硫脲、氧化锌、水依次混合均匀,获得复合液,然后把复合液加热至130℃,然后将复合液经喷射纺丝、冷却、拉伸、干燥定型后进行卷曲、切断后即获得纤维;再将纤维通过开松、混合、梳理、铺网、针刺加固工艺制得素毡,将素毡进行在表面处理液中浸泡30分钟,浸泡温度为40℃,然后烘干制得针刺毡;

一种耐高温玻璃针刺毡,包括玻璃纤维60份;聚酰亚胺纤维10份;四氟乙烯糊树脂10份;苯甲基硅油8份;玄武岩纤维6份;立方碳化硅2份;山梨酯0.4份;乙撑硫脲2份;氧化锌1.4份;水为20份;
制备如下:
将玻璃纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、四氟乙烯糊树脂、苯甲基硅油、玄武岩纤维、立方碳化硅、山梨酯、乙撑硫脲、氧化锌、水依次混合均匀,获得复合液,然后把复合液加热至130℃,然后将复合液经喷射纺丝、冷却、拉伸、干燥定型后进行卷曲、切断后即获得纤维;再将纤维通过开松、混合、梳理、铺网、针刺加固工艺制得素毡,将素毡进行在表面处理液中浸泡30分钟,浸泡温度为40℃,然后烘干制得针刺毡;
其中,表面处理液由以下份数组成,氟聚物乳液30份、水性含氟硅聚氨酯水分散体15份、丙二醇8份、硅油乳液2份、高分子酯聚合物3份;

1.一种耐高温玻璃针刺毡,其特征在于:玻璃纤维40至60份;聚酰亚胺纤维5至10份;四氟乙烯糊树脂5份至10份;苯甲基硅油4份至8份;玄武岩纤维2份至6份;立方碳化硅1份至2份;山梨酯0.1份至0.4份;乙撑硫脲1份至2份;氧化锌0.1份至1.4份;水为10至20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温玻璃针刺毡,其特征在于:玻璃纤维45至55份;聚酰亚胺纤维7至8份;四氟乙烯糊树脂7份至8份;苯甲基硅油5份至7份;玄武岩纤维3份至5份;立方碳化硅1.5份;山梨酯0.2份;乙撑硫脲1.5份;氧化锌1份;水为14至16份。
铅炭负极组成如下,0.25%石墨、0.5%石墨烯、1.1%炭黑、0.25%茴香醛、0.25%氧化锌;0.05%二氧化铟;6%气相二氧化硅粉;
PVC隔板最大孔径为24微米,孔隙率85%;孔隙内填充3.5%气相。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种耐高温玻璃针刺毡,其特征在于:玻璃纤维50份;聚酰亚胺纤维7.5份;四氟乙烯糊树脂7.5份;苯甲基硅油6份;玄武岩纤维4份;立方碳化硅1.5份;山梨酯0.2份;乙撑硫脲1.5份;氧化锌1份;水为15份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温玻璃针刺毡,其特征在于,制备如下,将玻璃纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、四氟乙烯糊树脂、苯甲基硅油、玄武岩纤维、立方碳化硅、山梨酯、乙撑硫脲、氧化锌、水依次混合均匀,获得复合液,然后把复合液加热至130℃,然后将复合液经喷射纺丝、冷却、拉伸、干燥定型后进行卷曲、切断后即获得纤维;再将纤维通过开松、混合、梳理、铺网、针刺加固工艺制得素毡,将素毡进行在表面处理液中浸泡30分钟,浸泡温度为40℃,然后烘干制得针刺毡。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种耐高温玻璃针刺毡,其特征在于:表面处理液由以下份数组成,氟聚物乳液20至30份、水性含氟硅聚氨酯水分散体10至15份、丙二醇4至8份、硅油乳液0.4至2份、高分子酯聚合物1至3份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种耐高温玻璃针刺毡,其特征在于:表面处理液由以下份数组成,氟聚物乳液25份、水性含氟硅聚氨酯水分散体12份、丙二醇6份、硅油乳液1份、高分子酯聚合物2份。
