Detailed Description
Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same reference numerals denote the same elements. In the drawings, the vertical and horizontal directions on the paper surface are the vertical and horizontal directions of the device according to the present embodiment, and are used in the description herein. In the embodiments described below, the present invention exemplifies resin materials of different colors as molding materials, but the present invention is not limited to this, and molding materials of different materials (thermoplastic resins such as polystyrene, polyethylene, ABS, etc., thermosetting resins, metals, etc.) and resins of different transparency, etc. may be applied.
Fig. 1 shows a figure a according to an embodiment of the present invention. The figure a described below exemplifies a human figure simulating a human face, but is not limited thereto, and may be, for example, a figure such as a living body such as an animal, an insect, a dinosaur, or a fish, or a character having a portion corresponding to an eye, as long as the figure has an eye.
The figure a forms a face by assembling the eye piece 10 to the face member 20. Fig. 1 (a) shows the front side of the figure a, and fig. 1 (B) shows the back side of the figure a. The back side of the figure a of the present embodiment is covered with hair portions, not shown, and the like, and the back side of the figure a is not exposed to the outside after the figure is completed. Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the eye part 10 and the face part 20. The eye member 10 is assembled from the back side of the face member 20, and a part of the eye member 10 and a part constituting the eye 10a are exposed from the hole 20a formed in the face member 20.
In the present embodiment, the eye piece 10 is formed by insert molding using 4-color resin and multicolor molding. The eye part 10 has an eye base part 11, and a plurality of eye expression parts 12, 13, 14 integrally formed to cover at least a part of the eye base part 11. Fig. 3 shows a molded article at each stage of the molding process until the eye member 10 is formed.
Fig. 3 (a) shows the eye base member 11 as a 1-time molded article E1. Fig. 3B shows a 2-stage molded article E2 in which the eye base member 11 and the 1 st eye expression member 12 made of 1 different resin material are integrally molded by insert molding using the eye base member 11 (insert molding using the eye base member 11 as an insert member). Fig. 3 (C) shows a 3-time molded article E3 obtained by simultaneously multi-color molding a 2 nd eye expression member 13 and a 3 rd eye expression member 14, which are made of two different resin materials, on a 2-time molded article E2. In the present embodiment, the 3-time molded article E3 is a final molded article of the eye member 10.
In each drawing, three perspective views are shown in the vertical direction of the drawing, which are viewed from different directions of each molded article, the top stage is a perspective view of the molded article viewed from substantially the front, the middle stage is a perspective view viewed from obliquely above, and the bottom stage is a perspective view viewed from below. The front face refers to the front face of the character a, the upper face refers to the upper portion (e.g., the head) of the character a, and the lower face refers to the state viewed from the lower portion (e.g., the chin portion) of the character a.
Fig. 3 (a) shows a 1-time molded article E1 of the eye base member 11 including the eye member 10. In the present embodiment, the eye base member 11 is molded from a white resin material, and constitutes a white portion of the eye 10a of the doll. In the final molded product, the exposed portion on the surface is shown by the 1 st exposed portion 11 a.
Fig. 3 (B) shows a 2-stage molded article E2 in which the eye base member 11 and the 1 st eye expression member 12 made of 1 resin material different from the eye base member 11 are integrally molded. As a resin material for molding the 1 st eye expression member 12, for example, a black resin material can be exemplified to express the pupil of the eye 10a or the like.
In molding the 2-time molded article E2 shown in fig. 3 (B), after the 1-time molded article E1 is molded, the 1-time molded article E1 is conveyed to a mold different from the mold for molding the 1-time molded article E1 or another portion of the same mold, and the 1 st eye expression member 12 is molded so as to cover the 1 st molded article E1 with the black resin material. Therefore, the molded article E2 of 2 times in which the molded article E1 of 1 time and the 1 st eye expression member 12 were integrally molded was formed by insert molding using the molded article E1 of 1 time (eye base member 11) (insert molding using the molded article E1 of 1 time as an insert member). The exposed portion 2a indicates a portion exposed on the surface of the final molded product.
Fig. 3C shows a 3-time molded article E3 (final molded article) obtained by integrally molding a 2-time molded article E2, and a 2 nd eye expression member 13 and a 3 rd eye expression member 14 made of two different resins from the eye base member 11. As a resin material for molding the 2 nd eye expression member 13, for example, a gray resin material can be exemplified to express the shadow of the eyelid of the figure in the white part of the eye. As a resin material for molding the 3 rd eye expression member 14, for example, a purple resin material can be exemplified to express the iris portion of the eye 10a of the doll.
In molding the 3-shot molded article E3 shown in fig. 3 (C), after the 2-shot molded article E2 is molded, the 2-shot molded article E2 is conveyed to a mold different from the mold for molding the 2-shot molded article E2 or another portion of the same mold, the 2 nd eye expression member 13 is molded so as to cover the 2-shot molded article E2 with the gray resin material, and the 3 rd eye expression member 14 is molded so as to cover the 2-shot molded article E2 with the purple resin material. In addition, when the 2 nd eye expression member 13 and the 3 rd eye expression member 14 are molded, various resin materials can be simultaneously injection-molded by using a multi-color molding technique without mixing resins with each other due to the arrangement of the members and the like. Therefore, the 3-shot molded article E3 in which the 2-shot molded article E2, the 2 nd eye expression member 13, and the 3 rd eye expression member 14 are integrally molded is formed by insert molding and multicolor molding using the 2-shot molded article E2. The exposed portions on the surface of the final molded product are indicated by the 3 rd exposed portion 13a and the 4 th exposed portion 14 a.
As described above, the eye 10a of the eye piece 10 is formed by repeating insert molding using a plurality of resins. Therefore, the eye expression provided by the conventional printing and sticking paper can be easily formed with high accuracy. Further, even when a user performs a partial assembly like a plastic mold, it is possible to eliminate the appearance of the sticker attaching step performed by the user as eyes, and it is possible for the user to produce a satisfactory finished product in a shape free from discomfort even without a high technique such as attaching or painting a sticker.
< facial member 20 > A perspective view of facial member 20 is shown in FIG. 4. Fig. 4 (a) shows the front side of the face member 20, and fig. 4 (B) shows the back side of the face member 20. The face component 20 has an expression component 21 and a skin component 25 that covers at least a part of the expression component 21 and is integrally formed with the expression component 21. The face member 20 is formed with a hole 20a for exposing a part of the eye member 10 (the eye 10 a). The expression member 21 may express at least one of the eyelashes and the eyebrows, and may express the shadow of the eyelid by exposing a part thereof from the skin member 25. The skin member 25 is molded from a resin material having a skin color, for example, and forms a part of the skin of the face of the doll.
In the present embodiment, the expression unit 21 includes: an eyelash portion 22a disposed at least at a portion of a circumference of the hole portion 20a for representing eyelash; an eyebrow portion 23a disposed separately from the eyelash portion; and an eyelid portion 24a between the eyelash portion 22a and the eyebrow portion 23a for representing the shadow of the eyelid. The eyelash portion 22a, the eyebrow portion 23a, and the eyelid portion 24a are formed of different resin materials.
As shown in fig. 5, the expression member 21 is formed by insert molding using resin materials of 3 colors. The expression member 21 has a 1-order expression member 22, a 2-order expression member 23 covering at least a part of the 1-order expression member 22 and integrally formed with the 1-order expression member 22, and a 3-order expression member 24. Fig. 5 shows a molded article at each stage of the molding process until the expression member 21 is formed.
Fig. 5 (a) shows the expression member 22 for 1 time as the molded article F1 for 1 time. Fig. 5 (B) shows a 2-time molded article F2 in which the 1-time expression member 22 and the 2-time expression member 23 made of 1 different resin material are integrally molded by insert molding using the 1-time expression member 22 (insert molding using the 1-time expression member 22 as an insert member). Fig. 5 (C) shows a 3-time molded article F3 obtained by integrally molding a 2-time molded article F2 and a 3-time expression member 24 made of 1 different resin material by insert molding using a 2-time molded article F2 (insert molding using a 2-time molded article F2 as an insert member). In the present embodiment, the 3-time molded product F3 is the final molded product of the expression member 21.
In the drawings, the perspective views of the molded articles viewed from different directions are shown in two stages in the vertical direction, the upper stage is a perspective view of the molded article viewed from the substantially front side (front side), and the lower stage is a perspective view of the molded article viewed from the rear side. The front face refers to the front face of the character a.
Fig. 5 (a) shows a 1-time molded article F1 of the 1-time expression member 22 including the expression member 21. In the present embodiment, the 1 st expression element 22 is formed of a black resin material and includes a portion for representing eyelashes disposed around the periphery of the eye 10a of the doll. The eyelash portion 22a indicates a portion exposed from the skin member 25 on the surface in the final formed product.
The eyelash portion 22a is formed standing from the bottom surface of the 1 st expression member 22, and there are cases where the portion exposed on the surface is formed as a thin linear portion or a corner portion formed by an extremely small R. In the case of the insert molding, when the molded article F1 is released from the mold 1 time or when the molded article F1 is buried in the mold 1 time, the eyelash portion 22a may be bent, chipped, or damaged in the mold. In order to prevent such damage, it may be reinforced by forming a fleshing portion at the junction between the eyelash portion 22 and the bottom surface of the 1 st expression member 22, or by providing a tapered surface from the bottom surface of the 1 st expression member 22 toward the eyelash portion 22.
Furthermore, the 1 st expression member 22 includes a hole 22b, a hole 22c, and a notch 22 d. The hole 22b, the hole 22c, and the notch 22d are provided to increase the contact area with the metal mold on the core side (the side having the protruding pin) and to pull the metal mold toward the core side so that the molded product F1 is not carried away by the metal mold on the side opposite to the core side at the time of opening the mold after the hole 22b, the hole 22c, and the notch 22d are each injection-molded. The hole 22b, the hole 22c, and the cutout 22d are embedded with a 2-time expression member 23 and a 3-time expression member 24, which will be described later.
Fig. 5 (B) shows a 2-time molded article F2 in which the 1-time molded article F1 and the 2-time expression member 23 made of 1 type of resin material different from the 1-time expression member 22 are integrally molded. As a resin material for molding the 2-time expression member 23, for example, a tawny resin material can be exemplified to express eyebrows of a doll.
In molding the 2-time molded article F2 shown in fig. 5 (B), after the 1-time molded article F1 is molded (preliminary molding), the 1-time molded article F1 is conveyed to a mold different from the mold for molding the 1-time molded article F1 or another part of the same mold, and the 2-time expression member 23 is molded so as to cover the 1-time molded article F1 with the above-mentioned brown resin material. Therefore, the 2-time molded article F2 in which the 1-time molded article F1 and the 2-time expression member 23 are integrally molded is formed by insert molding using the 1-time molded article F1 (insert molding using the 1-time molded article F1 as an insert member). The eyebrow portion 23a indicates a portion exposed from the skin member 25 on the surface in the final molded product.
The base portion of the eyebrow portion 23a may be formed with a fleshy portion or a tapered surface, as in the case of the eyelash portion 22 a. Further, a part 23b of the 2-time expression member is embedded in the hole 22b of the 1-time expression member 22.
Fig. 5 (C) shows a 3-time molded article F3 (final molded article) in which the 2-time molded article F2 and the 3-time expression member 24 made of 1 resin material different from the 2-time expression member 23 are integrally molded. As a resin material for molding the 3-order expression member 24, for example, a light brown resin material can be exemplified to express a shadow of the skin formed by the eyelids of the doll.
In molding the 3-time molded article F3 shown in fig. 5 (C), after the 2-time molded article F2 is molded, the 2-time molded article F2 is conveyed to a mold different from the mold for molding the 2-time molded article F2 or another part of the same mold, and the 3-time expression member 24 is molded so as to cover the 2-time molded article F2 with the light brown resin material. Therefore, the 3-time molded article F3 obtained by integrally molding the 2-time molded article F2 and the 3-time expression member 24 was formed by insert molding using the 2-time molded article F2 (insert molding using the 2-time molded article F2 as an insert member). This shapes the expression member 21. The eyelid portion 24a indicates a portion exposed from the skin member 25 on the surface of the final molded article.
The eyelid portion 24a may be formed with a fleshy portion or a tapered surface at the base portion thereof, as in the eyelash portion 22 a. The part 24c of the 3-time expression member is embedded in the hole 22c and the notch 22d of the 1-time expression member 22.
Then, the face member 20 is molded by insert molding using the expression member 21 (3-time molded article F3) (insert molding using 3-time molded article F3 as an insert member), and molding the skin member 25 so as to cover the expression member 21 with a resin material having a skin color, for example. As above, the face component 20 is formed by: the expression member 21 and the skin member 25 are molded as an integral molded article by repeating insert molding using a plurality of resins with the use of the 1 st molded article F1 of the expression member 21 (the 1 st molded article F1 is used as an insert member).
In addition, the eye piece 10 and the face piece 20 may be formed to have different gloss. For example, the eye member 10 may be molded from a resin material having high transparency such as polystyrene resin, and the face member 20 may be molded from a resin capable of expressing the texture of the skin by mixing rubber or the like with polystyrene resin to suppress the shine.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the expression of the eyes can be easily performed with high accuracy. Further, even for a product that gives a sense of incongruity to a person if the position of the face representation member is somewhat strange, such as the face of a doll, the position of each face representation member can be accurately arranged. Therefore, even in a doll made of a plastic mold, a finished product that can be satisfied without giving a sense of incongruity to a user can be obtained.
