Description

Ant oil liniment and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of external drugs, in particular to ant oil liniment and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Ants, an insect that has been in the same generation as dinosaurs, have a history of hundreds of millions of years to date. How many animals in the world die in harsh environments or are not at all. Ants can live down by the tenacious vitality of themselves; the breeding speed is increased every 28 days. Scientific research finds that ants rarely suffer from diseases, and the reasons are that the ants contain extremely strong antibiotics, more than 50 trace elements and 28 amino acids in vivo; the ant has antirheumatic, antiinflammatory, antibacterial, hepatoprotective, and spasmolytic effects. In recent years, the effective components of ants are respectively prepared into tablets, pills and wine soaking drinks for clinical treatment, and the ants have health care and treatment functions as a medicament and are also reported frequently. The ants are used for treating diseases in an oral form, and certain side effects can be generated to certain people inevitably, such as a wine soaking mode, and the ant is not suitable for people who drink wine; some patients taking tablets and pills orally have adverse phenomena.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the invention provides an ant oil liniment and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problems of side effects and narrow application range of the existing ant preparations when the existing ant preparations are directly taken.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
according to a first aspect of the invention, an ant oil liniment comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-40 parts of polyrhachis vicina Roger, 7-10 parts of nux vomica, 10-15 parts of Ligusticum wallichii, 8-10 parts of safflower, 10-15 parts of turmeric, 12-18 parts of radix angelicae pubescentis, 12-18 parts of turpentine, 10-15 parts of snake oil, 8-12 parts of cinnamon oil, 9-13 parts of wintergreen oil, 10-15 parts of peppermint oil, 8-12 parts of clove oil, 9-12 parts of camphor and 0-0.5 part of natural pigment.
Further, the liniment comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 36-38 parts of polyrhachis vicina Roger, 8-9 parts of nux vomica, 12-14 parts of Ligusticum wallichii, 8.5-9.5 parts of safflower, 12-14 parts of turmeric, 14-16 parts of radix angelicae pubescentis, 14-16 parts of turpentine, 12-14 parts of snake oil, 9-11 parts of cassia oil, 10-12 parts of wintergreen oil, 12-14 parts of mint oil, 9-11 parts of clove oil, 9.5-11 parts of camphor and 0-0.5 part of natural pigment.
The turpentine oil in the raw materials of the ant oil liniment has the analgesic effect, and is a better liniment in the pharmaceutical industry. The snake oil consists of a plurality of fatty acids, wherein linoleic acid and linolenic acid are the fatty acids necessary for human bodies, and the snake oil not only can inhibit the growth of bacteria, but also has curative effects on acute dermatitis and eczema and can also eliminate muscle fatigue; peppermint oil is suitable for dissipating wind heat; the cassia bark oil has the effects of tonifying fire, supporting yang, dispelling cold, relieving pain, activating blood and dredging the channel; semen Strychni has antibacterial effect and can promote bone marrow hematopoiesis; the clove kidney strengthens yang; the wintergreen oil, the turmeric, the camphor, the Szechuan lovage rhizome and the safflower all have the functions of dissipating blood stasis, activating blood circulation, dispelling wind and relieving pain; the natural pigment is used for adjusting the color of the finished oil product, so that the color of each batch of ant oil is similar to that of each batch of ant oil as much as possible.
The liniment of the invention takes polyrhachis vicina Roger as a main body and is prepared by adopting the compatibility of pure natural Chinese herbal medicines. Ant is neutral in flavor and enters liver and kidney meridians. Has effects in enhancing immunity, caring skin, relieving inflammation, relieving asthma, tranquilizing mind, and relieving spasm, and can be rapidly permeated into skin tissue by matching with semen Strychni, Curcuma rhizome, Carthami flos, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, radix Angelicae Pubescentis, adeps Serpentis, oleum Terebinthinae, oleum Cinnamomi, wintergreen oil, herba Menthae Dementholatum, oleum Caryophylli, and Camphora. Promoting blood circulation, relieving muscle fatigue, relaxing muscles and tendons, activating collateral flow, resisting rheumatism, and inhibiting bacteria.
According to a second aspect of the invention, a process for the preparation of the liniment described above, comprising the steps of:
weighing cleaned polyrhachis vicina Roger, semen Strychni, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Carthami flos, Curcuma rhizome, and radix Angelicae Pubescentis, placing into a distillation extraction tank, adding purified water 2-3 times of the weight of the materials, heating to above 60 deg.C, distilling, extracting, observing no oil through a glass observation hole of the distillation extraction tank, and stopping extraction to obtain oily extract; and then mixing the oily extract with snake oil, turpentine, cassia oil, wintergreen oil, peppermint oil, clove oil and camphor according to a formula ratio to obtain the liniment.
Further, the temperature of the distillation extraction is more than or equal to 60 ℃ and less than 100 ℃.
Further, the method further comprises: concentrating the oily extract to obtain a paste extract, and mixing with snake oil, turpentine, cassia oil, wintergreen oil, peppermint oil, clove oil and camphor according to a formula ratio to obtain the liniment.
Further, the extraction time is 5-6 h.
The invention has the following advantages:
the ant oil liniment is prepared by taking ant as a main raw material and assisting with various Chinese herbal medicines of nux vomica, ligusticum wallichii, safflower, turmeric, radix angelicae pubescentis, snake oil, turpentine, cassia oil, wintergreen oil, peppermint oil, clove oil and camphor, is acceptable by various patients, is applied by the patients, achieves the aim of treatment and health care by a mode of skin absorption of the human body, and has good treatment effect on rheumatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and scapulohumeral periarthritis.
The preparation method of the ant oil liniment extracts the effective components in the polyrhachis vicina Roger and the Chinese herbal medicine components by adopting a distillation extraction method, improves the extraction efficiency of the effective components in the ants and the Chinese herbal medicine components, enables the effective substances in the raw materials to better act on a human body, and improves the use effect of the liniment.
