Technical Field
The invention relates to medicinal liquor for preventing and treating alopecia, belongs to the technical field of medicines or foods, and particularly relates to medicinal liquor for preventing and treating alopecia as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Alopecia is the phenomenon of hair loss, and is divided into physiological and pathological. Physiological alopecia refers to the normal shedding of hair. Pathologic hair loss refers to abnormal or excessive hair loss. With the increasing social pressure, the accelerating life rhythm, the continuous deterioration of the environment and the poor dietary habits, the base number of unhealthy and sub-healthy people is increased day by day, the incidence rate of alopecia is higher and the incidence population tends to be younger. 60% of men begin to lose hair before the age of 25, the proportion of the loss of hair before the age of 30 accounts for 84%, the loss of hair tends to be low-aged, and the middle-aged and young people become the chief force of the hair loss army.
The reasons for alopecia are many, and western medical theory considers that under normal conditions, abundant blood vessels exist in human hair papillae to provide sufficient nutrition for hair papillae and hair bulb parts, so that hair growth hormone is smoothly synthesized. Various adverse stimuli (influence of hormone level, influence of neurostimulation, etc.) cause vasospasm of supplying hair nutrition, and dysfunction of nutrition-transporting function of hair papilla and hair bulb part. When nutrient synthesis is inhibited in the formation of papilla and bulbus pili, or when ATP having a cell energy function is produced due to some factor, production of ATP is inhibited. ATP, which is a heat source, is not produced, and thus protein synthesis of hair is not performed, hair mother cells lose activity, nutrients in medullary and cortex portions of hair are reduced, keratinization begins, hair follicles begin to atrophy or necrose, hair enters a resting stage in a large amount, and hair falls off in a large amount. Alopecia is manifested by androgenetic alopecia, neurogenic alopecia, endocrine alopecia, nutritional alopecia, physical alopecia, chemical alopecia, infectious alopecia, symptomatic alopecia, congenital alopecia, seasonal alopecia, etc. In order to quickly relieve the trouble caused by alopecia, people often select western medicines with quick curative effect for treatment, but the western medicines have large toxic and side effects, single treatment target and easy relapse of the disease, and mostly treat the symptoms but not the root cause.
The Chinese medicine attracts more and more attention for the purposes of treating diseases and seeking resources and treating diseases and saving basis. According to different understanding on alopecia mechanisms, the Chinese medicine has the common self-help that the main reason is kidney essence deficiency, lung qi deficiency, kidney yin deficiency, spleen dysfunction, liver and kidney deficiency and the like. Therefore, in combination with the above practical problems, there is a need to develop a Chinese medicinal material product which has the effects of nourishing liver and kidney, replenishing essence and blood, nourishing qi and blood, promoting diuresis and excreting dampness as auxiliary materials and can improve the symptoms of different alopecia patients by cutting into the Chinese medicinal material product from multiple angles. At present, functional food prepared by taking traditional Chinese medicines as raw materials can promote human health and regulate specific physiological functions of human bodies, does not produce adverse reactions to human bodies, is more and more popular with people, and has the characteristics of nutrition and sensory enjoyment of common food as well as the characteristics of common food, and can regulate the physiological functions of human bodies, promote the human health, break through sub-health, prevent diseases and the like. In order to solve the practical problems and meet the requirements of people, the medicinal liquor for relieving alopecia takes medicinal and edible traditional Chinese medicinal materials as raw materials.
With the increasing competition pressure of the modern society, the work rhythm of people is faster and faster. In recent years, the trend of people with white hair and alopecia is increasingly obvious. Alopecia has become a more and more important and concerned problem for modern people. The normal hair loss is the hair in the catagen and telogen stages, and the pathological hair loss refers to abnormal or excessive hair loss, which causes the symptoms of alopecia such as seborrheic alopecia, premature alopecia, baldness, alopecia areata, alopecia totalis and the like. Therefore, the medicine which is effective in treating alopecia, has high quality and low price and is convenient to use is found, and has wide prospect.
The sanguis Cervi is blood of Cervus nippon Temminck (Cervus nippon Temminck) of Cervidae. Since ancient times, deer blood is a precious product for treating diseases and building bodies of royal jelly and the sense organ is distinguished, and a compound product taking the deer blood as a main component is called 'Xianjia eating Danfang'. The water content of deer blood is 80% -81%, and the organic matter is 16% -17%, in which it is mainly protein, and the protein is rich in 19 amino acids and several enzymes, in addition, it also contains several lipids, free fatty acids, sterols, phospholipids, hormones, vitamins and polysaccharides, etc. And contains various major elements and beneficial trace elements. In particular, deer blood also contains Y-globulin, cystine, lysine, phosphocreatine kinase related to heart function, and covered enzyme. Promoting the regeneration of hemoglobin in human body and enhancing the hematopoietic function of human body. The Ginseng radix is dried root of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey. Sweet, slightly bitter and even in taste; it enters spleen, lung and heart meridians. Is mainly used for reinforcing primordial qi, restoring pulse, relieving depletion, invigorating spleen, benefiting lung, promoting fluid production, and tranquilizing. Can be used for treating asthenia, collapse, cold limbs, weak pulse, spleen deficiency, anorexia, lung deficiency, cough, asthma, body fluid deficiency, thirst, internal heat, asthenia, palpitation, insomnia, sexual impotence, and cold womb; heart failure, cardiogenic shock. According to research reports, the ginsenoside can promote hair growth and has good hair care effect. Jp etabon et al report that ginsenoside has the effect of enhancing nerve growth factor-reinforced nerve endings). Therefore, it also has hair growth promoting effect. Practice shows that ginseng can directly enter the interior of hair fibers, so that the absorption capacity of the hair to saponin is increased, and the absorption quantity of ginseng is three times higher than that of a protein hydrolysis product. After the hair absorbs the ginsenoside, the multipara group in the saponin and the polypeptide in the hair reddish fiber generate hydrogen bonds which are mutually connected by the action of the hydrogen bonds, so that the tensile strength and elongation of the hair are improved, namely the hair is enhanced in the initial property and is not easy to lose hair. Therefore, ginseng has good hair care effect and is more effective than protein hydrolysate. Research shows that dermal fibroblasts secrete collagen, which can maintain the strength of hair and the fixation of scalp to hair. The morphogenesis and development of hair follicles are the result of the induction of interactions between epidermal and dermal components. The hair matrix and inner and outer root sheaths of hair follicle are derived from skin epithelium, and the hair papilla and dermal sheath of hair follicle are derived from dermis, and can promote proliferation of epidermal keratinocyte and dermal fibroblast, and promote formation and new hair growth of hair follicle. The ethanol percolate of Ginseng radix can promote proliferation of epidermal keratinocyte and dermal fibroblast.
