Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of foods, and discloses a composition for improving skin gas color and promoting hair growth, which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials: rhizoma Polygonati, longan, fructus Lycii, mori fructus, semen Armeniacae amarum, flos Pini, radix Angelicae Dahuricae and radix Puerariae. The composition can improve skin gas color, reduce alopecia and grey hair, and promote hair growth. The addition of natto extract, noni or seabuckthorn fruit in the composition is helpful for further improving skin gas color and promoting hair growth, and the composition prepared by the invention also has the effects of reducing alopecia and reducing leukotrichia.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of foods, and particularly relates to a composition for improving skin gas color and promoting hair growth.
Background
The qi color can reflect the health status of people, while the qi color in the narrow sense refers to the qi color of facial skin, and is reflected on the moisture, luster and plumpness of skin, and aged skin often shows qi color imbalance, elasticity reduction, no luster and dark complexion.
Aging, i.e., aging, is a physical and physiological phenomenon, which is a series of chronic, progressive, and degenerative changes of organisms in terms of morphological structure and physiological function with age during life. At present, the research on the aging mechanism first pushes a "free radical theory", and under normal conditions, the generation and the extinction of free radicals are in dynamic balance, but with the influence of factors such as aging, diseases, illumination and the like, the free radicals in the body are increased, and the excessive free radicals can cause collagen denaturation in connective tissues and appear as change of skin states.
For aging reasons, antioxidant therapy may be performed. Intake of antioxidants is one of means, such as carotenoids such as lycopene and astaxanthin, vitamin C, selenium, etc., which can increase the barrier function of skin and also has an effect on ultraviolet resistance. The current research shows that various antioxidants have photoprotective effect, effectively remove free radicals causing skin aging, and are used for preventing photoaging of tissue skin.
However, antioxidants on the market tend to be relatively single in composition, and improper supplementation of some antioxidants may induce disease. Free radicals in humans can induce initiation of endogenous reactions to protect the human against exogenous free radicals (and possibly other toxic substances). The induction of endogenous free radical production leads to an extended life span of caenorhabditis elegans. Low concentrations of free radicals in the body have a health promoting effect, while supplementation with excess antioxidants quenches these free radicals, which have a positive health effect.
In addition, the deterioration of skin complexion is often accompanied by alopecia and poliosis, and foods or agents on the market are often improved only for skin complexion, and the accompanied alopecia and poliosis are not concerned.
Accordingly, it is desirable to provide a composition for improving skin complexion and promoting hair growth which has not only the effect of improving skin complexion but also the effect of reducing hair loss, reducing white hair and promoting hair growth.

The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems in the prior art described above. Therefore, the invention provides a composition for improving skin complexion and promoting hair growth, which can improve skin complexion, reduce alopecia and white hair, and promote hair growth.
A composition for improving skin complexion and promoting hair growth, which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials: rhizoma Polygonati, longan, fructus Lycii, mori fructus, semen Armeniacae amarum, flos Pini, radix Angelicae Dahuricae and radix Puerariae.
Preferably, the longan is aril.
Preferably, the almond is sweet almond.
Preferably, the fructus Lycii is fructus Lycii.
Preferably, the composition for improving skin gas color and promoting hair growth further comprises at least one of natto extract, noni fruit or fructus Hippophae. The addition of natto extract is beneficial to further improving the effect of the composition on improving blood circulation, and the addition of noni or fructus Hippophae is beneficial to improving the antioxidation function of the composition, so that the effect of the composition on improving skin gas color is further improved.
Further preferably, the composition for improving skin gas color and promoting hair growth further comprises amino acids. The amino acid is at least one selected from methionine, tyrosine, glycine or alanine. The addition of amino acid helps to promote hair growth effect of the composition.
Preferably, the amino acid is methionine and/or tyrosine. Further preferably, the tyrosine is gamma-tyrosine (i.e., GAGB).
Further preferably, the composition for improving skin gas color and promoting hair growth further comprises at least one of collagen peptide, corn starch, stevioside, rose extract, ginger extract, ferrous lactate or orange. The addition of collagen peptide, corn starch, stevioside, rose extract, ginger extract, ferrous lactate or orange can promote the composition to improve skin gas color and promote hair growth.
Preferably, the rose extract is rose essence.
Preferably, the composition for improving skin gas color and promoting hair growth is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: the weight ratio of rhizoma polygonati, longan, medlar, mulberry, almond, pine pollen, angelica dahurica and kudzuvine root is (1-8): (1-8): (0.5-6): (0.5-6): (1-8): (0.01-1): (0.1-3): (0.1-3).

Rhizoma polygonati: sweet in nature and flat in flavor. The functions are mainly to tonify qi and nourish yin, invigorate spleen, moisten lung and tonify kidney. Can be used for treating weakness of spleen and stomach, tiredness, debilitation, dry mouth, anorexia, lung deficiency, cough, essence and blood deficiency, internal heat and diabetes. The composition has the effects of resisting fatigue (17.67% of rhizoma polygonati decoction is injected into the abdominal cavity at the mass concentration of 0.3 mL/body), prolonging the swimming time of a mouse, resisting oxidation (the rhizoma polygonati decoction is fed for 27 days at the mass concentration of 20% and 13 mL/body, so that the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the liver of the mouse is increased, the content of myocardial lipofuscin is reduced), and delaying aging (the rhizoma polygonati decoction, 20% of which is used for soaking mulberry leaves for feeding silkworms, has the effect of prolonging the larva stage of the silkworms).
Longan: longan, especially longan pulp, has sweet taste, smooth smell and no toxicity. Has effects in removing toxic substances, expelling parasite, tranquilizing mind, nourishing muscle, beautifying color, and removing amnesia.
And (3) almond: the almond, especially the sweet almond, has sweet taste, flat nature and no toxicity. It can moisten lung and relieve asthma. It is indicated for cough and dyspnea due to consumptive disease, constipation due to intestinal dryness. It is commonly used as dressing for epidermis exfoliation for external application, and has protective effect.
Medlar: wolfberry fruit, especially wolfberry fruit, has sweet and flat nature. It is often used for treating consumptive disease and essence deficiency, soreness of waist and knees, dizziness, tinnitus, internal heat, diabetes, blood deficiency, sallow complexion, and blurred vision. The fructus Lycii decoction has effects of regulating immunity, increasing hydroxyproline content of mice, resisting anoxia, and relieving fatigue. Hydroxyproline content is related to aging.
Mulberry: sweet, sour and cold in nature. Can be used for treating giddiness, tinnitus, palpitation, insomnia, premature gray hair, body fluid deficiency, thirst, internal heat, diabetes, and constipation due to blood deficiency. The mulberry polysaccharide has an antioxidation effect, and the mulberry polysaccharide contained in the mulberry has a scavenging effect on hydroxyl free radicals and superoxide anion free radicals, blocks free radical reaction chains, has a certain antioxidation and anti-aging effect, and the mulberry extract has rich phenolic substances and pigments, can obviously improve the activity of antioxidase and has the function of delaying memory decline in the aging process. In addition, anthocyanin in mulberry can enhance the activity of antioxidant enzyme in vivo, inhibit lipid peroxidation and have obvious anti-aging effect.
Radix angelicae: pungent and warm in nature. Can be used for treating common cold, headache, bone pain of eyebrow, nasal obstruction, nasosinusitis, toothache, leucorrhea, and sore pain. It has radioprotective effect and can be used for protecting skin from damage.
Radix Puerariae: sweet and pungent in flavor and cool in nature. Can be used for treating fever and headache due to exogenous pathogenic factor, pain in neck and back, measles, dysentery, diarrhea, and pain in neck due to hypertension.
Pine pollen: sweet in nature and taste; warm nature. Has effects in dispelling pathogenic wind, invigorating qi, eliminating dampness, and stopping bleeding.
Rhizoma Polygonati and longan can tonify spleen and stomach, and promote qi and blood generation; the medlar and the mulberry nourish yin and tonify kidney, and nourish essence and blood sources; almond and pine pollen nourish hair; radix Angelicae Dahuricae and radix Puerariae are used for promoting qi and blood lifting and promoting hair growth. The components of the composition are matched with each other, so that the darkness of the complexion caused by deficiency of qi and blood is improved, the alopecia and the grey hair are prevented or reduced, and the hair is further grown.
Natto extract: the natto contains rich antioxidant components such as lecithin, unsaturated fatty acid, vitamin E, free isoflavone substances and the like, can effectively reduce blood fat and cholesterol, remove peroxidized pigment in brain tissue cells, regulate balance of skin cells and water and fat on the skin surface, promote blood circulation, improve skin elasticity and achieve the effect of delaying aging.
Noni fruit: the noni fruits contain abundant vitamin C, which is beneficial to improving the problems of acne, rough skin, dry skin, dark spots and the like. The abundant antioxidant vitamin C has the adverse effects of resisting free radicals and reverse aging and resisting pollution. Noni also contains selenium, which helps to maintain skin elasticity, thereby slowing down the aging process. Noni also contributes to hair health growth and to combating hair loss.
Sea buckthorn fruit: superoxide dismutase contained in fructus Hippophae has effects of improving skin qi color, improving immunity, and delaying aging.
A preparation method of a composition for improving skin complexion and promoting hair growth comprises the following steps:
weighing rhizoma Polygonati, longan, fructus Lycii, mori fructus, semen Armeniacae amarum, radix Angelicae Dahuricae and radix Puerariae, decocting in solvent, filtering, concentrating the filtrate, drying to obtain powder, adding flos Pini, mixing, and drying to obtain the composition;
or decocting rhizoma Polygonati, arillus longan, fructus Lycii, mori fructus, semen Armeniacae amarum, radix Angelicae Dahuricae and radix Puerariae in solvent, filtering, concentrating the filtrate, drying to obtain powder, adding flos Pini, adding at least one of natto extract, noni fruit or fructus Hippophae, mixing, and drying to obtain the final product.
Preferably, the solvent is water.
Preferably, the addition amount of the solvent is 10-15 times of the mass of the raw materials of rhizoma polygonati, longan, medlar, mulberry, almond, angelica and kudzuvine root; the addition amount of the solvent is 12 times of the mass of the raw materials of rhizoma polygonati, longan, medlar, mulberry, almond, angelica dahurica and radix puerariae.
Preferably, the times of the decoction are 1-5 times, the filtrate is obtained after the decoction, and the filtrate is combined and concentrated.
Preferably, the temperature of the decoction is 90-120 ℃.
Preferably, the pine pollen is pollen Pini; the noni is noni extract, and the seabuckthorn fruit is seabuckthorn fruit extract.
Preferably, the stirring speed of the mixing is 30-100 rpm, and the stirring time is 10-30 min.
Preferably, the drying process adopts hot air for drying, and the temperature of the hot air is 60-100 ℃.

A preparation method of a composition for improving skin complexion and promoting hair growth comprises the following steps:
weighing rhizoma Polygonati, arillus longan, fructus Lycii, mori fructus, semen Armeniacae amarum, radix Angelicae Dahuricae and radix Puerariae, decocting with 12 times of water at 100deg.C for 2 hr, filtering, collecting filtrate, decocting the residue with 12 times of water for 2 hr, filtering, collecting filtrate, mixing the three filtrates, concentrating the filtrate, drying to obtain powder, adding the rest components, mixing, and drying with 80deg.C hot air to obtain the final product.

Comparative example 1
In comparison with example 1, the composition of comparative example 1 contains no rhizoma Polygonati, longan and semen Armeniacae amarum, and the rest of the materials or preparation method is the same as that of example 1.
Product effect test
1. The effect of improving skin complexion was tested.
The compositions prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 1 were dissolved in the composition water=1:5 (mass ratio), 100 mice were selected, and a model of skin aging mice was prepared by injecting D-galactose subcutaneously, and then divided into 5 groups of 20 mice each, and the composition of example 1, the composition of example 2, the composition of example 3, the composition of comparative example 1 and physiological saline (the group of gastric lavage physiological saline was used as a control group) were administered parenterally. Mice were sacrificed by continuous administration for 30 days, skin was rapidly removed by cervical removal, subcutaneous fat and other connective tissues were removed, and skin moisture (mass fraction), HYP (hydroxyproline), hyaluronic acid content and SOD (superoxide dismutase) activity of the mice were measured, (skin gas color of the mice was measured by skin moisture, hydroxyproline, hyaluronic acid content and superoxide dismutase activity) and the results are shown in table 1.

The compositions prepared in the examples 1, 2 and 3 are beneficial to improving the skin moisture content, the HYP (hydroxyproline), the hyaluronic acid content and the SOD (superoxide dismutase) activity of mice compared with the control and comparative example 1, and the compositions prepared in the examples 1, 2 and 3 have anti-aging effects and are beneficial to improving the skin gas color.
2. The effect of preventing or reducing hair loss was tested.
80 kidney deficiency type alopecia patients are selected, the average of the patients is divided into 4 groups, 20 patients in each group are orally taken, the compositions prepared in the examples 1-3 and the comparative example 1 are continuously taken for 2 months in the morning and at the evening, 1 treatment course is adopted every 1 month, and the treatment effects are divided into: cure, improvement and ineffectiveness, and the results are shown in table 2 (total effective rate= [ (cured number + improved number)/20 ] × 100%).
And (3) curing: the alopecia is completely controlled, only a few hair can be occasionally removed when the hair is washed and combed, the new hair with fine fibers at the head grows, and no recurrence is seen after 6 months of follow-up;
improvement: the alopecia is obviously reduced, and no recurrence is seen in 3 months of follow-up;
invalidation: there was no improvement in hair loss and complications.

as can be seen from Table 2, the compositions prepared in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention were significantly superior in the effect of preventing hair loss to the composition prepared in comparative example 1.
3. And testing the hair growth effect.
120 kidney deficiency type alopecia patients are selected, the head of each patient has small area of alopecia areata (namely skin loss), the average of the patients is divided into 4 groups, 30 people in each group, the compositions prepared in the examples 1-3 and the comparative example 1 are taken orally, are used for 3 months in the morning and at the evening respectively, and the clinical curative effects of the patients are compared at the end of month 1 and the end of month 3 respectively, wherein the clinical curative effects are as follows: (1) healing: the head top skin damage is recovered, black hair grows in the hair loss area, the hair-plucking test shows that the hair is negative, and the hair loss symptom is not generated any more; (2) obvious effect: the head top skin damage is recovered, most of the alopecia areas grow black hair, the coverage rate of the final hair is above 60%, the hair-plucking test shows that the hair-plucking test is negative, and the alopecia symptoms are not generated any more; (3) improvement: black hair grows in part of the alopecia area, the coverage rate of the final hair is between 30 and 60 percent, and the hair-plucking test shows that the hair-plucking test is negative or weak positive; (4) ineffective: the symptoms of alopecia are not improved or even aggravated. Total effective rate= (number of healers + number of significant effects + number of effective persons)/30×100% and the results are shown in table 3.

as can be seen from Table 3, after 3 months of continuous use, the alopecia area of the patients taking the compositions prepared in examples 1-3 was significantly improved, and the total effective rate was 93.3%, which is significantly better than that of the composition prepared in comparative example 1.
4. The test prevents or reduces the effects of white hair.
Selecting 120 patients with the white hair accounting for more than 50% of the total hair volume, excluding premature white hair patients caused by senile natural aging or genetic diseases, dividing the patients into 4 groups at average and randomly, taking the compositions prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative example 1 orally for 30 persons in each group, and continuously using for 3 months each in the morning and evening, wherein clinical curative effects of the patients are respectively compared at the end of month 1 and the end of month 3, and the curative effect judgment standard is as follows: (1) healing: after treatment, the hair turns from white to yellow, from yellow to black, and the hair does not relapse; (2) obvious effect: the number of white hairs is obviously reduced, and the new hair is completely blackened; (3) ineffective: no change of hair and no improvement of white hair symptoms. The total effective rate = [ (healed number + improved number)/30 ]. Times.100% and the result is shown in table 4.
