Abstract
The invention discloses a plant amino acid facial cleanser and a processing technology thereof, relating to the technical field, the plant amino acid facial cleanser comprises the following components of 35 percent of 2, 3-butanediol, 30 percent of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 23 percent of water, 5 percent of cocamidopropyl betaine, 5 percent of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 1 percent of cinnamon bark extract and 1 percent of betaine, the invention adopts cinnamon bark extract, star anise fruit extract, artemisia capillaries extract and yeast fermentation product extract which can inhibit the growth of bacterial mold, in addition, the facial cleanser does not contain chemical synthetic raw materials, essence or preservative, and pigment, meanwhile, the process of the invention is the amino acid surface active natural crystallization method, and no thickening agent is added, so that the facial cleanser can reduce the stimulation to the human body and reduce the pollution to the environment.

step two, cooling to 60 ℃, adding the component B, stirring and continuously cooling;
step three, cooling to 40 ℃, adding the pre-dissolved component C, and fully and uniformly mixing;
cooling to room temperature and discharging;
step five, checking and storing the semi-finished product;
step six, filling and packaging;
and step seven, inspecting and warehousing finished products.
Preferably, the component A is 2, 3-butanediol, sodium cocoyl glycinate, water and 1, 3-propanediol.
Preferably, the B component is cocamidopropyl betaine.
Preferably, the component C is any one of cinnamon bark extract, anise fruit extract, artemisia capillaris extract and yeast fermentation product extract, and any one of betaine, sodium PCA, sorbitol, serine, glycine, glutamic acid, alanine, lysine, arginine, threonine and proline.

The cortex Cinnamomi Japonici extract can be replaced by any one of fructus Anisi Stellati extract, herba Artemisiae Scopariae extract, and yeast fermentation product extract.
The betaine can be replaced by any one of sodium PCA, sorbitol, serine, glycine, glutamic acid, alanine, lysine, arginine, threonine, and proline.
The processing technology of the plant amino acid facial cleanser comprises the following steps
Step one, heating the component A to 80 ℃ to fully dissolve the component A, and then cooling;
step two, cooling to 60 ℃, adding the component B, stirring and continuously cooling;
step three, cooling to 40 ℃, adding the pre-dissolved component C, and fully and uniformly mixing;
cooling to room temperature and discharging;
step five, checking and storing the semi-finished product;
step six, filling and packaging;
and step seven, inspecting and warehousing finished products.

Table 1 shows that in examples 1 to 3, the actual effect of the produced facial cleanser was tested by changing the temperature value in step three under the condition of the precursor of the facial cleanser raw material being unchanged, wherein the actual effect includes the degree of irritation to the skin of the human body and the degree of pollution to the environment, and the detection results are as follows:

Example 4 in table 1 is a commercially available facial cleanser whose main ingredients are water, sodium cocoyl glutamate, potassium cocoyl glycinate, ethylene glycol distearate, glycerin, camellia oleifera leaf extract, wild chrysanthemum flower extract, cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium cocoyl sarcosinate, cocamide MEA, hydroxyethyl cellulose, bis (hydroxymethyl) imidazolidinyl urea;
as can be seen from the table 1, the cinnamon bark extract, the star anise fruit extract, the artemisia capillaries extract and the yeast fermentation product extract which can inhibit the growth of bacterial fungi are adopted in the facial cleanser, so that the shelf life of the facial cleanser is prolonged, in addition, no chemical synthetic raw materials are added in the facial cleanser, no essence, no corrosion and no pigment are contained, meanwhile, the process of the facial cleanser is manufactured by an amino acid surface activity natural crystallization method, no thickening agent is added, and in sum, the facial cleanser can reduce the stimulation to human bodies and reduce the pollution to the environment.

4. A process for preparing a vegetable amino acid facial cleanser according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: comprises the following steps
Step one, heating the component A to 80 ℃ to fully dissolve the component A, and then cooling;
step two, cooling to 60 ℃, adding the component B, stirring and continuously cooling;
step three, cooling to 40 ℃, adding the pre-dissolved component C, and fully and uniformly mixing;
