背景技术
雨鞋款式并不单一,矮靿雨鞋和球鞋外表相似,中靿雨鞋的筒高在脚踝以上10厘米左右,高靿雨鞋的筒高及膝,普通人常穿的是中、矮靿雨鞋,有些特殊工种的职业人员需要高靿雨鞋作为劳保用品,排水工种相关的职业,单位会统一发放雨鞋作为工作必需品。现有的雨鞋,使用时间久或者阳光暴晒后,容易变硬、老化,鞋底不耐磨,防水性能差,鞋底不柔软,长时间使用,脚底不舒服,防滑性能差。
针对上述现有问题,现设计一种雨鞋。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种雨鞋,设有柔性层、减震层、防水层、加强层和防滑层,增加鞋底的耐磨性、防滑性和舒适性,增加鞋底的防水效果,鞋面采用PVC树脂、氯化聚乙烯、天然橡胶混合材料,制作方便,性能好,结构简单,使用舒适,寿命长。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种雨鞋,雨鞋包括鞋面,所述鞋面内设有鞋腔,鞋面上设有用于紧固鞋面的弹性绳,鞋面的下端依次设有柔性层,柔性层下端依次设有减震层、防水层、加强层和防滑层,减震层一侧与柔性层紧固连接,另一侧与防水层紧固连接,加强层一侧与防水层紧固连接,另一侧与防滑层紧固连接。
所述鞋面包括下列原料组分,各组分配方比为:PVC树脂10-50份、氯化聚乙烯20-30份、天然橡胶10-30份、分散剂1-4份、稳定剂2-5份、偶联剂2-6份、色剂10-20份、抗冲击剂3-6份、抗老化剂5-10份、PP塑料耐热剂1-5份。
进一步的,所述柔性层采用天然橡胶材质,厚度为0.02-0.04mm。
进一步的,所述减震层采用EVA塑料,厚度为0.01-0.03mm。
进一步的,所述防水层采用聚乙烯材料,厚度为0.02-0.05mm。
进一步的,所述加强层采用尼龙材料,厚度为0.03-0.04mm。

一种雨鞋鞋面的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下几个步骤:
S1、加热融化
将PVC树脂、氯化聚乙烯、天然橡胶分别放到第一容器、第二容器、第三容器内,分别加热到80℃、100℃、130℃,使PVC树脂、氯化聚乙烯、天然橡胶融化。
S2、一次混合
将S1中融化的PVC树脂、氯化聚乙烯、天然橡胶倒入第四容器混合,然后加入分散剂、稳定剂、偶联剂,搅拌15分钟后,形成第一混合物。
S3、二次混合
向S2中的第一混合物中加入色剂、抗冲击剂、抗老化剂、PP塑料耐热剂,搅拌15分钟后,形成第二混合物。
S4、挤压成型
将第二混合物加入挤压机内,进行挤压出料,冷却成型后,切成塑料颗粒,方便存放。
S5、热塑
先将热塑机预加热至200℃,然后向热塑机内加入塑料颗粒,加热融化后,缓慢注入鞋面模具内,对模具进行降温冷却,然后取出鞋面。
S6、检验
对鞋面边角进行修剪,然后向鞋面内倒入水,检测防水性能。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明雨鞋,设有柔性层、减震层、防水层、加强层和防滑层,增加鞋底的耐磨性、防滑性和舒适性,增加鞋底的防水效果,鞋面防水效果好,耐热,抗老化,使用效果好;
2、本发明雨鞋,鞋面采用PVC树脂、氯化聚乙烯、天然橡胶混合材料,制作方便,性能好,结构简单,使用舒适,寿命长。

一种雨鞋,如图1所示,雨鞋包括鞋面1,鞋面1内设有鞋腔2,鞋面1上设有用于紧固鞋面的弹性绳8,鞋面1的下端依次设有柔性层3,鞋面1与柔性层3之间采用防水胶粘合连接,柔性层3下端依次设有减震层4、防水层5、加强层6和防滑层7,减震层4一侧与柔性层3紧固连接,另一侧与防水层5紧固连接,加强层6一侧与防水层5紧固连接,另一侧与防滑层7紧固连接。
柔性层3采用天然橡胶材质,厚度为0.02-0.04mm,质地柔软,保护脚底,防止脚底受伤。
减震层4采用EVA塑料,厚度为0.01-0.03mm,高韧性、抗冲击性、弹性好,用于鞋底减震,保护柔性层。
防水层5采用聚乙烯材料,厚度为0.02-0.05mm,防水耐磨,保护鞋底,防止水进入鞋腔2内。
加强层6采用尼龙材料,厚度为0.03-0.04mm,耐磨性好,强度高,增强鞋底耐磨性,保护防水层5,防止石头刺穿鞋底。
防滑纹7采用TPE材质,厚度为0.02-0.03mm,耐磨,防水且弹性好,增加鞋底防滑性。

一种雨鞋鞋面1的制备方法,制备方法包括如下几个步骤:
S1、加热融化
将PVC树脂、氯化聚乙烯、天然橡胶分别放到第一容器、第二容器、第三容器内,分别加热到80℃、100℃、130℃,使PVC树脂、氯化聚乙烯、天然橡胶融化。
S2、一次混合
将S1中融化的PVC树脂、氯化聚乙烯、天然橡胶倒入第四容器混合,然后加入分散剂、稳定剂、偶联剂,搅拌15分钟后,形成第一混合物。
S3、二次混合
向S2中的第一混合物中加入色剂、抗冲击剂、抗老化剂、PP塑料耐热剂,搅拌15分钟后,形成第二混合物。
S4、挤压成型
将第二混合物加入挤压机内,进行挤压出料,冷却成型后,切成塑料颗粒,方便存放。
S5、热塑
先将热塑机预加热至200℃,然后向热塑机内加入塑料颗粒,加热融化后,缓慢注入鞋面模具内,对模具进行降温冷却,然后取出鞋面。
S6、检验
对鞋面边角进行修剪,然后向鞋面内倒入水,检测防水性能。
下面列举几个实施例,对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
S1、加热融化
将PVC树脂10份、氯化聚乙烯20份、天然橡胶10份分别放到第一容器、第二容器、第三容器内,分别加热到80℃、100℃、130℃,使PVC树脂、氯化聚乙烯、天然橡胶融化。
S2、一次混合
将S1中融化的PVC树脂、氯化聚乙烯、天然橡胶倒入第四容器混合,然后加入分散剂1份、稳定剂2份、偶联剂2份,搅拌15分钟后,形成第一混合物。
S3、二次混合
向S2中的第一混合物中加入色剂10份、抗冲击剂3份、抗老化剂5份、PP塑料耐热剂1份,搅拌15分钟后,形成第二混合物。
S4、挤压成型
将第二混合物加入挤压机内,进行挤压出料,冷却成型后,切成塑料颗粒,方便存放。
S5、热塑
先将热塑机预加热至200℃,然后向热塑机内加入塑料颗粒,加热融化后,缓慢注入鞋面模具内,对模具进行降温冷却,然后取出鞋面。
S6、检验
对鞋面边角进行修剪,然后向鞋面内倒入水,检测防水性能。
实施例2
S1、加热融化
将PVC树脂20份、氯化聚乙烯25份、天然橡胶20份分别放到第一容器、第二容器、第三容器内,分别加热到80℃、100℃、130℃,使PVC树脂、氯化聚乙烯、天然橡胶融化。
S2、一次混合
将S1中融化的PVC树脂、氯化聚乙烯、天然橡胶倒入第四容器混合,然后加入分散剂2份、稳定剂3份、偶联剂3份,搅拌15分钟后,形成第一混合物。
S3、二次混合
向S2中的第一混合物中加入色剂15份、抗冲击剂4份、抗老化剂7份、PP塑料耐热剂3份,搅拌15分钟后,形成第二混合物。
S4、挤压成型
将第二混合物加入挤压机内,进行挤压出料,冷却成型后,切成塑料颗粒,方便存放。
S5、热塑
先将热塑机预加热至200℃,然后向热塑机内加入塑料颗粒,加热融化后,缓慢注入鞋面模具内,对模具进行降温冷却,然后取出鞋面。
S6、检验
对鞋面边角进行修剪,然后向鞋面内倒入水,检测防水性能。
实施例3
S1、加热融化
将PVC树脂30份、氯化聚乙烯28份、天然橡胶25份分别放到第一容器、第二容器、第三容器内,分别加热到80℃、100℃、130℃,使PVC树脂、氯化聚乙烯、天然橡胶融化。
S2、一次混合
将S1中融化的PVC树脂、氯化聚乙烯、天然橡胶倒入第四容器混合,然后加入分散剂3份、稳定剂4份、偶联剂5份,搅拌15分钟后,形成第一混合物。
S3、二次混合
向S2中的第一混合物中加入色剂18份、抗冲击剂5份、抗老化剂8份、PP塑料耐热剂4份,搅拌15分钟后,形成第二混合物。
S4、挤压成型
将第二混合物加入挤压机内,进行挤压出料,冷却成型后,切成塑料颗粒,方便存放。
S5、热塑
先将热塑机预加热至200℃,然后向热塑机内加入塑料颗粒,加热融化后,缓慢注入鞋面模具内,对模具进行降温冷却,然后取出鞋面。
S6、检验
对鞋面边角进行修剪,然后向鞋面内倒入水,检测防水性能。
实施例4
S1、加热融化
将PVC树脂50份、氯化聚乙烯30份、天然橡胶30份分别放到第一容器、第二容器、第三容器内,分别加热到80℃、100℃、130℃,使PVC树脂、氯化聚乙烯、天然橡胶融化。
S2、一次混合
将S1中融化的PVC树脂、氯化聚乙烯、天然橡胶倒入第四容器混合,然后加入分散剂4份、稳定剂5份、偶联剂6份,搅拌15分钟后,形成第一混合物。
S3、二次混合
向S2中的第一混合物中加入色剂20份、抗冲击剂6份、抗老化剂10份、PP塑料耐热剂5份,搅拌15分钟后,形成第二混合物。
S4、挤压成型
将第二混合物加入挤压机内,进行挤压出料,冷却成型后,切成塑料颗粒,方便存放。
S5、热塑
先将热塑机预加热至200℃,然后向热塑机内加入塑料颗粒,加热融化后,缓慢注入鞋面模具内,对模具进行降温冷却,然后取出鞋面。
S6、检验
对鞋面边角进行修剪,然后向鞋面内倒入水,检测防水性能。

1.一种雨鞋,雨鞋包括鞋面(1),其特征在于,所述鞋面(1)内设有鞋腔(2),鞋面(1)上设有用于紧固鞋面的弹性绳(8),鞋面(1)的下端依次设有柔性层(3),柔性层(3)下端依次设有减震层(4)、防水层(5)、加强层(6)和防滑层(7);
所述减震层(4)一侧与柔性层(3)紧固连接,另一侧与防水层(5)紧固连接,加强层(6)一侧与防水层(5)紧固连接,另一侧与防滑层(7)紧固连接;
所述鞋面(1)包括下列原料组分,各组分配方比为:PVC树脂10-50份、氯化聚乙烯20-30份、天然橡胶10-30份、分散剂1-4份、稳定剂2-5份、偶联剂2-6份、色剂10-20份、抗冲击剂3-6份、抗老化剂5-10份、PP塑料耐热剂1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种雨鞋,其特征在于,所述柔性层(3)采用天然橡胶材质,厚度为0.02-0.04mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种雨鞋,其特征在于,所述减震层(4)采用EVA塑料,厚度为0.01-0.03mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种雨鞋,其特征在于,所述防水层(5)采用聚乙烯材料,厚度为0.02-0.05mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种雨鞋,其特征在于,所述加强层(6)采用尼龙材料,厚度为0.03-0.04mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种雨鞋,其特征在于,所述防滑纹(7)采用TPE材质,厚度为0.02-0.03mm。
7.基于权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的一种雨鞋鞋面(1)的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下几个步骤:
S1、加热融化
将PVC树脂、氯化聚乙烯、天然橡胶分别放到第一容器、第二容器、第三容器内,分别加热到80℃、100℃、130℃,使PVC树脂、氯化聚乙烯、天然橡胶融化;
S2、一次混合
将S1中融化的PVC树脂、氯化聚乙烯、天然橡胶倒入第四容器混合,然后加入分散剂、稳定剂、偶联剂,搅拌15分钟后,形成第一混合物;
S3、二次混合
向S2中的第一混合物中加入色剂、抗冲击剂、抗老化剂、PP塑料耐热剂,搅拌15分钟后,形成第二混合物;
S4、挤压成型
将第二混合物加入挤压机内,进行挤压出料,冷却成型后,切成塑料颗粒,方便存放;
S5、热塑
先将热塑机预加热至200℃,然后向热塑机内加入塑料颗粒,加热融化后,缓慢注入鞋面(1)模具内,对模具进行降温冷却,然后取出鞋面(1);
S6、检验
对鞋面(1)边角进行修剪,然后向鞋面内倒入水,检测防水性能。
